I called and placed my order with Kerry from furniture row. very happy with the service and price.

Pricey like any decent new furniture. If a company actually stands behind the quality of their product, then I feel the consumer should not pay an additional fee for a warranty. That technique leaves the consumer feeling misled as to the value.

This company has a real winner with Kerri Sharp, she is so nice, very knowledgeable, we could not have asked for more, you do not come across people in retail like her anymore. Thank You, Kerri, we appreciate you for your time Steve and Vicky Converse

my partner and I were searching for a new sofa and mattresses. the joplin store came highly recommended to us and I am so glad that we chose them! as soon as we opened the door and walked in we were greeted by Mike! He advised us to take our time and try stuff out, asked us questions to better suggest styles. all of the staff we met did an excellent job and we are satisfied with our purchases!

we have been searching for bar height stools for several months. found the perfect ones - tractor seat and love them!

I have purchased a bedroom set and small dining table and am returning to purchase a couch and TV stand. This store has fabulous service and delivery. It also seems to have more products in stock nearby then other stores I have visited. I will highly recommend this store to any one looking for value and great service.

I was greeted upon entering the store. There is an impressive inventory. Mike directed me to the area of my interest, and allowed me to browse, while making himself available for my numerous questions. He was attentive to what I was looking for, and very knowledgable, as well as fun to work with. He made some excellent suggestions which helped me in making my decision. He processed my financing paperwork with ease, and in a very timely manner. I could not have asked for better customer service!

Lots of options to see. Staff is very helpful, they respond quickly. They are very knowledgeable about product lines and ETA. Selection is large enough to make you feel comfortable about your pick. If you have specific needs like me and my husband did you are most likely to find your answer here. I just moved to Joplin and didn’t know the area well, this was the first place I walked in and I have no regrets. Our sales associate Andrew was so sweet to answer thousands questions of we asked and made sure what we really wanted! Thank you!
