I haven't been in the store since the remodel. It is beautiful and the furniture seems to be better quality. I have been looking for bar stools for 3 years and I found exactly what I wanted. I ordered them and a nightstand and am anxiously waiting for the 2 weeks it takes for them to come in. If they are as nice as I saw in the showroom, I will be thrilled. Great service too.

Angie helped guide me in finalizing my decision to buy a new dining room set. She also advised that since I had bought furniture last year, with protection plan, that my cleaning and protection products were due for refill, which I was not aware I could do. She was pleasant and eager to help and answer all my questions.

I consider this store one of the best if not the best choice in the whole desert Southwest for buying home furniture and products.

i was greeted as soon as i entered the store but was not pestered. the staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and gave additional info as well. made ordering my furniture easy and fast. will definitely come back again

We winter in Yuma in an RV and have size requirements rhat needed to be met. Jacob was very knowledgeable and familiar with products that met our needs. He walked through the store with us, pointing out what he thought would work, and then left us to browse, and test each chair. We eventually chose chairs that fit both size requirements as well as comfort and style.

We were greeted at the door and given information until we were ready to discuss alone. at that point, we were given space to decide before being helped with a fairly quick check-out process including financing.

My second purchase now from Furniture Row in Yuma. They have a fantastic selection and the prices are good. Very clean store and the salespeople are very helpful. Definitely recommend.

we bought our furniture in August because everything was delayed so we would have gotten the furniture by the time pure house was ready, long story short our house was not ready by the time the furniture was but they kept it in the warehouse for 2 months for us to schedule delivery when ready. the customer service has been great, there was one person in mattress department that didn’t seem to have much experience but we talked with the team member on how to help him get better based on our experience. overall excellent services and furniture!

Very friendly staff. The sales associate took the time to go to back room and look through that inventory for the counter stool I needed. Great selection of floor and discounted products at a great price! Beneficial when you need the product dame day.

I was helped by Leah at the Yuma, AZ Furniture Row on 6/16/21. I felt very well taken care of but never pressured to purchase. Honestly, it was her attentiveness that made us feel comfortable enough to make the plunge in purchasing bedroom furniture. Great customer service!

Upon entering the Store we were greeted by Store Manager Michael McGovern. He was attentive and pleasantly helpful. We found the Dinette set for us. The purchase process was smooth and fairly quick. It's not my first time to shop at Furniture Row and each time I enjoyed my shopping experience. Salespeople are always helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly courteous.

lots to choose from, but what I wasn’t isn’t in stock and 3 months to wait is a long time. But, the service is great, like I stated before tons to choose from, will go back again.

I have made several purchases at Furniture Row in Yuma, AZ. I am always very pleased with the customer service as well as the products. Almost every room in my house has been furnished with purchases made at this location. Plus I love the interest free financing that has enabled me to make all of my purchases without the additional interest charge.

I started looking around and stopped by Denver Mattress to see what they had to offer. I had never been in Furniture Row before. They had a HUGE selection of mattresses to choose from. I highly recommend their free test to see what kind of mattress you should sleep on. It confirmed what I had experienced (for me, firm is best). Their staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to explain the differences between good, better and best quality mattresses.

We have purchased several items from this store and love every piece! The staff is great to work with and very friendly yet professional. The only minus I would give is the selection of headboards with shelves. Seems flat headboards are the thing these days! I think they would sell more of the type we purchased if they carried a wider variety. I should say we did shop elsewhere but the quality of the furniture here is so much better for a bit less money!

We went into FR the other day to goof off and look at sectionals for the future. Walked in, salesman Robert, greeted us. I asked him if they has any sectional, we ended up buying the first one he showed us. We did check out the rest of the selection and even wandered to dinning but Robert never pushed us. He was very helpful, friendly and attentive.

We came to the store after we saw an item in flyer. Marc's customer service was fabulous start to finish. Very pleased. Love how area of homes are in sections so you don't have to search entire store. And very happy with item I bought.

Overall great shopping experience! No pushy sales people. I believe our salesman was Daniel, and he was awesome! Allowed us to talk things over and really listened to what our wants were for our first brand new piece of furniture for our house!

My wife and I entered the store to purchase a entertainment center. We shopped at other furniture stores but came up short in what we were looking for. This store was well organized and had a huge selection of furniture to choose from. The entertainment center we choose was also available in different sizes for the size of TV it can fit which was great. All in all the pricing was fair and although the only discount available was taking a picture of an item and posting on a social media site was 20 dollars off the furniture. The sales rep (Lupe, I think) was also very helpful in explaining what was available and did their best in customer satisfaction.

Looking for a dining room table, found just what we were looking for.

I'm definitely one of those people that spend day and night searching for the right bedroom set and then forget about putting the same effort into finding the best mattress to go with it. UNTIL NOW!! After my visit to Furniture Row Denver Mattress I walked out of there smarter and happier! Greg helped me find the perfect mattress combination for my new twin bed with twin trundle piece I had just purchased. And he kept my budget in mind the entire time! Now not only do I have a beautiful bed set, I have a COMFORTABLE bed for my guest bedroom. I'm looking into replacing my master bedroom mattress within a few months and I definitely will be paying Greg another visit when the time comes!

I moved to Yuma 3 days prior to my visit and I was in search of an entertainment center for my living room TV. I also wanted a cute coffee table but I wasn't sure if I could kill 2 birds with one stone because of pricing and location selection. I'm sooooo glad I found Funiture Row Sofa Mart! I was able to purchase a beautiful entertainment center AND the perfect coffee table with Daniel's help! We went through all of my options (I'm very picky) and he was extremely patient and didn't skip a beat! I was so grateful I didn't have to drive all over a new town looking high and low. Everything was right there in one location. Definitely will be back as I continue to decorate.

I just moved to Yuma 3 days prior to my visit and was in a rush looking for a few items for my new home. Dave helped me find a beautiful Twin Bed with trundle for my Movie/Guest room. He gave me all of my options and I also ended up getting a beautiful wine rack that was on sale. I've got my eye on a few other items that I may go back for. I may even use my reward points I earned from my first purchase!!

Found the bedroom set i wanted online , walked in with the picture and pricing i had printed out from the Furniture Row site. I was browing through the store---- did not feel pressured by any sales person. There were plenty of sales people throughout the store and were available immediately when i was ready to ask questions. The merchadise is set up so beautifully. Easy access to everything. I found the exact set i was looking for. It looked better than the pictures online. Prices are great and accurate to online prices. Cant wait until it is delivered!--- approximately 10-14 day wait. Will definitely shop here again!

I recently purchased a high top table from the new Magnolia Homes collection. I absolutely love it! The service was great while I was in the store and while I picked up my item. I would recommend this store and this collection to anyone!

Our service representative (Bajru DeShields) helped us view the product and showed us specific details about the merchandise to help us make a final decision. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and gave us a great experience at our store (85365). Also, he gave us time roam around and make a decision without making us feel pressured, but was always near in case we had questions.

We are very satisfied with the customer service. Making sure we were happy with what we were ordering.

The salesman was not pushy like most furniture stores. He handed us a catalog and offered to answer any questions, and he let us know where he would be if we wanted to seek him out again.

I had fabric cushioned barstools and was looking for something more kid friendly. I ordered some beautiful teal barstools and got them home with no problem and they weren't quite the color I was looking for. So I went back and the employees were great about letting me exchange for the cream color. Which I did and they didn't look great as the color didn't go with my house scheme. I am pregnant and emotional which explains all the exchanging! They once again let me just return the cream color with a full refund as I went on a quest for different barstools all together. I could not find any the color I wanted or even close to the durability of what I originally got. So- I went back and once again bought the original teal barstools. I was embarrassed and the employees were so kind and didn't make me feel bad at all! They were wonderful to work with!

I've lived in Yuma Arizona all my life and i have always found that Furniture Row has the best selection as well as the best prices. The store is located at 1001 S Redondo center Drive close by Home Depot and the Yuma Palms Mall. When I entered the store I was greeted by two of the workers and was asked how they could assist me. I happened to be looking for a large area rug for my living room and found their selection to be very large. One of the sales reps was very helpful he showed be around and looked up info such as the different rug sizes and prices of the styles that I was interested in. I found a rug I liked for a very reasonable price. I am happy that we have Furniture Row here in Yuma and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
