Fabulous store—superior all the way around! Our sales associate was detailed, helpful, NO pressure. I appreciate the “no gimmick” approach and shopping with all pricing clearly posted. I’ll be back the next time I need to purchase furniture.

Options are endless. Sales associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; did not hover over you when browsing.

I was so impressed with our salesman. besides being very knowledgeable and helpful. He let us look and there was a lot of choices to look at (table and chairs). the store is huge and set up just right with sections. prices are comparable and the quality is very very good. I would recommend it

My couch was out of warranty and they recommended Finishing touch furniture repair. Dominic was very professional, punctual, and was able to repair my couch back to its old self. very pleased.!

I went in with a pretty tall order and Ryan Glendenning patiently guided me to just the right pieces without trying to talk me into what I didn't want. I have never before been able to find three full rooms of furniture in one store. The prices were less than expected for high quality, real wood and gorgeous finishes.

We just bought furniture here and the service was wonderful. Christopher Ebersole made the experience very enjoyable, and we searched other stores in the area for prices and furniture row came in the best for quality and sales experience. We will return for any of our other needs.

We recently purchased a sectional and a recliner from this location and we had the best service without feeling the pressure of the salesperson. We actually thought we would just go in and look but found the perfect set and all our questions were answered and it only took two weeks and we had it in our home and absolutely love it!! We have always used Furniture Row for our Furniture ,bedroom furniture and mattress and have always been satisfied with all our purchases and service!!

We knew we wanted a small couch or love seat with reclining seats when we went to Furniture Row. Ryan G. pointed out that we could order the two ends of a sectional set to build our loveseat / couch. We picked out the set we wanted and I can't wait for it to be delivered.

we had our new furniture delivered today. the men, Ryan and Thomas were exceptional. they were exactly on time, very neat-appearing, very careful with the furniture and our home, and friendly and helpful.

Anna Joy was amazing! She was helpful but not pushy and answered all our questions and even made helpful suggestions for things we had not considered. We purchased a great Flexsteel sofa at a great price!

Excellent selection and the service was fantastic. Many great options to choose from in varying price points for dining, bedroom and living room furniture. We were very unsure of which dining room table to get and visited 3 times (and 4 other stores) before selecting the right one. Our sales associate was able to direct us to the right purchase, once we determined what we wanted and what we wanted to avoid. She gave options for financing, and helped me to apply. She was very knowledgeable about products and services throughout. I appreciated the upfront information about shipping timelines and fees that would be included in the overall purchase so I wasn't surprised at my bill. Delivery was exactly as expected and installation and set up was on time and the drivers were friendly and efficient. We will absolutely be returning customers .

The staff is friendly, the environment, very relaxed, and the selection of furniture, admirable. Melissa, our salesperson, answered all our questions, and did not rush us to any decisions. We recently had our furniture delivered, and the guys (Nathan and Aden) were very thorough, even making sure that our lamp was functioning properly.

I purchased an adjustable bed and mattress from Denver Mattress on Furniture Row on Labor Day weekend. They were having a great sale. They have a large selection and the store is open and airy, clean and easy to navigate. my salesman, David, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He listened to my criteria and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. the bed also came with extras; 2 pillows, mattress and pillow protectors and a sheet set. the delivery and set up process was smooth and quick. two very pleasant, professional guys were in and out in no time. I will definitely recommend this store!!

Excellent sales associate Bridget Compton found what we needed!

I ordered bedroom furniture back in January and we were told it would be here around the first of June. Our dresser arrived first so we picked it up and when we got it home and unboxed it there was a significant “ding” on the front. I called and talked to Mallory because we were heartbroken 💔. She asked me to send her pictures and she would discuss with her manager. They offered us a couple of options and we were extremely pleased with what they offered. Our new dresser will be here fairly quickly and they Mallory is going to watch for our nightstands since our salesman is out right now. We’ve had awesome customer service with every purchase we have made at this store 😊

Very comfortable bed with outstanding customer service

I spent a fair amount of time in the store a couple weeks ago. I was greeted when I walked in by Anne, who was a "no pressure, let me know if I can help" kinda gal. She had great input and steered me in the direction I needed to go based on my wants. I found a great dining table for my kitchen along with some barstools. She was quick and efficient when ringing up my purchase and helped to schedule a delivery date that works best for me. Today, I went back and bought a headboard for my new bed that will be coming from Denver Mattress. I had a questions about how the headboard would work with my new bed and she helped me figure it all out! AND... She was able to schedule it for delivery on the same day as my other furniture. I'm so excited! Thanks, Anne!
