Absolutely fantastic shopping experience with the Tyler location. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had throughout the buying process. I special ordered a few pieces they don't normally keep in the show room and they constantly kept me up to date on what items had been received and when the other items should arrive. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their current furniture!

When my son and I visited the Tyler store 2 weeks ago , they treated us like real customers. Each time I have called to inquire about sales, they were very helpful and not rushing me off the phone,

So many great items in stock. The staff is so friendly and are very knowledgeable about all the products. Financing was so easy. I had my purchase delivered to my home with no issues. The delivery staff was great and set it all up for me with no hassle.

Went into furniture row in Tyler. Looked around for awhile and Guy approached asking if we needed any help. We told him we were looking to buy furniture for our new house and he was very eager to help. We shopped for couches and bedroom furniture for over 2 hours and he was with us every step of way writing down what we liked and didn't like. I really liked that he knew the inventory, what was new and what would fit into our house with dogs. He was very professional, no pressure and I would highly recommend asking for Guy when you go in. That's his actual name: Guy.

Great selection of in-stock and on the floor furniture. Ivan knew every inch of it and helped us make an informed decision with no pressure. You really should give FR a look before you buy.

We have filled most of our house with selections from the Tyler store. Our master bedroom, home office, kitchen nook and living room are all furnished from Furniture Row. They also have the most professional sales people. Ivan in particular has helped us along they way and we always ask for him every time.

We were needing living room furniture right away and had been looking online and in stores but most items were either unavailable or the delivery would be to late. Zane at Furniture Row directed us to the clearance section where we found a set we liked and it could be delivered that same week. Not only that but the set was on clearance sale! Way to go Zane and Furniture Row!

Irene was very helpful, not pushy, and answered all of our questions easily and quickly. We decided to go home and think about it, called a week later and did everything over the phone! Super easy and our beautiful couch was ready for pick up in just a couple weeks. We have made several purchases from this store and always have a good experience.

This was our first visit to Furniture Row. So glad we went. We were looking for a bunk bed for our grandkids. But then we realized they had more than beds, so we took a look. Irene was very helpful, never pushy. We found the perfect dining table and chairs as well as a couple of recliners that go perfectly with our decor. Plus they were having a big sale. So we were able to get everything we needed for a great price. Plus they will deliver it all and set it up. Thank you!!

Lisa was amazing. she was so patient and spent a lot of time walking the store and helping me find the perfect pieces. the selection was great but it’s all way backed up. she was fantastic on continually finding a piece I was interested in to give me an idea when it would be available.

Just bought a couch and tv console unit and came back a few weeks later to buy a daybed here. I had been searching for three weeks and they had a great fit. I have received excellent assistance both times— patient and knowledgeable and looking out for my needs. Good selection in store and on line and shorter delivery times than I was told by some other stores.

I was impress with the service I received. The sales person was very knowledgeable and showed me furniture that was in my price range and matched my preferences.

I found a rug that was on clearance that I just fell in love with, they have a great selection of everything and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

We went Saturday to look for a chest dresser for my older brother. Shane greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. With Shane's guidance we were able to find the chest dresser within a few minutes. My fiancée, Eric went with Shane to the living room section to find an end table. Shane moved the chosen table to a similar sized recliner to see if it would be fine. Checkout for both items was very smooth and we are looking forward to delivery to store so we can pick them up. (7-10 business days). We will certainly ask for Shane in the future when we return for other furniture we will need.

Ivan at Tyler Texas location spent an obscene amount of time with me picking out the perfect pieces for our couch that was going in our new condo at the beach. We had a small space and it would be our only sitting area as well as extra bed. Ultimately with his guidance the perfect couch was delivered all the way to South Padre!

My husband and I went to Furniture Row today, being recommended by my daughter and her husband. They say buy all there furniture and home accessories at Furniture Row. After shopping today there, meeting fantastic Irene and end up buying two beautiful recliners, I too feel the same way and my daughter and husband . Furniture Row has super customer service!!! and a great amount of choices to decorate any home! I recommend them!

Met immediately upon entering. Pauline remembered us from our phone calls. Took us right to the furniture we had called about. Matt one of the Managers was already there showing another customer the same furniture and included us in on his talk. Felt very good about ALL of the furniture we purchased tonight. We ended up getting pieces for living, dining and bedroom. We are very pleased!

We moved to Tyler this month having sold off three rooms of furniture from our previous, larger home. After searching several national named stores, we wandered into Furniture Row. We we're impressed with the selections and options that were available. The nicest surprise was the sales staff. They were all very pleasant and helpful. Our sales person, Britton, was excellent. He was helpful & patient as we moved furniture around to have a better look at what worked best for our needs. We would highly recommed shopping at Furniture Rou on the Loop and asking for Britton. It was a pleasant experience.

We have bought several items from this store and will continue. Staff is very courteous and available for questions but do not follow you around and bother you like other stores. The selection is wonderful!

Love the selection & styles of furniture! My teenage son found exactly what he wanted. It’ll had to be ordered & is coming in at different times,but he can’t wait to get it!

My grand-daughter likes visiting, and so we killed some time by browsing all 4 stores in the store. I really hadn't intended to buy anything, but I was looking for ideas for a reading chair. Then it jumped out and called my name! We need some bar stools, but I am on a huge budget right now. And we have some particular needs, with cats and kids in the house. So, when I found a stool, all wood and metal, and it had a clearance tag, I had to look twice. That price couldn't be right, could it? It was, and I bought it. *Always* check the clearance areas!

This was my first time visiting FurnitureRow and I was very impressed with what I saw. The store is very roomy and neat, as well as being well organized. They have a beautiful selection of items and all are priced to move. The staff are very friendly and more than willing to help. I ended up purchasing a cabinet and after I finalized my purchase, I went out to bring my truck around to pick up my item. When I got there they were already there waiting for me.
