I went into the Kennewick, WA location looking for a sectional. I was knew what I was looking for but dreading having experiences like I have had in the past, like the salespeople (vultures) were coming. All of the people working at this location asked if I was being helped, even if I saw they were helping someone else. When I saw that the sectional on the floor was what I wanted but it would be too big for my needs, Toby was able to give me options that would ultimately work for our family room. I would highly recommend this store. The prices are great. The staff was great. But most importantly the quality of the furniture is top row!

It was my first time at this store. I really loved the store and service provided by Mr. Sequoia.

the customer service staff were great in providing information and answering all of our questions. very informative but not pushy - they really struck the right balance. I visited other furniture shops and felt either ignored or pressured to make the purchase right away but not at furniture row. setting up delivery was also easy and the actual delivery was professional and prompt.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with kindness and All our questions were answered just as fast as we asked them. wonderful place.

It was nice and relaxing environment. I enjoyed shopping there because the salesman (Chance) was very helpful but didn't pressure me at all.

I would recommend this store to anyone interested in buying furniture. The staff is amazing, very friendly, and ready to help.

All of the staff was super friendly and, best of all, not pushy. So far, we're happy with their service and the price, and they've been great about letting us push the delivery date out about a month to wait for our new home close.

We were looking for a quality chair with fabric options. We looked at several furniture stores and web sites. We found a good quality chair that we could choose fabric for at Furniture Row in Kennewick. The cushion has coils in it and has a 10 year warranty, not like some chairs that feel worn out already! The sales girl was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

My husband, my mom and I went to Furniture Row over Memorial Day weekend looking for a sectional. We knew we did not want to spend over $2500 however we also did not want this to significantly lower our options. Dennis the manager worked with us and was not pushy at all! He would check on us occasionally and answer any questions we had. When a price point was mentioned he always worked what magic he could to make us happy. We ended up leaving with a high end sectional at the price point we wanted!

I had a great visit at FR, I was able to look around and when I saw what I wanted I was instantly helped and able to qualify for payments! So excited and very thankful for the friendly staff.

Dennis was phenomenal. He remembered me from a previous visit and that meant something to me. I do not enjoy being followed while I shop or hounded by salespeople and Dennis didn't do ANY of that! He provided exceptional service and was easy to work with. The overall experience was awesome. Dennis is an asset to this company and we cannot imagine going anywhere else in the future.

I was very impressed with the selection at Furniture Row. They had lots of styles, great quality and lots of one off "conversation" pieces that you just don't find around much. The staff was super helpfully but didn't hover or pressure.

My wife has been trying to convince me for years to get a leather sofa. I wasn't very excited about leather....thinking about sitting on one in the hot summer. Well, after going to Furniture Row and sitting down on one, I was immediately sold! It was so comfortable that I wanted to take a nap on it right away!!! We bought the sofa and two power recliners !! A salesman named Toby helped us make the right choice and then when it came to paying for the furniture, we found out that he was the manager! He didn't pressure us into buying anything !!

I took my grandmother into the store to purchase an adjustable bed. We were greeted by Mary Beth in the mattress department. She was very knowledgeable about the products and prices. She answered all of our questions, showed us several options and demonstrated how each bed worked. I have been very happy every time I shop at Furniture Row. If you are looking for a new bed see Mary Beth, she is very helpful.

Veronica and Mike were such great help, but they didn't pressure us as we shopped, and shopped and shopped! We'd been to other furniture stores and felt pressured to make a decision but we needed to take our time. Veronica was super in helping us find additional pieces as we had a little more $ since the prices were so reasonable. I don't think we could have found a better source for our new furnishings.

We were looking for a new living room set. A sales man named Mike greeted us and asked if there was anything he could help us with. We told him that we just wanted to look around at the couch selection. Then he allowed us to look around on our own without any additional pressure. We found a set we liked, but wanted to check out the other local furniture shops. We went to two others and the sales people were very pushy and the prices were way higher. We ended up going back to Furniture Row and getting the set we originally saw there. I loved the selection and that the sales staff allowed us to look around without following us around and pressuring us.

The service we got while picking out furniture for our children was excellent! The guy looked for every discount possible and was extremely helpful.

My husband came into the Kennewick store, Toby provided great customer service while looking for a bedroom set. After looking and browsing around, my husband ended up buying a complete king size bedroom set. Both Toby and Veronica are very knowledgeable sales personnel. Logan from Denver Mattress was also a great sales person. I must add, this was a complete surprise to me and he had been working on this since July and was delivered while I was on a cruise!! Thank You, Furniture Row and Denver Mattress.

We have been searching for a couch and loveseat for awhile but were having difficulty with shape and size. Our salesman Toby showed us what he thought we were looking for and sure enough it was so comfortable, a good price, and the right measurements!!SCORE! We did shop one more store but couldn't find exactly what we had seen for a better price. So we went back to F.R. and ordered our new set--with the best warranty around, the best financing package, and no shipping! Win! Win! Win!

My husband and I had a great experience with Furniture Row. There furniture is very well built. In fact, I still have a beautiful oak livingroom table and end tables from over 20 years ago still in excellent condition. However, it's time for something new so we stopped in and bought new tables. We had bought one table a few months ago and liked how sturdy and heavy it was. We are excited to get the rest of the matching ones. Customer services was superb.

I bought three Mattresses, all three were different kinds,2 were for my children and 1 replaced a water bed. Thank God! We love them all, service was friendly and nice and quick. Pick up at the store was smooth sailing. I purchased them at the Kennewick Washington Store. I am a working parent of two great children, one in college and one still at home. This was my first brand new purchase of mattresses, and I have one more bed to buy for the spare room I now have. And I will go back to this store, it is a beautiful clean store. Thank you

Sales rep was quick to assist me. I found the couch & love seat In their show room that I found on their website. I didn't like the chairs that went with it & he found two side chairs that matched perfectly. And...everything was on sale! It doesn't get any better than that!

Veronica was he sales person that helped me out, she was very professional and courteous. It was a very quick and easy transaction. What made this purchase noteworthy was that I needed the dining set before Thanksgiving and it was not in stock. Veronica talked with her store manager and they agreed to let me use the display model until the new set showed up.

The guy who helped me was really nice and patient even with my screaming child. I just wish you had more of the online selection in your store to see and more selections that are not leather. Other then that i had a really good experience and would definitely return to purchase more furniture

We were looking for a server for our kitchen, the sales associate, Eric Faubert, showed us a variety of styles. After listening to our needs and describing the space it was to go in, he suggested the Imperial server. It was perfect! Right size, color and price...we couldn't be happier with our choice. Every time I step into FR I am greeted by quality, professional staff whether I am looking for new throw pillows or new couches. I am treated with respect and I never feel pressured to buy. They allow me to walk around and comfortably look at all the great stuff and if I need them they are there. I LOVE that. A great store I am never disappointed!

Service was great workers were attentive to costumers needs, very knowledgable about inventory and selection.

I was very impressed. They worked hard to find me the best deals within my budget. They even pulled multiple items out of storage in the back for me to see. Once I selected my items they also assembled them and loaded them into my car.

My wife and I were really excited about furniture shopping for our new house, but this place ruined the mood. We were browsing for over 15 mins and found a table we really liked, but we never were approached or offered assistance. So we left, the price marked on the table was really good so we decided to return the following day. Again we were not approached until we went and looked for assistance. Then the table we liked was very cleverly marked and looked like a great deal, until they ring it up. Who marks a table top and base with a single price but 2 barcodes very misleading. Only reason we purchased the table instead of walking away was because we didn't want to wait 1-2 months to order it. This store has been removed from our list for future shopping though.

This store is terrible. They do not keep their word. If they tell you that your furniture will be in within 2 months you can expect to wait a year. Never have I ever seen such terrible service from a furniture store. I realize that Covid happened but my gawd, STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS JUST TO MAKE A SALE. Buyer beware!

We purchased a flexsteeel loveseat and recliner, and immediately had problems with the stuffing in the seat of recliner. We struggled to get service for several months, finally because we persisted were able to get it repaired. Later structural supports broke. We have been unable to get service. We were advised the store would order parts. They repeatedly stated they would contact us, but never did. Apparently the parts are no longer available, but they did not contact us with this information. After repeated phone calls to the store were we finally told the lifetime warranty was not in effect and parts would not be available. The manager did advise us to have a nice day.
