Great service. but should pick up used furniture from customers

The associates were very helpful. We had a question about a dining table and they researched the answer right away. They were very knowledgable and helpful in rearranging the sectional to show the versatility.

We were helped immediately upon entering the store and were shown to where we asked. They didn't hover over us like some stores do and once we selected what we wanted to purchase the process from there was quick and painless.

we have been in Overgaard area 7 years and have purchased a king bed from Denver mattress and a large sectional 2 years ago. we have been very happy with products. our sectional 2 yrs later had a motor going out and furniture row took care of it at no cost and no hassle for free. we will continue to make our purchases here. support Lois local business.

I would like to throw out a great big thank you and an ata boy to Kaleb for the most friendly helping man you could ever ask for at any business. We walked into the store in Show Low and was just looking for a recliner. I spotted one that I liked and he told me they would have to get one brought in. Of course I wanted to know if they delivered in Gilbert AZ and they did for a price. Well of course it was too much to have it delivered so he said my wife and I are coming to Gilbert on Tueday and I will personally bring it to you. He showed up on Tuesday and put it together for me at no charge. How many stores or employee would do that. What a great man and store. I would highly recommend it to everyone. I found the store to be a pleasant place to shop and for the size a fair selection. I do wish they delivered more than one day a week to Heber AZ for a better selection of days.

My wife and I recently purchased a summer home in show low, az. We needed to furnish the home as it came unfurnished. We were planning to buy everything down in the valley where we live thinking we wouldn't find anything we liked or it would be too expensive up in the mountains where the home is located. We popped in to furniture row just to see what was available and we found the diamond in the rough! Great selection, great pricing, outstanding service and a no questions asked return policy if we were not 100% satisfied! Sal took care of us and we were treated like family! No pressure sales pitch1 We spent two hours and left with purchasing a whole house full! Great experience, outstanding and knowledgeable sales team, and quality merchandise priced right! Loved the store in Showlow, AZ no pressure to purchase. The salesman Caleb was very helpful and had a lot of product knowledge. We bought the Truman set of sofa loveseat and recliner chair. The set is well made and the color was true. The stitching on the leather set is remarkable. The store was very clean, organized and stocked. The delivery was quick took only a week and the delivery men took care and moved my furniture right where I wanted it arranged. I have told several of my friends to go to Furniture Row to shop!!!

I'm not one who wants a sales associate to follow me around the store and ask my opinion on everything or show me all of the most expensive furniture. I was allowed to walk about the store with my daughter and husband, have all my questions answered efficiently and quickly, and not be bothered the entire time I was looking around. There was zero pressure to buy which made me more willing to stay in the store longer. I loved the atmosphere of the store and its cleanliness. The man who helped up was very knowledgeable of the couches we looked at, and I loved my experience here! I will be coming back next time I'm looking for furniture!

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted and helped. I explained what I was looking for and got super service.

I spent days, maybe weeks, stalking the store just to browse. Kaleb was so friendly every time he saw me. Most awesome though, is that making a purchase from Kaleb was a real pleasure. (That says a lot because I get really sketchy around salespeople!) Kaleb really went above and beyond in helping me finalize my decisions, sign up for the loyalty program, and figure out delivery. Great store; great people.

Was recommended there by a family friend. We stopped in while shopping for a new sectional. Visited a few other stores, but none compared to our final decision. We are very happy with our experience there. From the moment we walked in to the moment we picked up our couches. We were greeted as we enter the store, never got pressured by a sales associate and were given plenty of information on the items we were interested in.

We had just bought a retirement home in the White Mountains of Arizona. Our first stop at Furniture Row became our last stop in shopping for furniture. Prices kept us there and knowledgeable employees made our buying experience enjoyable. Delivery and set-up also went without a hitch, another plus. Would I recommend Furniture Row in Show Low to my friends, you bet!

This store is wonderful! I love the selection of furniture. It's not all cookie cutter pieces that we normally see. I love unique things, and this store has a lot! The service was good for the size of the store. Probably could be a tad bit better during busy times of the day. I would highly recommend this store!
