Would highly recommend this store for all types of furnishings. Excellent service and friendly staff. Although you may find slightly lower prices in other stores in the area, however the quality may not be as good as Furniture Rows.

Nina was amazing as she assisted us with out shopping. Love the set we picked out! great selection and prices were lower than I expected.

I have purchased from this location several times. I have also had the pleasure of having the same wonderful sales lady help me. I do think prices are a bit high but what do you do, no one is forcing me to make a purchase.

Moving our son into his first apartment long distance during the pandemic was not an ideal situation, but M'Leah was the ideal salesperson to help! I called and she helped me find options in stock, determine what would look good together, and what was the best value. She took photos of everything and texted them to me, adding things I thought of a few hours later, and was friendly and helpful. Yay, M'Leah!

We are building a house and moving to Terre Haute in early summer. For the new home we planned to buy a new living room set, but because of limited floor space we had trouble finding and deciding on the pieces for the room. The sales staff at Furniture Row were extremely helpful in working with us to find a set that was small enough to fit in the space yet met our requirements for a powered sofa and loveseat. We went through several iterations of configurations in those pieces until our builder/designer graphically placed the pieces in the house plan and showed us they would work. At that point we came back into town and placed our order, which was expeditiously handled. We had help with selecting features, styles, and fabrics from various sales staff; everyone was gracious and patient with me as I constantly made changes throughout the project. Now I'm looking forward to getting my custom ordered set and having it delivered when we're ready to move into our new home.

Very happy with my selection. Best value I found from 3 other furniture stores. The main benefit was the sales lady, Her name is Kelsey Fagg. She was not pushy, knew details about the furniture and was very helpful and friendly. My rating for her is 15 out of 10

My son recently needed to furnish his apartment before starting summer college. On our three encounters to the Terre Haute store, the staff was pleasant, provided us with detailed answers to all our questions and very accommodating to our needs. The furniture is priced right and good quality.Needless to say, we will be returning for future needs.

We had a great experience while ordering furniture. We originally went in just for a waterbed and ended up buying a couch, a rocking chair and a mattress to use while we wait on the bed. Great service by José.

We always appreciate the time and attention each salesperson gives to us...without smothering us. We have always been allowed to shop easily. Our recent purchase was made with the help of Jose, and he was excellent. He even oversaw the loading of our purchase. The quality of each item we have purchased has been very good...fitting our budget and lasting for many years.

We LOVED the inventory! Top notch service, Sales rep was there to Help with any information but not overbearing or pushy. Buying process was so easy! We Purchased dining set in store but wanted to double check measurements for living room furniture. We were able to send a text the next day telling our Sales rep what set we wanted and within minutes I was able to purchase and add it to my delivery. M’Leah helped us and was amazing. We can’t wait to get out new furniture!

Our last furniture store stop was at the Terre Haute location. We were promptly greeted by Stacey D. She asked questions to try and assist us in our search. She was very patient and attentive to our wants and needs. We were excited to find just the right sofa in your showroom.

My husband and I decided on a Saturday that we wanted to purchase a sectional with a chaise lounge. We went to Sofa Mart and browsed their selection. We liked a particular sofa and even though the store was closing in 15 minutes, Lora took excellent care of us and did not rush us to make a decision. We left the store, explaining we needed to talk it over. The next day we looked at three other furniture stores in the area to comparison shop. The other stores had pushy salesmen who followed us around and had to give us the detail of every sofa we looked at. None of the sofas were sectionals with a chaise. We returned to Sofa Mart and purchased our new sofa from Lora. I loved this experience... Lora answered questions without hounding us and really made the experience comfortable and enjoyable..

Stopped by looking for area rugs. Found what I was looking for in a matter of minutes. Sales person was very helpful.

I went to the TH showroom to get matching pieces for my bed (OOS) and Salesman Grant Ford assisted me with online ordering and told me of upcoming sale which enabled me to take advantage of huge savings! Great customer service! I bought dining room chairs about 15 years ago that are still fantastic with years of teenage abuse. Actually this was my first financing store when establishing credit.

We were helped by the nicest young man upon our arrival and visited the store again to finally make our purchase. We were not hounded from the time we walked in the door like some stores have a tendency to do to their customers. We will definitely be back.

I was definitely, pleasantly surprised with the selection, prices, and most of all the friendly and helpful sales person that helped me find what I was looking for. I will come here again if I am in need of anything for the home.

I most appreciated the way Amber let us know she was aware we were there but left us alone to look around and make our decision without any pressure or hovering over us so we felt free to discuss our decision. When we had decided she was very efficient and explained everything we needed to know.

I ordered online and had shipped to the store. The employees were very nice and helpful. It was on clearance so the price was great. I love the look and the quality.

The selection was great and I have been looking at sectionals for awhile but not ready to purchase yet. The young lady,Kelsey Fagg, that assisted me was great. She went out of her way and took great deal of time showing me selections & options and it was appreciated!! When I'm ready I will go back and see her !

We had an excellent experience shopping for a dining room table, sectional couch, and office furniture. There was a lot we needed and the sales person we spoke to was very helpful. I believe he was on his way to a break when I stopped him. He not only waited on us but was very patient when we added and took things away from our order and when we had to talk things over. This process was very lengthy and did an excellent job helping us. He did great selling us what we needed, but was very honest so that we didn't feel as though we were getting worked over. We returned and the warehouse was closed but that didn't stop the manager from being very polite and having a sales person load up ALL of our stuff for us. Very pleasant experience.

Amber was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We were very happy to have someone that wasn't pushy and let us find what we wanted but at the same time make herself available to answer questions when we had them. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Can't wait to get our new sectional.

We were very impressed both times we have shopped at Sofa Mart. The selection is fantastic and the time frames for ordering your pieces are great. Kelsey is such a great help and we love everything that we have purchased. The quality is great and the value is exceptional! We would highly recommend them!

We have shopped at the Furniture Row several times in the last 4-5 months and have ALWAYS had excellent service. We went to Furniture Row after having very poor service at other furniture stores in the Terre Haute area. Dealing with Kelsey has been great and she is always friendly and goes out of her way to make sure we get what we want. She is not pushy and we like that. When we walk into Furniture Row of Terre Haute, we feel like we get 5 star service every time. We have NEVER felt like that in the other furniture stores in the Terre Haute area. We purchased furniture at another dealer and 3 months later still did not have our furniture. Could not get the owner to return out calls and could not get a straight answer as to why we did not have our furniture in the time frame given at the time of purchase. Kelsey was very understanding to what we had been through and was up front with us as to what they had in stock and if we would have to wait on any part of the sectional we may have been interested in. We were able to purchase our sectional and have the full sectional within days. Best purchase!! We have made several purchases since and every time Kelsey has been WONDERFUL!

I love this store. It's easy to find, has great parking space and the employees are the best. My whole living room is furnished by Furniture Row. I first purchased a dining room set, which I love. I then purchased a sofa and two chairs. Which are so comfee and sturdy. I got a Jackie O chair which I just love. It is beautiful and so comfee. I than went back and purchased another chair and two lamps. The employees that helped me work soooo nice. They showed me lots of different choices and colors. They gave me great advise and were so knowledgeable about every maker and every design. I don't know how they remember it all. But they were truly wonderful to work with. I have told everyone of my friends how great your people are to work with and what great products you have. Such a great choice on everything. I don't see how anyone could possible ask for anything more. And things are very well priced. You've got my vote. What a wonderful store. Thank you for everything you offer and everything you provide.

Went to Terre Haute shopping for wife a new sofa, not planning on actually buying ..yet,salesman made us feel at ease no pressure, explained well, answered all our questions, well needless to say we never even went to another store, wife said let's buy it right now. After a few minutes wife was happy and me too, cause my shopping was simplified. Thanks again Tim

I recently visited Furniture Row to purchase a new living room set. We found bed bugs and opted for new rather than treatment of old pieces. Kelsey was most helpful. She showed us pieces in our price range and explained several different financing options to help us get the furniture we needed sooner rather than later.

My wife and I visited this store twice over the weekend. We were in need of a new couch to replace one that I had purchased in this same store a decade before. We only had the vaguest idea of what we wanted when we first entered the store, and the sales staff provided the perfect balance of being helpful when needed, but also left us to browse through the selection. We left the store with an idea of what we wanted, but the need to do a little more research. We returned the next day, with questions from our research and they were all answered promptly and thoroughly. We made the purchase feeling confident with our decision.

I recently purchased a new living room set. Ian was my salesman and he was very helpful. I pretty much knew which pieces I was interested in prior to my visit. Ian took the time to go over each piece of furniture with me and show other pieces. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to get me to buy anything I wasn't interested in. In the future I plan to buy more pieces of the collection. I will be definitely be back to Furniture Row.

After too long sitting in a chair that hurt my back I decided to go shopping. The second stop I made was Sofa Mart at Furniture Row in Terre Haute, IN. Upon entering the bright, clean well-lit store I was overwhelmed with the style, selection, quantity, price & variety of furniture right in front of me. After "test driving" several seats I decided to sit in a Starship collection powered loveseat, Boom that was it. Total comfort from the beginning. To cap off this great shopping experience I was assisted with my purchase by a pleasant, knowledgeable young gentleman by the name of IAN. In the future Sofa Mart will be my first stop for quality furniture at an affordable price.

We visited 7 furniture stores while shopping for our new sectional--we came back to Sofa Mart after visiting the others because they had such a wonderful selection and the staff was so friendly. We do not have the sectional yet as we had to order a couple of extra pieces but I have no doubt that we will love it!

I am in love with my living room purchase. I can't for it to be delivered. Very easy ordering process the two gals at my store in Terre Haute IN were very helpful.

We have been in search of a bed frame and after visiting several local furniture stores. There was no place better than Bedroom Expressions for the price, selection and service. We made a purchase and are extremely pleased.

We were leaving but Justin returned from picking up lunch and immediately noticed us, greeted us then provided excellent professional service. We bought our mattress here about a year ago. The mattress was at an awesome price and it is still very comfortable a year later. The only complaint I have is that when I came in, the employees looked the other way (I just got off work so no, I probably didn't look like someone with money.) I had to go and ask to get help so I could make a purchase, I also bought a table and 6 chairs, I wasn't there to waste anyone's time.

I just love this place. Although this time I did not get a free gift like I did the last time. that is why I came back, -[
