We just purchased a new home in Lubbock and needed to fill it up with furniture. We decided to start with the bedroom and talked with Paul and Jeremey. Both are very knowledgeable and were extremely helpful with our choice of mattress. We decided on a Nectar memory foam mattress which we just love. We had slept on memory foam before but never purchased one. Paul and Jeremy put our minds at ease that we were purchasing a great mattress. Thanks fellas. We will be back to Furniture Row Lubbock as we continue to fill our new home with furniture.

I love how my couch arrived earlier than expected. The couch had no issues when it arrived and the kind gentlemen set it up for me.

We purchased a Cossia massage chair, after spending an extended amount of time with Rhonda. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and customer service was exemplar. I always have liked the selection, quality and prices of Furniture Row, especially this particular location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I love this store even more every time I go in. They have an amazing selections, always helpful staff, but they don't hound you like other stores. Never any pressure from them but help if needed. Sales are great with good prices and quality as well.

Steve Vargas was a great help in both following our online order and loading our nightstands when they arrived. Steve's willingness and outgoing personality was great enough that we chose to order the matching chest dresser through Steve. The quality and build of the night stands is very impressive and has brought us many a compliment.

My wife and I went looking for a sofa and love seat seat. We saw a set that I new she loved immediately. Our salesman, Bryan, never pressured us. He simply answered our questions and provided us with the furniture's features. He was courteous and offered us bottled water as we were shopping. He helped us through the purchasing process and followed up the sale a few days later with a phone call to insure everything was perfect. Thank you.

I recently visited Furniture Row looking to purchase a new living room set. The selection was great and each model had great pricing and option info. I was not hassled or constantly followed around by a sales associate (like you are in lots of other stores). As soon as I narrowed down my selections, the staff was great about providing useful information about the models and helped me make a well informed decision. Overall, we received great quality furniture and Sofa Mart staff really made the process simple. I would definitely shop here again!

Visited Sofa Mart after seeing a coffee table and end tables on the website. I wanted to see it in person because the website pictures aren't always accurate. The coffee table was perfect; not too big, not too small and just like it was described on the website. The coffee table seems sturdy and looks like a good quality even though it wasn't expensive. The sales person was friendly and not too pushy, let me explore the store and approached when she noticed I had gone through the entire store.

We are moving to a new home and needed several pieces of furniture, everyone who helped us were very patient and helpful, we did not feel like we were being rushed or irritating them, we had to go home to get measurements and when we returned we were greeted with a smile, can't say enough good things about our experience.

Well this place gets 2 thumbs up in my book. My sales person Jacob went above and beyond to help me out with a couch i wanted. The electric switch was out on a discounted couch and he went out his was to fix it when he could of just ignored the situation. He wasnt pushy or annoying either but was there for any question we had for him. I even asked him about a stain on the couch and he said he would shampoo it. Im telling you hes the type of sales person businesses need. Thanks again Jacob.

I went into the store to purchase a bed. I was in a hurry and told the associate that. He had me out of there in probably 15 minutes or less. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it went.

My wife and I recently spent about a week shopping for a new sofa. Sofa Mart was the first place we visited, and we were immediately pleased with the selection and the help we received from the manager. We went to several other local furniture stores, and while we found a few sofas we liked at other stores, we found ourselves coming back to the sofas we found at Sofa Mart. The quality, price, and service was what stood out to us. The customer service on our return trip to narrow down our decision was even better than the first visit!! So far we have been very pleased with our Sofa Mart experience.

First visit ever, walked in, greeted by staff. Asked me if I needed help, found a kid dresser that matched my current bedroom style and color. Sales went quick. Waiting now for delivery!!!! The salesman was very helpful! I had called in a month before to see when the barstools would be back in stock, I was given a maybe date. When I walked in the salesman asked how he could help us, we told him what we were looking for, and he had two in stock and stated he could order the other two! I loved the customer service that was given, and will do business again!!

I was looking for a headboard for our new bed but was on a budget. Found a perfect fit with the help of the sales team and their ability to work between store fronts to meet my needs.

Was looking for a recliner and went in to look around with the help of the staff was able to fine the right one. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to purchase the recliner and take it that day. Very pleased.

I am picky at what I want and like. I saw what I wanted online, went to the store and there it was. Impressed that I didn't stay there long. Got what I wanted and was out within the hour! now that's my kind of store

I ordered an item, and it did not arrive when it was supposed to, and the store did not update me.

I have been disappointed with my furniture order. Robert Motte did not order the correct bedroom furniture nor dining room furniture.All furniture was ordered in November and yet nothing is complete to this day. I have been very disappointed with my purchasing experience with Furniture Row. On a positive note, the delivery guys were very helpful, set up was quick and they cleaned after themselves.

First off, I've made 2 payments and now I'm being told I still won't have my furniture for another 2 months, so I'll never shop here again. it's 1 thing to have to wait, uts another to be ignored and lied to by the staff. Nearly as bad as Ashley furniture. Definitely won't be a return customer!

terrible service will not go back to this store

I bought the cleaning warranty and was told when I bought it it's unlimited amount and then when I go up get for more of the cleaning solution they said no only one at a time so I can only clean part of my couch then have to go back up there for more not worth the gas. going to have to find a new furniture store. I'm tried of being lied too and all they can say is sorry I don't know who told you that the person that sold me the furniture.

Bought a leather couch which started peeling after 1 year. Was maintained as instructed at purchase. Tried to contact someone about this and after I sent pictures of the cushion that was peeling no one would respond back. Poor service and bad quality of furniture. Have had 2 other leather couches from different stores and neither of them ever peeled.

This place was recommended so I went and bought a chair their customer service is not good poor customer service but I do love my new chair I guess they can't have nice furniture and good customer service
