I went in trying to salvage the deposit I had given on some furniture I had put on layaway months back. I was eagerly helped by Joelly and was able to save on a bedroom set and dresser chest for my apartment. Her and the other young lady, who's name I can't remember, were helpful, kind and quick to help me with my needs, as my situation is pretty timely. In the midst of what seems like darkness with no end in sight. . these girls gave me light at the end of the tunnel.. So Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! God bless!

Went in looking for a bedroom set. A salesmale (TVH) greeted us and was very patient in showing us the different bedroom sets. Picked one we liked and then referred us to the mattress department with Juan. He seemed very knowledgeable about the mattress we were looking for. Gave thorough explanation of mattress warranty. Are content with purchase, anxious for delivery.

We have been customers since 2007, and this is definitely our go to place for furniture. i like the selection, quality and customer service is great.

selection not as good as it use to be, but understandably due to pandamic selection is now not as vast. Great customer service.

I WALKED IN YESTERDAY TO THE STORE WAS HELPED BY MARK IN THE FURNITURE DEPARTMENT AND PABLO IN THE MATTRESS DEPARTMENT BOTH YOUNG MEN WERE SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.

We were greeted with friendly sales personnel. We ordered a lot of furniture and the couch arrived incorrect. the assistant manager sprung into action and re-ordered our couch and worked with us to keep the discounts and issue us a refund for the price difference. absolutely wonderful staff and customer service.

all of the employees were very helpful and attentive. Pablo was able to help us with our mattress purchase and made the process simple. The manager was also very helpful during the check out process. I would definitely recommend doing business here.

Great experience, found a recliner I loved.

Louis, at my local Denver Mattress store was extremely attentive and helpful. He was able to explain the advantages and option for each Tempur matrtress we were considering.

We purchased a dining room table and chairs that are rustic in looks. The quality of the table is solid as well as the chairs. The salesman was very knowledgeable but not high pressure. They gave us plenty of time to browse and checked on us just the right amount. We also bought two end tables that are durable and sturdy. The selection at the store is very diverse and has something for anyone's taste. We tried out several table and chairs in the store until we found the one we wanted. Each one was sturdy and well built. No MDF but solid wood. Very pleased with purchase.

Love this store. Its easy to get too, right off expressway.It has a variety of styles at reasonable prices. The manager assisted me with all of my questions. I kept changing my mind on the sofa of my choice and manger was so patient. When the sofa got to my house it was as beautiful as I remembered the one in the store. Sofa had a slight defect, so I called the store and they ordered me a new one. I am anxiously waiting for the replacement.

This is my third purchase at Furniture Row. The sale man was very helpful. He asked what we needed and were searching for. He showed us a few options and offered other alternatives. We found what we liked and needed with his aid. I have purchased mattresses, dresser and 2 power recliner. I will definitely come back.

My store is the Pharr, TX location. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Very knowledgable about products! One associate even spent time helping me figure out if a sofa would fit in my living room. Ive never felt rushed or pressured to make any purchases and have purchased nearly all of my furniture here because I always have a positive experience and the furniture offered is just so beautiful, especially from the Lost & Found collection! Will continue to come back for all my furniture needs! Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a dresser for my Mom. The sale man was very informative and helped us find the best dresser for our money. We bought a 3 large drawer chest that is of solid wood (the bottom drawer is made of cedar. Also on the sides of the dresser, it has a built in coat hangar which is very convenient. Needless to say my Mom loves her dresser. It was delivered promptly and placed in her room. We will continue to shop and buy at Furniture Row. Thank you!

We went to buy a mattress that we had seen in an Internet ad, the salesperson took us right away to show us the mattress, let us took our time and asked us what we wanted for etc, she gave us more options and found a mattress that had even a better value, she didn't pressure us but offer the right information to make our choice, made the entire process quick and pleasing, we have purchased mattresses there before and found they have great prices and selection, and the staff is always helpful

My husband and I had a wonderful experience selecting a dining room set that fit our needs! Our sales rep, Alyssa, was knowledgeable about the products and worked up quotes for our two favorites. After taking dimensions to see if both sets fit well in our dining room, we later returned to the store and purchased the one that we both agreed was the one that suited us best. Receiving a thank you card for the purchase from Alyssa at Oak Express the following week was a nice touch.

What should have been our first stop ended up being our last and we were happy we made it. We looked everywhere for living room tables with an entertainment center to fit our home without any success, until we stopped here. Found exactly what we needed & more!

We purchased an adjustable base and mattress set and we couldn't be happier. I would never be without an adjustable bed now. Thanks Denver Mattress and Furniture Row for making it so affordable! We also purchased a leather sofa set at Sofa Mart about 6 years ago and it's holding up very well.

We have bought several items from the store in the last couple of weeks to fill out our space. Everyone was very helpful, quality is great!

The first time we went in, someone offered to help right away and we were able to find a sofa we liked. I wanted to keep looking at other stores. After going to a few stores, we went back and sat on the sofa for a little while, my daughter called out at some guys in the mattress area for help, but was ignored. I got up and called them and a girl came over to help us. she was helpful and we started ordering the custom sofa, love seat and chair. I am so glad I noticed that the specific color I wanted was not the same as what she was ordering. she went by the name and not the name AND number. There are different worth the same name, but different numbers. If I hadn’t realized the mistake, I would have waited 4-6 months for sofas I didn’t want. She was really nice, but needs to make sure when custom ordering that it’s exactly what the customer wants. I had to go back because the manufacturer had to add the colors to the system. Now I’m waiting impatiently for my sofas to arrive. Can’t wait!:)

sales person was friendly and took time to show me what was in stock since what i wanted had to be ordered, would have bought an additional item but did not want to wait a week or two by ordering..

I was shopping for a specialty item-power lift recliner. I spoke 3 times during the same evening with Felipe. He did not get frustrated with my many questions and he was listening as I mentioned I had studied the website and he quickly got in to help meet my needs. He even patiently accepted yet another call from me when my credut card was denied-I had not activated the replacement for previously lost card. He was not judgemental, very courteous and knowledgeable and with speed-not once did he put me on hold!

When I arrive at Sofa Mart I was greated promptly by a sales associate. He asked what I was looking for and guided me to each item that fit my request. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding the product. The prices at Sofa Mart are unbeatable and they have a good selection as well. My item was not in stock but the sales associate assured me it would be delivered within a couple weeks. The shipping cost was also less expensive than other places I have shopped. I can't wait to get my sofa and love seat. Thank you Sofa Mart.

I purchased a bed and a couch. The delivery crew that delivered the mattress left all of the packaging outside of the dumpster in my apartment complex which can result in a fine for me to pay. I also purchased two pillows and the pillows I received are not at all what I was showed in the store. The sales person told me I didn’t really have to pay for assembly for the couch because the two pieces click together very easily. however did not mention that the legs do not come attached nor does it have pre drilled holes. At 59 years old I can not assemble this myself. You have to have a drill so I would have to spend more money to purchase that.

The manager of the Mcallen store a deceitful person, I have recieved used furniture, broken furniture, and for the third time defective furniture. I have been waiting for a dining table since August 2020, at one point he offered me $1,000 credit for waiting to get a replacement and after waiting for 1 year and 3 months he took away the credit given to me for the aggravation! They will not give me the credit to my bank card, instead they want me to wait another year or buy some more of their defective furniture!!

Horrendous experience. We were told the furniture would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Paid in FULL. Called in Week 3 and we were told it wouldn’t be in our home for another 2 weeks. We are moving and would NEVER have bought the furniture if we were told the TRUTH about WHEN it was being delivered. Long story short; save your time and money and go somewhere else! Customer Service didn’t even redeem them! We will actively AVOID any future business with ANY Furniture Row store.
