Very knowledgeable, listened to our needs, made good recommendations, etc.. Very focused on customer service. Furniture arrived as scheduled. Delivery company also did an excellent job. Would not hesitate to buy from Furniture Row again. Great job Ethan.

So happy with our purchase! We bought the Italian leather couch and love seat. after picking out our leather color, our order was placed and made to back. Our order came in within two weeks, and we got a phone call, and were able to pick them up. Customer service was great! Would definitely do business again, hopefully not anytime soon. These couches were well built and probably won’t need replaced for a long time.

The staff and management were great in handling my transaction. I bought a sectional and changed my mind after delivery and they worked with me to return the item and make a new selection. Great customer service is what brings customers back!

I recently purchased a mattress, and when I went back to ask about my guaranteed warranty they were there to help me. they are extremely helpful, and try to accommodate you the best that they can. definitely appreciate it.

My husband and I originally went in the store on a Friday to look at bedroom furniture. The salesman Hightower was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and gave just enough space to allow us to look independently but stayed close enough he was available to answer questions. We didn’t purchase anything as we wanted to discuss if we really wanted to make a big purchase. We went back on Tuesday(with our four elementary aged kids in tow) but Hightower wasn’t working but we were greeted by a few different workers and ended up having Cory help us. He was very friendly, easy going and easy to talk to. We saw a few couches we liked so when the time comes we will be back. Thank you to everyone at the Lafayette location that let our kids be kids when they took over the massage chairs while we made a purchase.

We loved our experience and time we spent here! Corey was awesome and stayed after hours to finish up our order. We were looking for 3 rooms of Furniture and we told him what we were looking for and what our style was that we like and he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we we're looking for. He was very friendly as well and so was his co workers so it wasn't as stressful as our last experience with a different Furniture Row. We came here because we had a bad experience when we went to another Furniture Row in Champaign, Il. We called today to add a couple beds and talked to a guy named Hightower and he was very friendly and helpful!! These guys are awesome!! I highly recommend coming here if you are in search of any Furniture wants or needs!! We will use them in the future that's for sure!! Great job guys!! Y'all made my life a lot less stressful that's for sure!!

This is a nice clean store. Sales associates don't bug you to death. I had been there the day before so I knew which living set I wanted. The sales person looked it up to see it was in stock. It really was a very easy process. I'm happy with what I got and can't wait for it to be delivered!!

We went to Furniture Row looking for a new sofa; we ended up purchasing a full living room set, end & coffee tables, lamps & a dining room set. This is was not an impulsive purchase as we had discussed replacing all living room furniture prior to shopping. The dining room set was somewhat impulsive but the price was so good we couldn't pass it up) The quality of all the furniture is excellent & will last us forever. The sales staff is just what we like...leave us alone to look around until we're ready to ask questions. The staff were quite knowledgeable, helpful and really nice. If you are looking for quality furniture at a good price, go to Furniture Row!

When we entered the store we were greeted by Troy who asked us what we were looking for, to which I replied, "recliners". He took us to the section of the store where the recliners were and then left us alone. He checked back with us a couple times to see if we needed him. At no time were we pressured or made to feel like we had to hurry. A very pleasant experience. Thank you, Troy.

I love shopping for furniture, but this store needs to have more selections on end tables and dining furniture. I loved shopping there though.

I purchased a sofa about 6 1/2 months ago. I went to clean under the cushions and realized the springs were rubbing holes in the material. I called and asked what could be done and was told I could come in and pick out another sofa to replace this one, not realizing it was still under warranty. All 3 employees that I dealt with were EXTREMELY nice and VERY helpful. I've shopped this store a lot and have never had a bad experience. I've actually purchased more than intend on a couple of occasions. I would recommend this store to anyone! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I just bought a house, so I headed to Furniture Row to see what I could find. And I found everything I needed! I ended up buying two sofas, a bedroom set, dining table and chairs and a mattress. Everyone was very helpful. The items I purchased are better quality and a better price than other places in town. I am very happy with everything and have been recommending only Furniture Row to my friends and family. They have quick delivery too!

I worked with Rachael to pick out a bunk bed and dresser set that worked well for my daughters. Throughout the process my kids were going crazy and playing on everything. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They didn't mind that my kids had the run of the place while they helped me. Very positive experience. My kids didn't want to leave and later asked me if we could go back to play.

Michael was fabulous. He was nice, polite, and respectful. Since getting our new bed we have never slept better. I highly recommend the adjustable bed with zero gravity. Best night sleep ever.

I walked in to Bedroom Expressions about an hour before close and didn't expect to find anything, but I'm so glad I was wrong! I got a warm greeting when I walked thru the door and had an excellent conversation with the saleswoman. She understood what I was looking for and helped me browse what might fit my style and budget. I never felt like she was trying to sell me anything or trying to up-sell me on items that I didn't need or want. Sonya helped me to find and order 2 large pieces of furniture as well as looking for other pieces that might work. Ordering was EASY! and shipping is going to be fast and affordable. No waiting 6 weeks like at some other area stores! The quality of the items also seems to be much higher than what I found at other stores in the same price range. I would highly recommend Furniture Row stores and will be shopping with them again!

Went in to buy a mattress and brought an adjustable frame with gel mattress. salesman was very helpful his name was Joseph. Will ask for him to buy a mattress for our spare room

We went in and had good customer service. An associate even made the call to us, to confirm our shipment arrived before the store opened. Quality looked alright in the store, we haven't put it in the house yet, so I can't comment to that.

We were greeted by our salesperson, Jo, shortly after we had arrived. My wife and I were looking to purchase a sectional sofa and had debated between two different choices, that afternoon. We had many questions as this was a big purchase for us. Jo was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of them. We are excited to see our new sofa soon. We debated about fabric and color up until the last minute. We decided on the Glenwood sectional, due to the high quality Enduro-Suede microfiber and the sturdy/comfortable construction. Jo was very patient and even stayed late to help us with the order. That night we were debating color and ended up changing our minds and went from gray to brown. That next morning, we came back and were able to get exactly the color choice we wanted. Everybody was happy. We will definitely be back again.

We bougot a sectional there and absolutely love it! it is sturdy, cleans up easily (we have small children and dogs). The warranty is the best I have seen and we visited many different furniture stores while looking for livingroom furniture. We have since bought the matching Ottoman and other household accessories from Furniture Row. The staff are helpful, but not pushy, and I love shopping there and plan to be back soon to but a new mattress set. I definitely recommend Furniture Row!

My wife and I found the sectional couch we have wanted for years. The sales team was great. He added a discount to our sale that we didn't even know we could get. As long as the shipping services deliver when they are supposed to, this will be an A+ experience!

It was a pleasure to enter a store and given time alone to talk to my spouse and walk the store to make sure the tables are what I wanted. We were given all the time we needed. When you said we were ready then our salesman came over to us and gave me the total explaining the warranty. I told him to write it up and then he explained the delivery, we paid and we were out of there within 1 hour. It was a total pleasure

My family and I went Furniture row just to see what some new furniture would cost us. We were greeted with kindness and respect and the team member that help is was very helpful to find us something we liked and fit our budget and our space.

My wife and I went to this store in Lafayette on a fact finding mission. We did not intent to buy anything, how ever, we fell in love with a recliner set (love seat and sofa) and ask about pricing. The very helpful salesperson, (Troy) answered all questions and concerns, but never pushed for a sale. We felt comfortable and no pressure. After we talked with him, we purchased the sofa new, and a sale loveseat. The experience was very positive. We would recommend this store. Neal
