Great service and support from Ben! We needed some furniture protection products and Furniture Row was there to deliver.

I have been a customer this Furniture Row for years. throughrout the years we have purchased furniture for every room in our house from Furniture Row. I prefer this location because of the service, staff and selection. I can count on the staff to be friendly and helpful. The quality of the furniture is great and I love the variety of styles. We recently purchased a bedroom set and mattress, Our experience was great and we will definitely be back when we have another need or desire to upgrade.

Brad at Furniture Row was outstanding to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable of the various furniture brands. He was excellent to work with.

While waiting for the back order dining set, it went on sale for $100 less than I paid. I would like Furniture Row to honor that.

We have used Furniture Row many times over the years and the staff is always, helpful, friendly, and patient as we make our decisions. This time was no exception. We were looking for a couch to match the recliner that we had purchased about a year ago. The sales person knew exactly where to take us and gave us all of the information we needed. We wanted to look at a couple of other options just to be sure and he was happy to show us. We will continue to shop here because we always find exactly what we are looking for, at a great value, and with great service.

The service we received was extremely helpful. We had our hands full with our little ones but Jerry was very patient and made quality recommendations as we told him what we wanted. The selection was decent with lots of options and price points. The whole process went rather smooth and I'm grateful that it was helped along by a pleasant sales person who wasn't pushy or missing the mark on the product recommendations.

During a recent visit to Sofa Mart, we were greeted by Daniel who promptly proceeded to ask questions about our preferences in order to narrow down the selection to exactly what we were looking for. He did an incredible job of helping us pick out exactly what we were looking for. This is the fifth or sixth purchase we have made at Furniture Row over the years, and each product has been well made, affordable, and long lasting. Great place to shop for furniture!

I've been coming to the store (west Wichita store, off of Kellog) for the past six months to make purchases. The past few times I've shopped, Jerry has been the one to help me and he delivers excellent customer service; very helpful, patient, and efficient. I'm impressed with each interaction I've had with him Most furniture stores I've been to pressure the customers into purchases with the "hard sell" approach and ask if you need help every five minutes. I love that the employees at Furniture Row greet customers upon entry, ask if you need help finding anything specific, and if not, will let you browse at your leisure without being intrusive. Every visit to Furniture Row has been a great shopping experience and I will continue to be a repeat customer!

I purchased a beautiful bedroom set. The salesman / manager was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. He called and gave me updates on when the set was being shipped and called to let me know when it arrived. He called again to make sure that I was still happy with the purchase and if there was any problems to call and let him know.

This was my first time in the store. I was immediately impressed by how spacious the store was, and how well laid out. The selection was great. I ended up buying the first loveseat I sat in when I started looking around. I just kept coming back to it. The salesman who approached me was very helpful and did not pressure me. On two occasions he left me to get fabric samples and to check on other customers. When it came time to making my purchase it was fast and easy. Great place to shop.

A lot of choices and the warranty is a big reason I chose too buy here. Quality matters and this mattress feels great. Salesman was really good to do business with and I will be back for my future needs

I came into the store and was greeted by Jerry. No pressure and asked if I had any questions. He pointed out the new high end leather sectionals available. Tried a lot of sectionals and finally found the one that I wanted at Sofa Mart. I went and looked at other furniture shops then returned to make my purchase because of the selection and quality.

We recently purchased leather sofa, love seat, ottoman, area rug, sectional and sofa table. Our Salesman Jerry was extremely helpful and showed great patience without using pressure sales tactics. Was honest and told us upfront one of the pieces had an extensive lead time. When the distribution center shipped an incorrect piece, he quickly offered a solution which benefited us both.

My husband had back surgery and all we had at the house was a recliner. We stopped in and the sales person was very helpful and quickly helped us find what we were looking for - a chair that had support for my husband and the right color for our living room that we were redecorating. The sales person went above and beyond to get the chair to our house quickly. All this during the busiest holiday season of the year, Christmas. Thank you! We will definitely be back again.

I was on a hunt for new living room furniture. I went to at least 5 stores and quickly narrowed my search down to power recliner pieces from Sofa Mart. I loved the no pressure approach. Thanks so much. I'm sure we'll be back for more items.

The service was great in store and delivery! Loved the variety! Excited that they were the only place in town that had what I was looking for. I just wish there was one on the east side of town. I would shop there more often.

We went in specifically looking for a recliner/rocker for a baby room that would also transition to our living room in the future. We were taken right over to the exact ones we were interested in. The salesperson was very easy to work with and left us to try them and discuss by ourselves. When we were settling on one he made sure to then come over to give us the details and delivery time. The overall experience was hassle free and quick. We were able to find exactly what we were needing in 20 minutes. Which for a woman who is 9 months pregnant was just what I was hoping for.

We just purchased our first adjustable bed and mattress. We bought the Richmond mattress and love how firm it is and my wife does not feel me moving around at night. Wanted to buy an adjustable bed last year and decided to wait one year. Wish I would have bought it last year. I missed out on 365 better night sleeps.

Bought the Cloud II sectional. Was able to order it exactly the way I wanted the five pieces to be. The color and fabric are perfect for us. Sales staff was very helpful and even saved us more money. Very happy with the purchase and will buy some end tables soon.

I stopped in Sofa Mart yesterday, Nov. 20th, to just look at options for furniture. I was not planning to buy an entire living room when I walked in. Brad was so helpful and helped me move pieces from other collections together for me to see all together. I was able to find an amazing living room set that is EXACTLY what my vision for my living room was. The Glenwood sectional is gorgeous, not your traditional L shaped sectional. The cuddler section will for sure be the spot everyone is going to want to be in! The hubby is going to LOVE the Winston push back recliner in a distressed faux leather. And the ottoman with matching faux leather will pull it all together! Brad was very professional, not pushy and was there whenever I had a question. While I wasn't planning to buy furniture, I fell in love and can't wait for it to arrive! This was a GREAT experience! Thank you!!

Izak was very helpful and was able to pick out the perfect bed for my mom with all of her back issues. We were able to save enough money that we could get a second mattress for me. He was great at getting us the right mattress and adjustable base.

A dear friend, who was helping me organize my bedroom, decided that I needed a new dresser. We went to Furniture Row (our first time there) and were amazed at the huge selection. A friendly worker directed us to the right sized dressers with great knowledge about gliding drawers. I had no idea that there was such a thing! I was used to a cheap store version of dressers that you had to be careful not to stuff too full, lest the bottom of the drawer would pop out. Within a few minutes, we were able to choose a dresser that would fit perfectly and blend with the rustic theme of my bed. The only disappointment to the experience was that couldn't take the floor model with me that same day. When it arrived, however, I was thrilled! It's a pleasure to have drawers that glide open and don't stick! Not to mention the awesome organization of the drawers, thanks to my friend! I'm motivated to keep it tidy! I also repurposed the box it came in... turning it into a control panel for the inside of Dr. Who's TARDIS for a birthday party!
