Associate Dylan was my salesperson and is knowledgeable and an asset to Furniture Row. I bought a recliner, but it will not be delivered for a little over 3 months so I can't rate the value or quality yet.

Brian was so helpful. He met us at the door, showed us several great living room furniture sets. Brian had us set up with exactly what we were looking for and in less than and hour we were out the door. I love my new furniture.

We have purchased a tempurpedic mattress and just purchased the Durango sectional and ottoman. I sent a message through the website chat and got Brian Scott as my online sales person. He answered my questions and we went to the store for him to help us with our purchase. He was no pressure and easy to work with. Everyone in the store that we encountered was very kind and knowledgeable. We are so excited about our new sectional and ottoman!

My salesman, James, was very knowledgeable of their products. My bed was delivered on schedule. They put it together just as I needed, with the right height. It was done very efficiently.

We have purchased furniture from this location twice now and have always had a good experience. The sales people aren't too pushy, they seem to genuinely want to help you find what you need. Prices are reasonable and they offer financing for those bigger purchases. Highly recommend.

We purchased our chairs for our dining room table by calling the store. it was so easy. They were delivered to the store and assembled. The store was very accommodating when we picked up the chairs. It was about to storm and they made sure the chairs were securely loaded, cushioned, and protected.

Nick was awesome! He introduced himself to us & told us about sales that were going on and showed us a few items. And then left us alone so we could look around. He would come over when he saw us looking at something to point out a special feature which was fun! Nick very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful. We enjoyed our visit and even made a purchase!

We have bought several mattresses and pieces of furniture. The staff is very helpful, yet do nig hover or pressure. My family will continue to shop here for our home furniture needs. We highly recommend!!

My purchase experience started off a little rough, but the sales staff at the North Little Rock location were AMAZING!! I had issues checking out online, and they walked me through it over the phone. Then, when there were issues between the warehouse in Denver and the store, they kept me informed. My item was going to take longer to arrive, so they even delivered a loaner bed frame to use with my mattress until the frame I ordered was delivered. Once that happened, they delivered my frame and picked up the loaner ON MY SCHEDULE. They even checked in again after the fact to make sure i was completely satisfied. My bed is gorgeous, was super easy to assemble, and is so comfortable! I'll definitely be back for more items!

We purchased a leather sofa a few months ago & knew it would take this long to get it in. It was delivered yesterday & I cannot say enough great things about the two men who delivered our sofa. They were on time, (almost to the minute), very personable/friendly, took care with getting the sofa off the truck, (there was no lift on the truck & it was quite a bit off the ground) & placed it neatly in our garage. I love the sofa, but in all my 67 years, I have never come across a nicer, professional 2 guys, who were on time, than those 2 yesterday. Thank you Furniture Row.

Store was extremely clean. Great selection of furniture. I was shopping for living room and dining room furniture and managed to find exactly what I was looking for. Service was incredible. Salesman listened to what I was looking for and gave me some options. I feel I got a great deal on the value of my selection. Huge sale going on. I saved $1100 on my furniture. I am very pleased with this store. I have been there before this purchase and I am sure I’ll be back again.

We spent most of the day looking at furniture stores around Sherwood and North Little Rock. We even went to several of them twice. We were looking for a couch and recliner or a sectional. We ended up back at Furniture Row for a second time. Lexi greeted us the first time in the store, and also the second time. Lexi was very helpful in helping us make a decision. We decided to purchase a couch and recliner to best fit the space in our living room. Lexi even told us about the protection plan they offer. With two kids, eight and under, we opted for the protection plan. The protection plan is for five years and also includes a variety of cleaning products. Free refills on the cleaning supplies for five years as well. The Memorial Day weekend sale included 100.00 off our purchase because we spent over 1,000.00. we even qualified for free delivery. While the couch and recliner are scheduled to arrive in September, Lexi advised she would keep us updated about the status of our order. Thank you Furniture Row for a pleasant experience.

Furniture Row offers a good selection of items at reasonable prices. The store is always clean and welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Had to order the trundle bed and the mattresses to go on the trundle bed. It took a while to get everything but they stored the mattresses free until the bed came in. Glad we didn't need everything right away though...we did have to wait about two months. Otherwise super service from everyone.

I was very well pleased with my experience at your store, I did have a problem with the frame on the mattress, was placed incorrectly when installed. I took the broken pieces that broke off and my sales rep (Jacob and Preston) they immediately took care of problem, made arrangements to replace bed frame. When they brought the replacement that is when the installer noticed that the frame was place incorrectly on first frame which caused it to brake. I am happy with the replacement works much better. Went to the NLR store looking for a new sofa. I had looked at the website and had a list of four sofas I was interested in viewing. The salesman showed me the Dana Sofa (not on my list) and it was exactly what I wanted. Firm but comfortable seating, no loose back cushions, and the fabric felt cool and comfortable. I was not pressured or hurried to make a decision. Enjoyable experience from beginning to end by a respectful, knowledgeable employee!

I went into the store looking for a piece of furniture to hold my television set. Semaj approached me upon entering the store and I told him what I was looking for. He showed me several pieces then he said "I think I have exactly what you are looking for", He was right, it was the perfect piece for me! He was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. I went into the Furniture Row Store to purchase a New Mattress and Chest for my home. OMG the sale Person Paul was very helpful and informative on the bedding which help me make a shopping experience Awesome. I did not purchase the chest as I previously stated I changed my mind after seeing the beautiful area rug in the Sofa Mart Store. I just purchased some accessories from Furniture Row. First of all the store is amazing. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and consistently asked if you need assistance. You are never alone to make an informed decision about what purchase will fit your needs. The staff are friendly and they have a selection that will fit the every budget.I am single mom so budgets are very important to me. I was very pleased by the organization of the store and blown away by the ease of check out when I was ready to purchase my item. I was very satisfied with the service I received at Sofa Mart at the Landers Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas location. My sales person was Sharon Wakefield. I am a widow and Sharon took her time with me. I had an idea what I wanted since I saw the sofa on your website. She took me to it and I tried it out. After looking at other sofas, I knew this was the one, but I still wanted to make sure. She gave me a printout with all the details and her card. There was no high pressure. After looking around for a day or two, I went back to Sofa Mart knowing I was going to get the sofa. When I went in, she immediately greeted me by name. This impressed me. I looked again at the sofa and she helped me pick out a coffee table to go with the sofa. The price for both items was within my range and I am very satisfied. After paying for the items, a delivery date was set up and she explained she would call me the night before and give me the time frame and when I asked that the delivery people call me when they were 30 minutes out, she also put that on the delivery instructions. I am very satisfied with my experience, will be making future purchases there and will definitely recommend Sofa Mart to friends who are looking to purchase items they have at their store. A very rewarding experience.

Our salesman was Trey and he did a great job. We purchased our Lincoln Manor bedroom suite over the phone, so he did all of our foot work for us. We needed to insure that our mattress with a mechanical base would fit, and he measured it for us plus sent pictures. He was quick to return our calls, and very polite:)! We highly recommend Trey as a salesman.
