Taya helped me look around and was no pushy at all. Greg also was very helpful. By then I knew I wanted to come back to the store with the cushion from the chair that I have already to make sure it would all work together. When I went in to make the purchase on 12/17/21, Taya was again so helpful. I looked at sectionals also. With the Holiday Sale terms, I decided to purchase the sectional also. I could not have a large sectional so Taya helped me with all of the information I needed.

We told the associate what we were looking for and he showed us some of what he thought we might like. He let us browse and was not pushy at all. We wanted to look around at other stores and think on the set we liked for the night. When we came back the associate remembered us from the previous day, knew which set we wanted and for us all set up. I’m just sad that it’s going to take about a month to get our furniture. Great Experience, Great Service, Great Prices!

We had Daniel for our sales. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job answering questions. Afer we left the store we discovered we were missing a gift card. We realized a card must have been stuck together and called the store. Brian answered and helped with our issue. He stayed after hours until we arrived at the store to recieve our gift cards. We want to thank Daniel and Brian for their excellent service.

I bought a brown Polaris sectional during COVID. I was looking for a pet friendly non leather sectional. I went in several different times and every sales clerk directed me to this sectional. I went to two other well known furniture stores and was not given good ideas or treated as well, with the same knowledge as here. Also the other two stores told me I would not get my furniture for up to 4 months. I’m getting this in 3 weeks.

Went in to look at a couple different types of mattresses. They showed me exactly what I wanted to look at. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want. Would definitely go back!

I give a top rating on all of the services of this store. The sales rep was sweet and listened to what we were looking for and our price range. The color options matched our home perfectly. Can not wait for the sofa to arrive!

I recently bought a bedding set from bedroom expressions. The quality and price was amazing, and Kevin the salesman that helped me was very friendly and helpful with finding exactly what I was looking for.

I went in to shop for a sofa. I was greeted upon entering the business. The employee asked me what type of sofa I was looking for and then proceeded to take me to the area that had what I wanted. The employees were available to answer any questions that I had. The business also was quick to have the sofa ready for pick up.

This is the only place I will buy a bed. They are extremely affordable for the quality. The employees are dedicated to helping you find out which bed will be the most comfortable for you, and they offer a wonderful guarantee, just in case. I feel comfortable with my selection when I purchase here, and everybody is always so friendly. I've never felt pressured to buy in any way. I wish every business was like this one!

My fiancee and I are currently furnishing our new apartment together. We stopped into furniture row a couple times to look at different pieces of furniture and we took the buying process really slow. Each time we had the same sales associate talk to us and she remembered us every time! We finally decided what to buy after days of shopping around. Nothing could beat the prices/options at Sofa Mart! Thank you for your help and for helping us furnish our new place together!

The two young men, I think their names were Derek and Tyler/Tayler, but I'm not sure. They were very polite and helpful young men as well as the salesman who helped us. He was extremely paitiant with us and very helpful and knowledgeable. We went in on the Tuesday evening after Memorial Day. My husband and I went with our children to look for new furniture and were very impressed with this location. They had a great variety for us to test and the staff were very knowledgeable. We were impressed with the service as we felt welcomed and assisted but the salespeople were not pushy.

We are from Omaha and find the lincoln store easy to get to. The store is laid out well so we can see quite a bit of different pieces and scenarios. The staff, especially the Manager Katie is quite helpful! They all greeted us as we walked throughout the store and offered help if needed. I wish they would bring back the Omaha Store. But Lincoln is easy to get to. so all is good!

The staff was very helpful and did not pressure us. We were able to look around and find the right sectional for us and they answered our questions when needed. We would recommend them to everyone!!

Went to the store to purchase a new sofa. Katie was outstanding and did not pressure in anyway. Was a great experience purchasing furniture and was not in anyway talked into anything. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Helped my wife and I decide on a piece of furniture that would be good for our family.

Shopping for living room furniture and all the sales associates were great! They asked if I needed help, but did not follow me around. They answered all my questions and gave me great advise. Prices very reasonable and I did not fill like I was pressured in anyway to buy anything.

I was very fortunate to have Katie help me at the store. Friendly, professional, helpful and pressure free. I found what I wanted as soon as I sat down in the chair. Don't waste your time chasing a deal by stopping at the other furniture stores in the same block, no comparison- quality or price wise. I had forgot to bring my credit card and planned to return on Sunday to buy the chair, and Katie gave me her business card. Later, instead of driving back out I called her and purchased the chair over the phone. My lounger will be delivered on Saturday and their delivery cost is reasonable and less than the other stores.

I went in looking for a sturdy dresser for my daughter. The store had several options, I ended up ordering a newer dresser that was not in stock at the store. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great store, great quality and service.

We went in looking for a bedroom set. The guy was very helpful right away. We had him look at three bedroom sets get us prices of the pieces we needed and check delivery dates and he was right on it. We put our order in, paid and we were in and out in 45 minutes! Great work

We walk in the store and we're greated very kindly. We gave them the just looking. But they we're there the second we had questions. He was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. We found the one we wanted. Was offered some specialty items, acepted some declined others. Delivery scheduled. Very happy customers.

We needed a solid wood, light-color dinette set for our new kitchen, and hadn't been able to find anything close....until we went to Oak Express in Lincoln, NE!! Not only did they have the perfect sized table, chairs, and stools in the perfect color wood....we were able to take advantage of a store special and saved hundreds of dollars off an already great price! From now on, we go to Oak Express First!!!

We needed a living room set for our new home. We walked into the store not knowing where to begin, then promptly fell in love with a very well-built floor model. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and patient as we deliberated on fabrics, and we got a wonderful living room set at a reasonable price!

I had searched for over two months to find the right living room set for my basement and furniture row has always had my attention. I went in one evening after work to browse for the millionth time where I was greeted by Chris. It's like he knew exactly what my dilemma was. He took me through the whole store and actually talked to me about what has taken me so long. After a while I thought I had made my decision but ended up leaving the store. I went home that night with such a great experience I knew I had to go back. That following weekend I went back into the store to get greeted once again by Chris, he remembered who I was and welcomed me back to the store! (so awesome) After a few minutes of talking I decided to buckle down and make my purchase of the Shenandoah sofa group. It was just what I wanted even though it took me a long time to finally decide. My overall experience was 10+ and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I appreciate Chris and how much dedication he had not only in his job but to the people who he helps! Great selection of products. Store was busy. Pretty much picked our own merchandise. Salesman wrote up order. Salesman was polite.

The young gentleman that waited on my was very patient. I called home a couple of times and also walked around the store and he never made me feel rushed.

Furniture Row staff were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They informed us of previous high points and even complaints with the pieces we were looking at. Would definitely use them again.

I've bought furniture from here before and never had an issue but getting the bedroom set was a nightmare. I had to make 3 separate trips to get my entire set after being told the items were in. I live 50 miles away, the manager at the time was filling in for the permenant ones that were on vacation and he was very helpful. On my last visit the manager didn't give two rips that they "lost" my items and I had needed to wait another week.

I was there with my kids and there were 5 guys working there and not one of them came over to help me. As soon as a white person walked in, they immediately went over to help. Not a good place to shop unless you are white.

The staff at furniture Row have more excuses than any place I’ve ever heard of. With side at home for 2 Saturday’s and a Friday waiting for a scheduled delivery. Nobody knows what’s going on. Nobody cares enough to call and tell us it’s going to be late, nobody cares enough to tell me that it’s not gonna make it today or they don’t even answer the phone when they know I’m calling because they don’t want to talk to me anymore good I don’t want to talk to you either. If my furniture gets here it’ll be the last furniture we ever buy from this place.

Ordered a chair and told it would arrive in 2 weeks. Over a month later chair finally arrives. In that time I made several calls to the store as no one would return my calls, made 3 trips to the store as they told me the chair was finally in only to find it was the wrong chair, Brian (manager) told me he was giving me a discount and was supposed to call me 3 days ago and still no call and no discount! Will never go back and will tell people to shop elsewhere!!!

NO communication at all every time we have had to go in or call them about our delivery. we just received our replacement dresser and it too is damaged waiting to hear back from Lance

I stopped into the Lincoln store and talked with a very nice young lady, Autumn. I was buying a clearance Kipton swivel chair. Had my credit card out and was answering Autumn’s questions for her invoice. The manager stepped in and said I couldn’t return it because it was a clearance item which I already knew. He was extremely rude and condescending. I walked out without purchasing. Too bad he ruined the sale for Autumn.
