We were furniture shopping for a dining set and a living room set. Jessica was exceptional in her knowledge and expertise of merchandise both in the store and online. She suggested a sectional which I would have bypassed without knowing just how much it would meet my family’s needs. And when I couldn’t find a dining set I absolutely loved in store, she recommended one online that I did love. I am happy with my purchase choice and cannot wait for it all to arrive!

My husband and I had a wonderful shopping experience. We went into purchase a bedroom set. We not only purchased a bedroom set, we also purchased three living room tables and a dining room set. Bought a mattress and foundation, was delivered in a very prompt manner. Had to exchange the foundation , the young men that delivered it was very courteous,, helpful and friendly. Their names are Charlie and Jason. Would not hesitate to shop here again and recommend Furniture Row to others. The young men that made the first delivery were very courteous and friendly also, unfortunately I do not remember their names.

I bought a leather chair that needed to be ordered. it came in quickly, was easy to pick up, and looks great in my house.

This was our first time in the store. Tyler was great. We were welcomed, able to browse without feeling pressured, not followed around. Tyler made himself readily available when we had questions. The service did not stop after the sale. He called us over the weekend to make sure the delivery went well and the furniture met our expectations. We will be back.

The store is conveniently located and the salesman I worked with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and cooperative. Store is comfortable to shop in. Showroom selection is great and prices are excellent. Haven't received my furniture yet, but hope all goes well. Will update my review (if I can) when I've had my furniture for a while.

We have bought all our furniture from this store for years. They are always very helpful, and their products are quality and long lasting. I went in last week to get a new mattress. Andruw helped me get exactly what I needed. Great store and great staff!

This was unfortunately the 4th furniture stop for my wife and I this past weekend. Had we went here first, it would have been the only stop. We found exactly what we were looking for, and the salesman was incredibly helpful. Clint answered all of our questions and made himself available to us without the "breathing down your neck" feeling. This is definitely where we'll be making our furniture purchases in the future.

I came here searching for a living room set. Found a set I loved but a kind of long delivery time for the couch which is why I took off 1 star. I understand that is just how the economy is right now so it's. The employee that helped me was very friendly and helpful, not pushy which is important to me. I don't want a sales pitch when I say I'm just looking. He let us browse and answered any questions we asked.

I won't be going to another furniture store when I need something for my home. The selection is great and the people who work there are friendly and extremely helpful. We went in and explained what we needed and the salesperson found exactly what we wanted. It's a stress-free atmosphere. You don't feel like someone is stalking you around the store. This place is a fun place to shop.

My wife and I went looking for a new dining room set for our home. We went last week to see what selection the store had, and expected overly pushy sales associates that made you feel uncomfortable. However, we were pleasantly surprised when I informed them we were not ready to make a decision yet, and they just said thanks, and said if they could ever help me to let them know! Well, we ended up coming back and purchasing the PERFECT dining set for our family. It is beautiful, and the purchase process was super easy, and the delivery/set up fee was affordable. Thanks for the excellent service, and not being awkwardly pushy! You gained a repeat customer for sure!

This was our third visit to Furniture Row in Gray, TN (Johnson City) and as previously noted, the store was clean, bright and has a fantastic array of furniture to select from. Upon entering the store we were approached by a friendly sales staff member and when we told him we wanted to just browse for a bit first, he said great, let me know if you need something. Then he let us browse, which is how we enjoy shopping. When we narrowed it down to the chair we liked best, the Southern Motion Mayfair Recliner, our salesman, Brooks, showed us how it was made, the advantages of it over other recliners and let us know it was made in the USA. None of the fabrics shown on the floor matched our Mid Century Modern living room, so we were shown the fabric books and again we asked to be able to go through those and let him know when we were ready. Next, I wanted to find a few decor pieces with a modern edge that could transition from winter decor into spring. Our salesman, Brooks, was wonderful and had no issues running all over the store with us looking for the types of items I was seeking. He gave me great suggestions and a tabletop area to try out the arrangement of the pieces we were looking at. We ended up selecting 4 white ceramic vases in interesting shapes with the Mid Century Modern vibe I was looking for. The checkout procedure was quick and painless. The vases were wrapped securely and packaged for us to take home. Our new chair will arrive in about 6 weeks and Brooks assured me it would be inspected before being delivered. Shopping at our Furniture Row store is always fun, relaxing and easy. The staff is knowledgeable and you are never pressured. The store is staged in such a way that generates ideas and you can easily envision one of the rooms setup in your home. This layout is so much better than the furniture stores that have rows of couches, chairs, etc. with nothing done to tie them together. Add all the great decor items, from pillows to wall hangings and you have a one-stop shop to for your home furnishing and decorating needs.

i love furniture row because when I go in I get greeted and asked if I need any thing and if I don’t they don’t follow me around the store. I had a associate John Kay help me. He was very helpful answered all my questions and very pleasant. I would recommend him to any one.

spent a week searching for new mattress set went to furniture Row / Denver Mattress in Johnson City Tn twice first spoke to Andrew and second time around Marie helped me she has patience of a saint. she explained the different types of adjustable bed frames to me which helped me pick the perfect one for my situation and helped pick a great mattress she took the timeto explain warranty information until I completely understood it and the fine print. the store even carries in my opinion the best sheet sets (dream fit) in which I purchased three sets.

We stopped to look at sofas and were very impressed with the selection available but even more impressed with the GREAT customer service, Brooks Graham took great care of us and let us shop until we were ready to talk with a salesperson, then he guided us and great us helpful information on the products available and was not at all pushy like some sales people are. We can't wait for our new sofa to arrive this week!

While the store was an hour drive from us, the variety of furniture surpassed any stores in our local area. Liked that we walked in and could browse the showroom without store sales person following us the entire time. When we were ready, we received the assistance we needed and John was excellent at showing us options and being patient with us.

I simply can’t say enough about the Johnson City Furniture Row store! My husband and I discovered it when we recently moved to the area. We’d never shopped at a Furniture Row before & were surprised to be greeted by our first names on our second visit. Every associate we’ve worked with has been knowledgeable and helpful without hovering. On one visit the visiting visual merchandizer noticed us looking at rugs and jumped right in with design advice. The store is conveniently located & easily accessible. The building is bright and airy and easy to navigate. The accessories are so amazing that this has become my go-to store for home décor. All in all, Furniture row is a stimulating place to shop. There are a number of furniture stores in this area, but why bother going anywhere else?

This was our first visit to this store. The store was neat, well organized. The staff was very helpful but did not smother you while you are trying to shop. Well informed about their products. When needed I will definitely shop this store again. Would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. Have not received my furniture yet, but so far everything is great.

We've worked with Derrick before to purchase Living Room furniture and had a great experience. I just purchased stools online and new chairs in store. Derrick was knowledgeable, helpful and professional, along with the warehouse staff who were super nice and helpful. Will return again.

I stopped in to the Furniture Row location in Johnson City while out looking for furniture to furnish my new apartment. After looking around for a few minutes I found a sofa I fell in love with. I didn't purchase it at that time but called later and bought it over the phone. Over the next few days I ended up furnishing my whole apartment by working with them over the phone! They were great and easy to work with and texted me pictures of choices to look at. I truly can't say enough positive things about this store and the people there. Tara was my main contact but others helped also. They have made me a fan and I will always shop there first when looking for furniture.

I have been in furniture row multiple times the past few month trying to find the right furniture to put in our new house. Every time I am in the store the knowledge and respect from the employees is outstanding. They have a wealth of knowledge about each product and which works better with having kids/animals. They are always polite and respectful. Most of all the other furniture stores try to hound you into buying that day. But at furniture row they make it clear to take your time and think it out.

The man who helped me was very nice and honest I usually feel attacked at furniture places and I like coming here because I can browse as I want and someone is always available as soon as I need them.

We had browsed this store before and new the selection was to our liking. When it came time to purchase a sectional and some area rugs, the sales staff was helpful and friendly. The prices were competitive but the selection is unique to other furniture stores in the region. We will definitely shop here again.

John was extremely helpful and so was the design woman. They didn't rush us....they listened to our wants.....helped with colors, sizes, fabric. Overall a very good experience. Will definitely come back.
