We just purchased a really nice TV console along with the side shelves and as well a sofa table. Furniture Row has an amazing selection of furniture nicely arranged in their beautiful showroom. we selected our furniture and fount the pricing way lower than 3other competitors in the area. they are going to deliver and assemble in home for a nominal fee. So Happy 😁

Customer service has always been excellent at the Selma location and they have now remodeled their store. it's beautiful and so much more selection. Definately recommend...great experience

Camaron was amazing to work with! He was so kind and patient with everyone in my family. My husband and I bought a sectional, the one in stock had a small rip at the very base of the couch. Joel, my salesperson, was great and further evidence of his wonderful customer service was when the furniture arrived and the measurements for the extraordinarily large sofa we purchased fit our space like a glove! He took the time to measure at least three times to make sure it was right before I purchased the furniture. The delivery team was so kind and thorough. I've paid for delivery service before, but until the FR guys delivered my furniture, I hadn't experienced such professionalism & courtesy. I'm 100% impressed.

We are very pleased with the service we received at the Selma location. Upon entering the store, we were greeted warmly and encouraged to walk around the store. We appreciated the option to try out the furniture without being hovered over, but still having a representative ready to answer all questions. We were able to order everything and our delivery was ahead of the estimated date. great service and experience overall.

my husband and I have been shopping at this store for 10 years we just bought our first home together and the staff there was excellent with the things that we needed taking things off adding others on and we ended up buying a sofa coffee table and tables entry table two office desks office chair six dining room chairs and two mattresses one twin and one King so I will always recommend the store to people the staff there is excellent the help and they were able to hold on to our furniture for quite a while while our house kept being delayed by 7 months

Found a replacement top for my old dining table, staff was super helpful and verified that it was the matching top based off my purchase history.

I went in with my two daughters looking for a mattress set that would help me sleep better. MARK was our salesman. And let me tell you...this man knows mattresses...he helped me pick out the perfect mattress. Not to mention, he was very well dressed and his personality matched his attire. He had us laying on the mattresses to check for comfort levels. He did not make is feel fushed, he did not fast talk us. He was very patient with this old man here. He also shared a couple of laughs with us. When he adjusted the head of the mattress, I was like...yeah this is what I need. My daughter asked him about raising the foot of the mattress...when he raised the foot...We decided this is the one. He asked thorough questions and then he adjusted the center of the bed...We were all sold. He was able to let the equipment do the work, he was amazing. I purchased right then and there. No need to think about it. while sitting at his desk doing the paper work, I mentioned to my daughter that I should've asked about add a vibration feature...Mark said, I got you Mr. William. I was so impressed. Every question we asked him from the type of mattresses he had to how the payments would LOOK-OUT WAS RIGHT ON EVERYTHING HE SAID...THANKS MARK for the best experience I've had in a very long time!

Steven and Jonah were extremely helpful. We found a king bed that would match our current dresser. It was on clearance and they helped us find all the pieces and helped load it up in our truck. we put the bed together and it is awesome quality.

My wife and I were looking to replace our dining room set, and we went by several stores before going to Furniture Row. We were greeted by Daniel on his first day on the job. He didn't pressure us at all, and let us walk around without being breathed on. I thought that it was excellent. We found the exact thing we wanted, and notified Daniel. He seemed surprised, and I gathered that it was his first sale. Furniture Row needs to be thankful that they have found this man. Next time Furniture Row first.

I had spent the day looking for furniture and was so pleased when I entered the store. Everywhere else I had been ignored. Here I was welcomed and made feel comfortable almost immediately. The young man listened to what I was looking for and directed me to items that fit into what I was interested in. He made suggestions and gave very good information on each piece I was interested. He even opened the lining underneath a chair so I could see what the frame was made of. I was given the best information I could have possibly gotten and was able to make a educated choice in what I wanted. When I got home and discovered that I had chosen a piece which was too large I called and with no problem what so ever my order was changed to a smaller piece. I am so happy with my shopping experience. I can not recommend this store enough .

John helped my boyfriend and I pick out a dining room table and was friendly and seemed to be genuinely interested in getting us set up with the right fit. He made the process quick and easy and we are looking forward to the delivery right around Christmas.

We recently shopped for living room furniture at the Furniture Row Living store in Selma, TX. Both associates that were working there that evening were amazing. They knew their products and they answered every question we had. At one point they even moved a piece of furniture across the showroom so we could see how two pieces from separate collections would look next to each other. I was very impressed with the professionalism at this location. I will definitely shop here again...soon!

We just moved to this area and still need several completer pieces for our home, one being a server buffet. I searched the internet for weeks and came across Furniture Row. I was immediately greeted at the front door by a young man who escorted me to the correct department. Mary, my sales lady, directed me to server buffets I might be interested in and left me to shop while still remaining available for questions. Furniture Row sells Magnolia Home, and I found the perfect server! To sum it up, FR has great service and prices but my favorite thing about them are the unique pieces they have. I will go back and look for the other items I need! Great experience!

I purchased a sectional from Furniture Row from the Selma location last weekend. The salesman (Justin) was beyond excellent! I explained to him what I wanted and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. It was such a hard decision to choose from what he showed me, but he was so patient and gave me time to just sit there and talk it out with my kids and mom and he was not pushy at all. He went above and beyond! I ended up purchasing the most perfect sectional at just the perfect price...with the perfect salesman! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Even though furniture here is a little more of a cost, it's well worth every penny!

The store was clean and organized. The staff was courteous,kind and patient. They didn't bombard you or hover over you. They listen to you and treat you like family! Sherman was so awesome and kind! We came in looked and looked around for awhile, we then left to search other furniture stores. Due to the information and furniture quality we received from Furniture Row, we returned and made a wonderful purchase for our needs and wants!

I had been looking for patio/conversation sets. I found one at Costco and another a Target and a fire pit at Lowe's. When adding everything together it was way over what we were wanting to pay. The sales rep Michelle was so helpful she listened to what my needs were and was able to help me find all I was wanting and for a very reasonable price. I had a great experience at this location. Buying your very first bedroom set can be stressful and time consuming if your not sure what to look for in terms of quality. Michelle at the Selma location was excellent. She greeted me upon entering the store and allowed me to browse on my own at my request. She did come to check on me she and at that time was able to answer all my questions and was really knowledgeable about the bedroom pieces. She took time to gather quotes for me and set up my delivery. Once my furniture arrived everything was set up for me. I would highly recommended this location for anyone looking to buy great quality furniture with a stress free and fun shopping experience.
