We went into the store looking for a new dining room table. We were met by Alexa and Andrew who were AMAZING to work with. They asked us questions, listened to us and helped us identify several options. They were extremely knowledgable about all of the tables we looked at were able to find the perfect table for our new home. We will definitely return to this store in the future. we were looking for a sofa and recliner. The help were so friendly and willing to help. We were able to find a sofa, but wanted to change the color of the sofa. we were able to find the color we liked and purchased the sofa. We were very pleased with everything.

This was my wife's and mine first time shopping at Furniture Row and it was a real nice experience. Even though the manager was busy with other things going on she took care of in a very timely manner and we got exactly what we wanted for our living room at a great price. The associate who took care of us in the living room area was just as courteous as the manager and again we got exactly what we wanted at a great price. It is a great store.

We are return customers. Very pleased with our first purchase here over a year ago. We bought three bedrooms of furniture here and also purchased the mattresses for the beds. We had to exchange two sets of mattresses because they didn't fit the beds right. There was no issue with the exchange. Very pleased with the whole process. We came back to try to find a matching dresser for our master bedroom. SURPRISE, the salesman was able to find one at another store and have it delivered. We even had the same delivery people. Everyone involved in our purchase and delivery was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!

I just have to put out there how simple and efficient ordering a product online is with this company. I am busy planning a move and needed furniture for my recreation room. I got great deals on a leather set, along with coffee and end tables. It was so simple even I could do it at 65! I definitely recommend them.

We shopped online a lot before settling on Furniture Row as we live several hours from any substantial furniture shopping. The online reviews of their furniture were extremely helpful and when I called with questions they were able to give a lot of helpful information! We ordered and they received the shipment in 2 days! They were AWESOME and stacked 2 different sales in order to give us the best deal they could even though the one sale had already ended! Will definitely shop here again!

Our family recently purchased a sectional at the Sofa Mart in Pueblo, CO. There are so many options available on the market and I was having difficulty determining what product would be best for our family. I worked with sales associate Phillip who was incredibly knowledgeable on the products including the various types of fabric and the construction and care of the furniture. I went back on three separate occasions and Phillip was always there and ready to answer questions without being pushy. I truly appreciate the honest sales approach and will defiantly consider Sofa Mart in the future for any of our furniture needs.

After many trips to sit, ask questions, sit, ask questions we finally settled on a living room set. Staff was always friendly and nice no matter how many questions we had. They always had time to answer and do what they could to help us make a decision.

Went into Oak Express to look at server table to match Salento table and chairs we purchased in October. Jeremy, my sales manager, was smart enough to pull up my account and let me know I had earned a $550.00 credit I was unaware of. How easy this decision was to purchase the additional piece of matching furniture. Entire visit less than 10 minutes and happy customer once again!!! Thanks Jeremy!

I came in Labor Day weekend because of a doorbuster I saw advertised. It was just the type of bed I was looking for and it was over 50%. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I recently went in to Sofa Mart, to look for a new living room set. I had been to a few stores, and just could not find what i was looking for. I found a smart looking set that matched my style. The young lady that was working that night was great! Not pushy or pestering. Over all i was able to look over the store 2 times, and pick the right set. Everything went smooth, and the staff was friendly.

We visited Oak Express after acquiring an older oak table in good shape and needing suitable chairs. We were not able to feel confident that chairs on display would match our table color and grain. Our salesperson Jeremy suggested we go for a contrasting look with black chairs. This was an idea we would not have thought of but determined they would look good. We ordered 6 chairs, when we received them, we found minor flaws in half of them. We returned them and when the replacements arrived, Jeremy noted one also had the defect. He ordered an additional stock and got the needed quality. Given the delays, he offered a credit on our purchase. We are fully pleased with the chairs and especially with the service Jeremy provided.

I don't believe we got the proper service. I was not sure on what type of bed I wanted to get. I was not given any recommendations and the salesman, can't remember his name, just stood there watching me lay on beds. I chose a memory foam mattress and when I told the salesman which one I wanted, he did not go over the details of the bed. The salesman was in a hurry to get the sale. I was checked out completely before he gave details about the bed. I was not aware until after the purchase the bed came in a box rolled up and it would take hours for the bed to get the bed to be normal. The salesman didn't try to up-sell, I had to ask if there was a deal with pillows and a mattress cover. My family has shopped at Denver Mattress many times and never had this type of service.

They took care of issues at first due to manufacturing problems But I have been waiting for a month to have more lumbar padding put in some recliners, I finally took the padding out from one and added it to the other 3, I even asked the store manager to give me the padding And i would do it myself but he told me they need to send their person out to take care of the problem

on multiple occasions I have had to call the store Mgr because I have received no communication on the late delivery (9/30) of my bed and mattress. I am still waiting on what is now an 8+ day delay on our bedroom. I have escalated to their corporate office in Denver. You would think they would offer another bedroom set that they do have in stock even after I explained my medical issues.

Never buy a stick of furniture from this place. They just threw our purchase in a loading dock when we were promised that our purchase would be wrapped and ready for transport. Nothing but idiots working here!!!!

sales man very nice, manager very helpless, costumer service very rude. order in January and still can't enjoy my dresser I deserve to get it delivered when I get it if I get it. we're almost in November.

I went a bought the star ship couches they were delivered dropped while delivered and scuffed a little. But then I called because my couches started to malfunction it wasn't taken care of and my couches keep braking kkore and more so bad now that I can't use them it's been 6 mouths!!!!!!!!!! Since then I've called time and time again and they said the parts are finally ordered but have no idea when they will be there!!! Nothing but issues since I bought these couches!!!!!!!!
