Michael Thompson made my shopping experience very enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture quality and manufacturer. He was extremely helpful and patient with me, serving my shopping needs as a true professional. We have purchased from Furniture Row as well as Denver Mattress Company in the past. The service received then, was great. My only negative would be the company no longer giving the conditioner and cleaners with leather furniture purchases. Even if spending a certain dollar amount one should be able to get those items for free. Other than that the experience was great.

We had a great experience in the store, no one was pushy at trying to sell us something. My salesman Jerry was excellent and friendly. He never tried to push me into buying more, made helpful suggestions. Love the furniture I ordered.

We had a great experience at Furniture Row! We came for a living room suit and had a very specific budget amount. Our sales person was prompt, very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to point us to several choices and we found an excellent leather sofa, chair and table set that matched perfectly to our tastes and our budget to the penny! Thank you again for a great and helpful experience! We will be back for sure!

About a month or two ago I came in to purchase my first mattress set ever. I was nervous because I've been to other stores and the workers usually make me feel uncomfortable and push me to buy something I don't want. But not here! I was so comfortable, the staff was so understanding & I left purchasing a king sized Doctors choice mattress set! Overall an awesome experience! Love it
