Excellent customer service. we spent a good deal of time with our salesman Hunter and never felt rushed or pressured. I was surprised at the options we had for our furniture design. I would definitely shop there again.

No pressure, just friendly
We went in already knowing what we wanted. We were not pressured in any way to select a higher priced item. Our salesman was very pleasant, and went over all of the information of the sale with us. Our delivery date was set to the date we requested. It was a seamless, easy process!

I rate sofa Mart a 5 star. Staff was helpful when needed. Did not try to convince us to buy something we didn't want. Overall store was clean and a friendly environment. We felt very comfortable and welcomed.

Side Chair Dilemma
I needed to replace a chair at my dining table and the staff at the Midland Location was eager to assist. I found a side chair (Casa Viejo). I was pleased it was in stock and pre-assembled. I like that it is solid wood, well built, and comfortable to boot. The color and style of it blends well with my existing pieces, too.

Great shopping experience
This was the fourth store that we visited looking for double recliners. We were looking for something that fit our liking and it had to be a certain size. We found it very quickly and the sales person was very helpful in helping with our request. He got a tape measure and helped us find what we were looking for. It was an overall great shopping experience. He told us it would be 1 to 2 weeks before it could be delivered but he called the day after and told us he had it and set a delivery time.

Our experience was great! We had great customer service by the manager of the Midland location. He worked hard to help us visualize our space and gave us other options. We received a quote and took a week for us to think it over. We returned with measurements of our space and he took the time to remove pieces of a sectional we had in mind so we could see how it would look. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

Dresser purchase
Friendly staff. Giving a four because what I was interested in was not in stock and had to be purchased before it could be reviewed. Helpful but not overly attentive allowing you to shop without being pressured to make a quick decision.

Delays Delays Delays
Went to purchase bedroom furniture at the Midland, texas location. The furniture is good quality but the customer service was horrible. Poor management if employees can not handle a purchase. Was promised delivery in 2 weeks, then another week and then another week. Delays were due to STORE ERRORS and not delivery. I requested a refund before they moved it to another week. I will not likely shop again at a business where my purchase was handled so poorly.

This has been an awful experience! I ordered a couch in October with a 10wk turnaround…. It’s mid March and I still don’t have it. Awful customer service. I have to reach out for updates and when I do, I get lied to. I’ve been told several times it has shipped and is in DC and it hasn’t. Told they verified a delivery and the create was being opened March 2nd, when I called for an update the couch hasn’t even shipped. I will never purchase anything from this store ever again and highly discourage others from purchasing anything, you will never receive it!

I bought a bed frame August 4, 2025 to go with my purple mattress and bed. I was told it had to be custom built to be sized for my twin XL bed. I needed it specifically to keep my pets from under my bed. They said 8-10 weeks. so November 4 they came out to deliver the frame, It was cut for a twin standard bed, mine is XL. So they took the side rails back and said it would be another 8-10 weeks since it is custom built, I called today since it was over 2 months and was told it has not been ordered and was not in Denver to be built, I have to headboard and footboard, but no side rails to attach them to. I am not happy about this at all. It has been over 5 months and I still don't have my bed frame for my bed, Tee manager was supposed to call me back and I have heard nothing from him. you would think it would have been rushed since the original order was built wrong, but no. No one is in a rush about it. I love my mattress, but I have no bed frame so have to close my bedroom off from the cat since she like to chew on wires under it,

No service After the Sale.
My wife and I bought several pieces of furniture from Furniture Row in the past they have always had outstanding customer service and have always stood behind their products. This was the main reason we decided to buy our new living room set from them when we closed on our new home. we bought a Cloud leather sectional in Aug of 2015, We paid 3500 and paid an extra 500 for the 5 year warranty. not even 4 years later the leather is Peeling on the back the the sectional, the seems are coming apart, I contacted the 5 year protection company, which denied the claim saying the only over accidental damage. I called to store manager (eric) whom asked me to email him pictures and he would get back to me. have several weeks of trying to get a hold of Eric again, he finally told me that my sectional was out of warranty and they was nothing they would do. I am shocked. I dont know where to go from here. I guess this is the last item that I buy from here. Sad.
