I bought a Denver Mattress at this location and I was very happy with the service I received. Available for question but didn't hover around either. I will be back.

Recently I bought a 4-piece bedroom set, and when it arrived, the dresser was broken. The people in the store immediately exchanged the broken piece of furniture and were very helpful and friendly. Very good service.

best furniture store I visit, when I initially started looking for furniture, I went to every store in town and ended up here, out of everywhere they have hands down the best customer service, and if they don't have it in store they'll help you find it online, furniture shopping is stressful when you don't know exactly what your looking for. I've fully furnished my kids room and just make a huge purchase for my bedroom. I'll continue to do my furniture shopping here. furniture is always good quality and worth it. bunk beds and dressers for my kids have help up for years and still look brand new.

Another great experience. Dale was super helpful, friendly and outgoing without bring pushy. we were able to pick out and customize our new couch with little frustration.

We came to the store, which was easy to find just off of Division Street in North Spokane, to look at couches because we are remodeling our house. The salesman (Austin) was very helpful. He greeted us and then left us alone as we just wanted to look,. When we found a couch we liked, he showed us features of the couch (Galaxy Power Sofa) that we didn't even know existed. He opened up the center console to show us the create comforts that was exactly what we were looking for. We weren't going to buy a couch that day but the couch was on sale and then Austin mentioned the holiday sale so we decided to buy the couch then and there! That was the final hook. It was a very positive experience and we can't wait to get our new couch! :)

Between my husband and I, my mom, and my grandparents (we are 3 generations of furniture row goers 😉-our kids will be next!), we have purchased couches, dining chairs, tables, kids furniture and bed sets. We have never had a negative experience at Furniture Row. The furniture itself is always quality and the customer service is always wonderful. The associates are all kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and not too pushy. I 100% recommend Furniture Row!

I purchased a fabulous chair from Furniture Row a few months ago, and because of Covid-19 the delivery was delayed until July 5th. I cannot say enough about the quality of the sales staff, the product itself and the delivery company. Austin was a great sales person to work with and every interaction I had with all staff members after the day of sale was pure quality. The delivery was on time and professional and they were above all I expected. I will choose Furniture Row again. Thank You All!

For over 20 years, Darrell and staff have been there for all of our furniture needs. Our living room, den, office, dining room and two bed rooms are furnished by Furniture Row. Our last visit was complicated . . . couldn't bring it all together color wise. They were patient with us through our many choices. I think other stores would not have done this. One time we couldn't find what we need at Furniture Row so we went and looked at every other major furniture in the Spokane area. We soon learned that no store can compare (selection, quality, service) so now we won't even look else where. Once when visiting our daughter in Ft Collins we went to local store and found the same type of service, quality and selection. She got a dining room set and bed frame. . . she was very happy. We have recently purchased a new home and wanted to decorate in a new style becoming to our Mid-Century Modern home. We found the perfect pieces with the help of the experienced staff. They made great recommendations, were always willing to answer a multitude of questions, advised on upcoming sales, and even drew out the room on graph paper to help us pick the right pieces. And the pricing was excellent. Always our first stop for anything home!!

I have shopped at both North and Valley locations and have enjoyed my experiences. I have purchased a sofa...futon....recliner....dining table...adjustable bed..and now another sofa... it is pretty obvious that I love the stores and if I need furniture in the future will definitely shop at Furniture Row and Denver Mattress.

As always when we need furniture we go to Furniture Row and as I knew it, we found exactly what we needed at a 4th of July sale price. This is a beautiful chest of drawers needed for our daughter in college and the item we chose is of great quality and at a great price. Can't ever seem to do any better than here at Furniture Row for all items ~ all the time!!!!!

My wife and I recently stopped in to look for a new dining set, sofa, chair and ottoman to go with the new carpet we are getting. We were greeted immediately by Jennifer. She was very pleasant to work with and spent quite a bit of time helping us select styles and fabrics. She made spending my hard-earned money almost fun! I had issues with a chair, and tried the same one 3 times, and it just wouldnt work for me. It took a little while for them to come get the chairs, but they did, and gave me a refund. Kim was very patient with me, and very helpful overall, and I'd definitely shop with him again. I'm sad that the chair didn't work out, but I have a lot of respect for this company and their pride in their products.

Furniture Row: 7520 N. Division St., Spokane WA We recently relocated to Spokane. The trip was taxing and our furniture could not be delivered for several weeks due to inclimate weather. We were in dire need of a couch and a television stand, among other things.. The salesman that helped us went out of his way to find clearance and other deals for us. Although it was Christmas eve and the store had given all of the delivery people the day off, this salesman offered to personally deliver the furniture that evening! The salesman has no idea what a blessing he was! The customer service was so far superior to anything I had ever experienced before. I will always recommend Furniture Row and I will definately be a repeat customer. What a class operation

As with most people, we don't shop for furniture very often, maybe once every 5 years or so. When we do visit a store we typically go in having a pretty solid idea of what we want and are ready to buy either that same day or very soon after. Our first visit was to the store in Spokane Valley. The sales people there were gathered in a group within central sales desk area pretty much ignoring us and chatting among themselves and were overall not very attentive. When we asked for help the salesman who was up came our way and gave us a very limited amount of information about the sectional we were asking about, his product knowledge seemed bit shallow. We took the information and went home to measure and discuss options. A few days later we returned with an exact list of what we wanted (a $3,500.00 purchase) and walked up to the sales desk to ask for help (since once again, we were basically ignored). It was then that we were asked who had helped us before. We couldn't recall his name so the next person who was "up" was asked to help us. He was sitting on a sofa next to the sales desk and briefly looked up at us and said he couldn't help us at the moment as he was busy texting with someone! Unbelievable! Coincidentally, I recognized him as the guy who had helped us before. So, miffed, I said he should be fired and after getting some final pricing from a different sales person we left to take our business elsewhere. After speaking to a relative about what had gone on she told me of her great experience at the store on North Division and that her sales person Jen Smith was outstanding. Without our knowledge my relative contacted Jen and told her what had happened at the other store and suggested she call us. Jen called and was very professional and positive to speak with so we decided to give Furniture Row another shot and took the drive to the opposite side of town to see her. On arrival the store personal had an entirely different attitude than we had at the other store, very helpful accross the board, Jen was a delight to deal with, very courteous, professional, and had good product knowledge, we showed her what we wanted and she had it written up and ordered in no time at all. She also suggested some additional complimentary pieces that we are still considering. Take care of her, she's one of the good ones! Friendly greetings when we entered store, but nothing pushy or overwhelming. We had just the perfect amount of space (no pressure sales) to browse and and all of our questions were answered when we needed help. Dallas was informative, friendly, and very helpful. A good place to go if you need quality furniture without the insane prices.

We recently purchased a powered lift chair for my husband, who's soon to undergo spinal surgery. He is a large man and requires a well-built, sturdy chair that can stand up to many hours of usage. We searched most of the furniture stores in Spokane, as well as medical supply companies, and we found exactly what we were looking for at Furniture Row. We purchased a Leisure Lift Chair, built to handle up to 375 pounds. It has a taller back and longer seat, and they work independently of each other in order to allow almost unlimited positioning. Our salesperson, Jenn, was truly a blessing, answering all of our questions, putting the chair through it's paces, and getting us the best deal, with zero percent financing and an extended warranty. The chair arrived in less than 2 weeks, as promised, and the delivery men set it up quickly and made sure we knew how everything worked before leaving. We would highly recommend Furniture Row, and especially Jenn, to anyone looking to purchase high quality, yet affordable furniture.

i stopped at the Furniture Row on Division st in Spokane as I had been looking on the internet for a leather loveseat that reclines. I was meet at the door by a personable young lady, Jamie, that showed my several loveseats. She also said that any could be made to my order. She showed me the San Mateo couch and said it could be ordered a love seat with power and we looked at the samples. She helped when she said that as leather wears it can show the underside that could be a different color. I chose Taupe as both the sides of the leather would be the same as it wears. She helped me order it and also explained any discounts and also showed me leather cleaning supplies. She was very helpful and excited about getting my special ordered couch into the store and would call me when it came in.

I met Dallas about 3 years ago (2014). After my wife and I bought a bigger house for our growing family we found ourselves needing furniture to fill the bigger space. So, we went to various Furniture stores. Furniture row was about 5th on the list and after meeing Dallas has now become our go to. We have since Bought 3 couches and a bedroom set that we still have an love! We've also referred numerous friends and family members to Dallas Hines at Furniture Row and they have all been just as pleased with Dallas. Thanks for everything!

The friendliest staff! Love the furniture selections! I purchased the Alpha Vaquero powered reclining couch and recliner last May and they are so comfortable and I love them in the dark brown. I just purchased the Casa Viejo counter height round dining room table with 4 chairs to match, can't wait til it's delivered!! Furniture Row is my go to store for all my home furnishing needs!

My sales person was amazing. He went over in detail about sectionals. I showed him one that I saw on line and he took me right over to it. It reclined and I made a joke about watching Dr.Phil and he chimed in and really had a great personality. He wasn't pushy at all. Very friendly and just all about what works for the customer. I've bought 90% of my furniture there and this sales person is a keeper.

We've purchased numerous items of furniture from here, and are always completely satisfied! We are glad that it is not a high turnover for employees, as we get to work with the same person each time, and he has learned our style and likes. Makes shopping easy!
