I shopped at several other furniture stores before heading to Furniture Row. I found EXACTLY what I was looking for at a great price. The sales associate who assisted me was friendly, extremely helpful and not pushy at all like at the other places I visited. I will definitely shop there again for my future furniture purchases.

Great selection and service!

My husband and I have been looking for couches for a while now. It seemed like all the furniture stores had the same pieces but when we went to furniture row we saw all couches we have never seen before! The selection was amazing, the quality was great and the store was very clean. Very nice salesman also his name was Johann. We just purchased our sectional and cannot wait to get it in.

Last week I purchased an oversized chair and ottoman from Furniture Row in Springdale, AR. Jimmy was my salesman, and he was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! I love the comfort and support of the chair, along with the great price.

Outstanding Furniture Row store in Springdale, AR. Chase, the sales manager, was outstandingly friendly, courteous, helpful, and welcoming. He has great customer service skills and was very attentive to my purchase needs. He was trustworthy and I appreciated his support. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Many companies fall short on this metric. I purchase several household furniture and accessories at great quality and value. This was on 11-27-2021. All items were delivered and installed on 12-04-2021. Just one week. I definitely RECOMMEND this furniture store in Northwest Arkansas and will purchase future household needs from them.

I’ve been In many stores looking for something different, this is the first store that I found it! The salesmen made you feel so at home, had all the information you would need without being pressured. Worked with Cody and he put all our requests together and out the door we went with a smile on our faces. Take the time to go see their products, you won’t be disappointed.

Great selection and great service. No high pressure. great financing options. Have used them for many years. Not always the cheapest in town but good quality and they backup their products with service.

My husband and I had a great experience at Furniture Row in Springdale, AR today. The kind (not pushy- always a plus) salesman Peter helped us to purchase a super cool sectional. We couldn't believe the great deal that it was. We had looked at several other furniture stores in the area and the prices to quality didn't compare to what we found at this location. We were thankful for the great zero interest financing. They offered free delivery for locations within 25 miles, which was a plus for us. The purchase was a quick and easy "Yes!" from us. It was a great shopping experience and we'll be back!

I am late on this review but better late than never! My mom had recently lost her husband and we were in the process of moving her closer to us. She wanted a new bed for her new place. That day we simply were going out to look and not planning on buying just yet. Jacob was SO helpful and worked EXTRA hard to find the very best deals on mattress, sheets and comforter. Plus the pillow. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help, knowing she is on a small fixed income! Very much APPRECIATE Jacob!!

This is a great furniture store with very helpful employees. I was struggling to find exactly what I wanted/had in my mind and I was able to describe that to the employees and they were able to show me all options that were close to what I was wanting. Also the checkout, credit card application and delivery of my couch was painless and effortless. I highly recommend and will be buying more furniture from this store in the next few weeks!

This mattress is wonderful. Best sleep I have had in 5 years. No more back pain in the am. I would recommend this mattress to anyone with back issues.

We thought this place would be really pricey but it wasn't at all. They offer a great selection for a great price. The sales people weren't pushy and they are knowledgeable. We were looking for nice gray leather furniture a d we found a beautiful sectional priced better than anyone else around. I have already recommended them to 2 people.

Bri at the Springdale location is friendly and knows her stuff! We found a great sofa and chair that we know we will be happy with. Add that to the bed, mattress, pillows, 2 tables and chairs that we've already purchased from furniture row, so needless to say we love their furniture! Awesome quality and great value, but most importantly the sales staff is awesome. Not pushy and knowledgeable. What more do you need?

I wasnt even looking for furniture for, myself, as I walked into Sofa Mart, in Springdale, AR. I was recliner shopping with a friend. The store was inviting, bright and comfortable.The young lady who asked if she could help us and left us to roam, was great when I found and purchased my chair.

Went to Oak Express looking for Dining Room a table and Chairs. Dwight G. was extremely helpful. I had picked the table I wanted but was not happy with the chairs it was with. He brought over several different styles and found the ones I really liked. He was not pushy, but very helpful.

You can find some really unique and attractive pieces at Sofa Mart. Beautiful treasures if you are willing to take the time to look around. Good quality for the price.

This review is based on the most recent visit. Yesterday, October 29th 2016. 1st let me say that this is the 3rd time we have purchased from this store and living room furniture. Also bought 3 times in Denver Mattress, part of the same. Why? Bottom line is customer service is top of the line! That is always most important!

Enjoyed my visit to Furniture Row. First visit and was greeted immediately at the door but did not care for the salesman's persistent conversation. We were there to look and felt like we had to answer too many questions to even shop. We continued through the store and ended up at Sofa Mart where we were in no way pressured. We ended up buying a sofa and chair and enjoyed the salesperson's attitude and assistance.

We have been looking for a sectional for about two months now and when it came down to price point, quality and service, this was our best option. We are very happy with our purchase! We will be coming back again.

Pleasant shopping experience; didn't feel any pressure to buy, but the staff was very helpful when I had questions. I just moved to the area and was worried about finding furniture I liked since I wasn't familiar with any furniture stores near by. Sofa Mart had by far the best selection I have seen in this area; and they have furniture that fits any budget. You are able to customize anything there which is really nice. My furniture was delivered within a week. Will be going back to buy more furniture I need in the future.

The selection at this store is very impressive. I visited the Springdale Furniture Row on Saturday with my family, and we found exactly what we needed and more. The new Massage chair will be delivered when we move into our new house next month (along with everything else)! The bedroom furniture is well made, and the selection is very diverse. The sales manager helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The kids loved the children's section! My honey was able to find the perfect electric recliner sofa for his game room. We loved the sales staff. They were very helpful and didn't hover while we were acting like Goldielocks testing out all of the chairs to see which one was just right.

Our sales person was very professional and very helpful. We loved the customer service we received. We LOVE Furniture Row and we will be back.

My husband and i have been struggling to sleep well on a mattress well past its prime. I walked into the Springdale Denver mattress location and Eddie helped me find the perfect bed at the right price. I was in and out of thebstore within 45 minutes. My mattress will be delivered in approximately 2 weeks and my marriage has probably been saved. Thanks, Eddie.

We stopped by the Springdale store to see the selection of sofas and side chairs the store would have. Anne in Sofa Mart was so helpful. We found just the right chairs. We were able to take samples of fabric home to compare with the color of the rest of our furniture. Thanks Anne. We appreciate your help.
