Received a great deal and a great delivery. when we found a rip in the seem a few days after the delivered it they offered 3 options to make it right. Great customer service.

We went in to look at sofas. I was pleased with the quality and selection. after we had narrowed it down to a couple of sofas, we got very helpful information from our sales person. The sofa came right on time, and is now sitting in our den. All together. this was a very pleasant experience.

Went into the store awhile ago and was searching for a larger mattresses. I had a nice gentlemen help me. Sorry I forgot his name. He went around with me and helped me pick a bigger mattress and a comfortable one as well. It was the black colored/firm/pillow toppef mattress your store had out on the sales floor. Well the bed has been great and comfortable and even helps me sleep better. Thank you

Super happy with our most recent purchase the Cristo Storage Bed and Nightstands. It wasn't in stock, so we had to order it. Even though ordering timelines are a bit unpredictable right now, it actually came earlier than the salesman estimated, which was a nice surprise. The delivery/installation guys were great. Good communication regarding date and time, they were prompt and respectful, and they did a great job. The quality of the furniture is just what we expected, and the service was great. Always a good selection and reasonable prices for an average working family. We get a new piece of furniture every few years, and have always had good experience at Furniture Row!

My husband and I purchased our couch and our 2 nightstands from here once we had to move in a hurry! the service we received was phenomenal and quick and easy! The staff from Management to the warehouse is so helpful and they worked hard to find some pieces that we loved. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs some furniture!

went in to look for new mattress and was greeted by jeff Andrew's and he directed me to scott macCallum he showed us several mattresses and we picked the purple 2 he was very knowledgeable and dependable wrote up our sale then we went back to jeff and ended up purchasing a massage chair they were all very friendly and knowledgeable about there product I recommend this store for any one wanting furniture

My wife and I just purchased a sofa set and electric recliner from this store yesterday. Chad, our salesman spent a lot of time with us helping decide which furniture to purchase. He answered all of our questions (which were many) and would look up the answers if he didn't know. He was extremely knowledgable about all the furniture and did a great job.

My husband and I went to Furniture Row looking for a recliner. We had previously (10 years ago) purchased a couch and love seat from Furniture Row. We decided after searching to purchase a reclining loveseat and matching couch. We are very happy with the quality of our purchase both now and in the past. We look forward to upgrading our bedroom furniture in the future!

Our sales guy was Jeff. Very helpful showing us what area to look at. Once we looked around I had a couple of tables in mind to go with the sofa. So he moved things around and put it together. Loved it so much we bought both.

Chad was awesome and a great salesman. He helped with any questions we had about the selection, and was proactive to tell us about all the great deals they were currently offering. We got set up into a four year same as cash financing for a great sectional piece that should last our family for a long time. Thank you Chad for all of your help, and dealing with my husband's impatient tendencies! We love our sofa!

Very nice selection of sofas and living room furniture. Very fair priced (& some amazing deals on items I would have paid double for because it was the look and quality I was in search of. Sales associate, Chad, was fantastic--extremely knowledgeable, laid back, not pushy, great listener which helps immensely when one needs to learn about the look and style you are looking for (2 deep Chesterfield style lounge chairs and a "felt-like-I-stole-it" graphite colored leather mid-century modern sofa). Laid back environment. Never felt like I was being "sold" only felt like I was being "helped". This all added up to a wonderful experience and a lovely new living room full of beautiful furniture.

I had a great experience here. My fiancé bought me a desk from here and the wood is great quality. The polisher is great to keep the desk nice and shiny new. In addition, the sales representatives are very friendly and guided me through every type of couch that stood out for me. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I stopped in the Missoula Mt. showroom looking for a leather sectional for our living room. Aron met us and asked if he could be of help. We explained what we were looking for and he took us around to see all that fit our needs. Aron was fantastic as he explained about each piece we looked at. We decided on the Aviator grey 5 piece sectional. Our living room is unique in shape and this will complement it wonderfully. As a first time customer to Denver Mattress, I was please with the ability to shop at my own speed and not have employees follow me around awaiting my decision. I was very pleased with the bed that was purchased and excited to hear that there was a lifetime warranty that goes with the bed. I would definitely recommend this store.

Walked into the store and found incredible customer service. Michael informed us of all of the options and price ranges. He wasn't pushy, just made sure we were getting the right mattress for us. If you want to buy a mattress this is the place to go!

We were looking for space saving solutions and because of our positive experience at Sofa Mart we decided to check out Bedroom Expressions. The selection was great. We were able to find beds that our kids will not grow out of but will allow them to maximize the space and storage in their rooms. We also found a beautiful bedroom set for our master that will store lots of clothes and make quite a statement. The prices were great and customer service did everything he could to find the best deal for our purchase. Always impressed with Furniture Row.

The thing I hate to do the most is to go into stores so I do my research and have a list of top ideas I want to look at in the store. The salesman was very helpful and understanding of how my process worked. He offered a few great ideas and some good recommendations. While checking out he was efficient and helpful. I was able to get what I need, with no wasted time and I am very pleased with the recliner as well as the 5 year replacement warranty.

I have made several purchases at Furniture Row over the last year. They have excellent customer service, an excellent selection and great prices.

Recently visited the Missoula Furniture Row looking for a table. We ended up purchasing a piece that had been put on clearance due to some scratches. The sales rep took the time to stain the scratches so they weren't obvious, he carefully wrapped all of the smaller components and leafs, and assisted me with loading all of it in my vehicle. He was very pleasant and helpful and I'll gladly go back there next time I need something.

I went in with quite a few stipulations and wants, on a budget. I was given many great in store options and more online options. The salesman was very knowledgeable and was super attentive. I was very pleased with our purchase and the assistance we received. I will be a return customer.

This store has a really great staff, is well stocked with lots of options for things to try. We focused mainly on recliners, but the salesman was on point with product knowledge and answering questions. Super accommodating!

Very good selection of furniture and good value. We got our sofa for $300 off due to some great sales going on. Leather seemed to be very high quality.

Best selection of bar stools in town. We looked at every furniture store and Oak Express had the most options for countertop height stools. Easy ordering, arrived in 1 week. We paid extra to have the stools put together - awesome deal! One stool was wobbly once we got it home. We took it back and traded it for another without any hassle. The manager was fantastic and eager to make it right. We would definitely shop here again.

Jeff Andrews was very helpful pleasent and patient with me as I was trying to decide what I wanted. Most of the couches and sectionals are made for great big rooms now days but he was able to find me something that would fit my small space and was available to purchase at the time of my visit.
