Spouse and I spent the day visiting six different furniture stores. This location had (by far) the best selection, and better or equal quality compared to all the other stores we visited. Also, this store conveniently displays the dimensions of all of the furniture pieces in a set. You’d think that would be something every furniture store would do, but they were actually pretty unique in that regard.

Riley was attentive and thorough.He worked diligently to accommodate my specific needs, and was flexible with my busy schedule. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. I am happy with my purchase.

Found two beautiful perfect size chairs, the last two items i have been looking for for our new home. they are the perfect size and color, there was only one on the floor but the very helpful salesperson said no problem we can order them and they came in on time! they are perfect!

We bought a loft bed from the Holland, Ohio location of Furniture Row. We were very satisfied with the service as well as the product quality of the product we purchased. We would definitely recommend this store to those wanting to buy good quality furniture reasonably priced.

Chris was our sales associate. He greeted us as we walked in the door, with a genuine smile. Chris led us to what we were looking for and left us to look and did not hound us, he was there when we had questions. The item seems to be a quality piece of furniture and good price.

I've been looking for a sofa for a few months and found what I was looking for at this store at an excellent price! It was my first time shopping at Furniture Row, and I will definitely return. I love that there aren't sales people hounding you every ten minutes - I was able to browse the huge selection at my own pace without feeling rushed or pressured. Highly recommend!

After searching several furniture stores, we found exactly what we wanted at Furniture Row. Not only did we end up getting a sofa, loveseat and chair but we also added end tables, lamps and a tv stand!!

Great service and all very helpful even when we were kinda pain in the butts

We had excellent customer service while here. We were engaged right away, but left to look and feel the furniture without being bothered with questions and pushy sales pitches. When we were ready to place our order, McKayla was quick to help us. This was the best furniture buying experience so far.

What a wonderful experience at Furniture Row Living in Holland Ohio! The sectional we purchased was EXACTLY what we were looking for (after looking for months, and several furniture stores)☺️ This was our first visit and VERY impressed! We made our first purchase and CANT WAIT to see what our future experiences (purchases) hold! Liz was fantastic, shopping was leisure and all around couldn’t have been better!

I stopped in on Black Friday, after having been shopping for a few weeks, and worked with Jeff. On one of the busiest days of the year, Jeff was extremely patient and helped me decide on matchings pieces. As a new, and first time homeowner, he understand my budgetary limits as well as my needs. I couldn't be happier with my experience overall.

The salesperson was outstanding ...very sensitive to our needs and wants. He put together the exact sectional we were looking to purchase at a price we were happy with(also chair and end tables).After looking at two different stores we left the store feeling like we just purchased nice furniture at a reasonable price from an extremely helpful salesperson.

We went shopping for a new bedroom set and the selection was great. Good quality furniture. We’ve been a customer since day 1. Sales group is great also and never any pressure to buy. We ended up buying more than the bedroom set.

I was at another same name store looking for a certain floor rug found 1 but the service was terrible so I called the other name store and talked to Liz she was very helpful found me the rug and it was even on sale so I went there and bought it.

We have ordered a new love seat and chair from Sofa Mart at the Holland, Ohio store. They have a very nice selection of furniture. When we walked in the door we were expecting to be "attacked" by a sales person. Daniel greeted us and briefly explained the layout of the store and told us to go ahead and take our time to browse and let him know if we had any questions. It was refreshing to be able to just take our time and wander without the feeling of being followed around. Hopefully we will be pleased with our selection when it arrives in a week or so.

Staff at this location are always helpful and go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. This is the only location that I shop at for that reason.

We went looking at several furniture stores in the area and our sales man was the only one that never once asked "what can I do to get you to buy today" or anything like that

It was nice not being bombarded by everyone at the store while trying to shop for furniture. The one thing I would like is more follow up on a firm delivery and calls back from sales rep.

I came in looking for a living room outfit. The sales manager at the Holland, Ohio Store is FANTASTIC! It blew me away! Nice, Friendly, Went out of his way to make sure I had the most wonderful experience. And, I did. I did end up buying a whole living room outfit from this store, and I will be back to buy my bedroom outfit, and keep coming back! I LOVE THIS STORE!

We wanted to find a reclining sofa and love seat that wasn't basic. We ended up loving the Warden Group in a very beautiful grey with nickel buttons on it. Very good flex steel construction. We even added a couple recliners to go with it! Just lovely, say enough about it! Very comfortable! Exactly what we wanted.

I have shopped here for years. We live about 45 miles away and it is worth the drive for the selection and service that this store provides. I would go here over the store across the street anytime....

Great help from sales associate good selection and great price

We have been looking for a sectional for months and have been to several different stores. This store was the best we found. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, gave us time to look around without hoovering over us. I was amazed by the selection of furniture. We left very satisfied can't wait to get out new sectional.

We always receive such great service when we buy from Furniture Row. Our sales lady was exceptionally helpful this weekend when we purchased our sectional. We will continue to buy here because of the quality of the furniture pieces we buy, the great customer service and the great financing options they offer.

I walked into the store looking for a high end massage chair. I was greeted almost immediately by the store manager, and he directed me to the chairs that I was interested in looking at. He offered either help or allowed me to just browse and play for as long as I was interested in doing so. I'm a techie - so I chose to play. No one bothered me or pressured me for my entire stay, which was just the way I like it! I was back for a second test drive and had a similar experience, and on the third stop finally simply signed the paperwork to purchase. For me, this was the perfect shopping experience!

I went to our local Furniture Row looking for a new kitchen table, chairs, bar stools, and a desk chair. I knew exactly what I had in mind and the man that helped me was very knowledgeable on where to locate the items. He was very nice and super friendly. I always have such great luck at FR!
