My husband and I went in to look around last week. We were greeted by Danielle who showed us the inventory that was in stock. She gave us the time to look through the store and answered any questions that we had. We went back today and ordered what we had decided on. Danielle was once again very courteous and helpful while placing our order. I will definitely go back to this store when I'm looking for additional furniture!

We were greeted immediately by a friendly employee. We told him what we were looking for a recliner and he asked us questions to get a better idea of what features we might be wanting in the recliner. He led us to the first one and it was exactly what we were looking for. He hit the nail on the head on the first try. I did try the other suggestions, just in case, but we went with the first one we tried. He wrote up the order and let us know when to respect shipping. Sadly, it was on back order so we will have to wait, but it is not a problem and good things are worth the wait! This was a great furniture buying experience!

It really was nice not to have to put anything down and 24 months no interest. I'm happy with my selection of the Recliner I purchased. The color of the leather was spot on and matched my Leather Sofa to a tee!!! The Mattress and Box Springs are very comfortable. I'm happy for my purchases. Thank you!!!

Fast and great service. I was able to complete purchase of my outdoor furniture within 30 minutes. Response time was rapid. I will look to Furniture Row for all my furniture needs.

had great customer service. But was a little disappointing about how long its gonna take to receive the chairs the store ordered for me to come in, but I did get the kitchen table now and he helped me load it in the truck.

Steve Spann is the most honest salesman I ever met. No pressure, patient and knew his merchandise. Went above and beyond for my wife and I when we purchased our bedroom suit. Didn't know him when we walked in the store but after all the time spent with him feel we do now! Delivery came one week earlier than stated. Also, delivery truck (Kevin, Jeremy?) showed up within 5 minutes of time they said they would be there! Have bought furniture there before but this time was by far the best. Thanks for all that played a part in getting us some great looking furniture.

My wife and I just purchased a complete bedroom suit from Denver Mattress/Furniture Row in Sherman Texas. The salesman that we worked with was Steve and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products and there was NO sales pressure at all. From purchase to delivery Steve was right by our side with the answers to all of our questions. The mattress is simply amazing to sleep on and the bedroom suit that we purchased is of the highest quality and will more than likely last us for the rest of of lives. Simply put, we would definitely recommend this store to anyone that is looking for new bedroom furniture.

We were looking buy a new recliner . we were about to give up when my wife found a perfect fit for her .the price was great and the recliner is very comfortable . I worked with Keith at Denver Mattress, Jaylon at the furniture store and Morgan at the furniture store and everyone of them are as professional as you could ask for, they made every step as easy as possible, they would not be getting this good review from me if they did not earn it because I am not that way. The store is very clean and organized with to many nice furniture choices making it a little hard to finally pick something to purchase but there is no pressure to buy and the prices are good for the good quality of products they have. Looking forward to going back soon to purchase some more furniture from them.

Sales associate, Chase, at the Sherman, TX location was most helpful finding us the perfect bedroom suit. We described what we wanted and he suggested the Monaco set. We live in Tennessee and he arranged to have it delivered to us from there. Such a helpful young man.

The selection is excellent allowing for a broad range of tastes to be satisfied. The staff is friendly and they allow the furniture to speak for itself unless otherwise called upon. I felt free to look around without being pressured.

This was our first experience shopping at Oak Express. We were looking for bar stools and a small bench. We were greeted by a friendly salesperson. He was very helpful and we found just what we wanted. Very good experience overall.

We bought almost all our furniture for our new house here. The salespeople (mainly Chase) worked hard to give us the best prices possible and combine delivery for the lowest cost delivery (we are 70 miles away!) Chase also kept us updated on delivery times and even replaced a piece of a three-year-old sectional that was broken but outside the manufacturer's warranty!

I have received most of my furniture so far since I elected to pick up instead of delivery they had to order a couple items I would say it's been a great experience both times I've been up there they seem to have items for all budget types everyone has was very helpful and nice I'll be back for sure

I puchased a Winwood cream colored recliner. I love it. It is perfect in scale, color, texture, design. It is extremely comfortable, the foot rest has no drop and supports the full leg and it reclines fully. Perfect for napping.

I found a swivel rocker I loved but the fabric didn't compliment my current furniture. Our salesman, Rick, assured us we could order it in another fabric and showed us the available fabric selection. We were able to choose what we wanted and closed the deal within minutes.

Easy access to the store. Friendly personnel and cleanliness. Always pointing out good buys and products that are on sale and affordable for the elderly. None of the employees are pushy or forceful to sell the merchandise. I recommend the store in Sherman, Texas highly.

As I was shopping for a sofa for my office my wife saw some bar stools that she thought would fit in our house really well. My experience was at the location in Sherman, Texas. It was quick and easy. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in they welcomed us, we filled out an application, looked around and within 10 minutes we were approved and sent on our way to pick our furniture. Deana explained how everything worked and continued to check on us as we shopped. She made suggestions and helped find items we saw online. We spent the majority of our day there because we are indecisive lol. All and all we enjoyed our experience, it was relaxing and we found everything we needed! Cannot not wait to use my reward points!

I went into the store over the Memorial Day weekend to look at two loveseats that were advertised in the sale flyer. I was greeted by Dalton who I later found out was the store manager. His exceptional attention to my needs requirements and specifics were unparalleled. I was disappointed that the two items I had come in to look at were not available for local viewing and could only be ordered through the warehouse and delivered to my house. For a purchase such is this I would think that if you were advertising it on a sale weekend you would at least have it available in the store for people to see. I was very apprehensive about buying it without seeing it first. Thankfully, due to Dalton's quick thinking and exceptional salesmanship I wound up getting a clearance item which was double the amount of what I had originally come in for.He had the patience and knowledge to answer every single ridiculous question I had for him. I can't tell you how appreciative I am for the service and time he provided. I am a senior citizen who needed several different things to fall into place in order to buy a proper sofa for my needs I think if more retail establishments had Associates and representatives such as Dalton we would all be much more apt to utilize brick and mortar stores than to go running online to make our purchases. He made visiting, talking and asking a plethora of questions an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much Dalton. I wish every business would invest in people like you.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable. He tried to get us the best deal possible. We are waiting on delivery of one of the recliners. The other recliner is very comfortable and hopefully will hold up better than our pervious purchases from other stores.

I was looking for a small sofa because I'm having to move from a large house to a small apartment & I found the perfect one! It's a sectional that is meant especially for smaller spaces & it was also in the color I was hoping to find. And I was lucky enough to get the last one they had in the store so it was marked down to a great price! Bonnie was the salesperson who helped me & she was GREAT! So friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I also found some small tables & lamps that were perfect for my new small space. I had picked out a dining set also but the wait time on that wasn't going to work for me so I had to end up asking for a refund on that part of the order. My only complaint is that they are making me wait 7 to 10 days for the refund. I paid in cash on the day I originally purchased/ordered everything & I don't think I should have to wait that long for my refund. But considering how pleased I am with the other things I ordered, I believe I will definitely be shopping here again.
