I wanted to say the staff was very friendly and really made me feel like they wanted to help me find what I wanted.

Since stores are limited in what to carry on the showroom made it a little difficult to decide from what is online by comparison to match our décor. However, Justin was very patient and understanding to assist the right material, matching colors, and options for us to make the right choice.

Our sales guy was very good. Very attentive and helpful 👌

Awesome experience all around. I have been a long time client for this furniture chain for a long time, almost all my houseand office furniture comes from them. I like the store in Harker Heights because when I get in there there is always someone ready to help me and greet me with a smile. I feel appreciated and the staff always give me valuable advice

First off I hope you never have to return anything. We did and wanted to share the experience. We purchased a king bed with 2 separate bases. It could raise at the top, middle, and bottom plus gave a massage. Unfortunately the split became an issue and we wanted to return it after 2 1/2 months. We were dealing with Chip Thomas. When I told him our decision he said " no problem we take care of the customer then worry about the funds" This put me at ease and true to his word the bed was picked up and we got a full refund. I have other items I have bought from them in the past and with service like this will continue. Thank you Furniture Row for having people like Chip to represent you and your great products and now proven customer service!!

Got a new dining room table and a kitchen island. Got a good deal they are real heavy. I had two salesman Jesse and Josh they was both really sweet and helpful. I bought a couch in 2017 and they still look new. Furniture is really made good.

I have bought several pieces of furniture from this store and I have yet to be disappointed! I recently bought a desk and the drawer wouldn't lock, I was given the choice of a replacement or a discount....The point is that there was no argument t hey worked with me to make sure that I was happy...I love this store and will continue to come back!

Great Experience. I found exactly what I had been looking for and going to love my new bedroom set.

I went in looking for a Dresser and saw the prices for the whole set (dresser, 2 side tables and a chest) so I decided I wanted it. The store manager told me it would be a month before delivery would happen for 2 items and about 2 or 3 months for the other pieces. I was disappointed but he checked again and everything could be delivered in August and another one I could take home today. I was very happy.

I usually hate going into furniture stores because the salesmen just bombard you and stalk you the entire time you're shopping. When I walked in I was greeted and then left alone for the remainder of my shopping until I was ready to buy and found someone to help me. It was such a stress free experience. It was so nice in fact, that when I need more furniture in the future this is definitely the place I will come back too.

I recently bought a couple of night stands, so I just went to the store to pick them up and we were nicely received and treated by a very nice young girl. She help us to expedite the process and meanwhile let me see additional pieces of furniture that will complement ours. The guy in the warehouse was very helpfull and place the products in my truck.

This is my third time going to Furniture Row. My parents were looking for furniture and I recommended they check there before making any purchases. As I anticipated they found what they were looking for and for a great price! Our sales girl Mason was new, but she was so helpful and did a great job! We could barely tell she was new! Her supervisor or trainer helped out a little even though she was getting pulled in five different ways! She was awesome also! Overall great experience! I won't buy furniture anywhere else!

My husband and I traveled from Georgetown, Texas to Harker Heights. On the way to store, Called, and the store manger answered. Questions, I asked, he was very helpful, and explained how to get to the store. He helped us decide on two area rugs for our two rooms. This is the first time we have shopped in this store. In the past we have stopped in Austin. Due to all the traffic, etc, we decided to come to Harker Heights. The store is beautiful, and everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. We will be going back again for furniture.

We had a very good experience at the Harker Heights Furniture Row.... We were not bothered but when we needed help - we were attended to.... A great experience and we found everything we were looking for.

Selection and value were good, and the staff is excellent. Brandon greeted us and then allowed us to look around without making us feel hurried or pressured. Then, when we needed help he was right there to answer questions and even move accent chairs around to get a good feel for what was going to work in my home. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I really enjoy shopping for the lost and found pieces. I visit the store often so I can see what's new. Great service .

We went to get my son a bed. We had a good idea of what we wanted. We had a quick transaction and we were done. He answered our questions and got us (and our 2 crazy kids) out in a timely manner.

Over all the experience was great. Was greeted by our sales rep Alan. Let look around to see what we liked. Came and checked on us. We found what we were looking for and more. My only complaint is when they receive the furniture they need to check it. Got one of the pieces home and the whole leg was missing and another broke. Good news is we will get a new piece. Thank you for a great experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Furniture Row, specifically Bedroom Expressions. The associate who worked with us was Jack, and he was wonderful. They had a large variety of pieces to choose from. Best of all they all had something very special and unique about them for any and every buyer. We wound up walking away with the perfect bedroom set. My only complaint would be the price, as it was higher than I would have liked. However given the experience we had, the ease of process, and how perfect and amazing our set was including but not limited to the quality of the furniture; I did not mind paying a little more. We will always return to Furniture Row especially to work with Jack and his manager.

The staff at Harker Heights store were awesome. They were helpful and present but didn't overwhelm us, they knew we were there to look and get ideas and they gave us space to do just that! They were also able to answer all our questions and were very helpful on the phone when we called to ask about a piece that we saw. Will recommend this store for our friends!

My husband and I recently visited Furniture Row in Harker Heights just to look around. We were greeted immediately by a team member from each individual department within the store. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming! The store had a great variety of furniture and various styling techniques. We will definitely be returning to purchase furniture very soon!!

I had a bad experience at a different furniture store and had to start over with my living room and bedroom selections. The team was amazing and had everything that I needed at a lower price than I was originally going to pay. They helped me pick out accessories and made the experience fun! On Sunday May 7 my husband and I were shopping for a new mattress set (My Mother's Day gift) Darren at Denver Mattress in Harker Heights Texas was so helpful the first time we shopped there, that we were very pleased to see that he was still at the Harker Heights Texas store. True to form he did not pressure us, he was very professional and we were pleased that he explained the differences in the choices we were looking at. We ended up purchasing the Simmons Beautyrest Natasha Luxury King size mattress set because the minute we laid on it we were comfortable. We also purchased 2 Hevea Cirrus pillows and cannot wait to have those on our bed. Last but not least, Darren beat Mattress firms price!!! Great customer service, quality mattress set and beat the competitors price. Happy customer! Thank you to Darren and Denver Mattress.

This is my 3rd mattress purchase from Denver Mattress. I knew basically what I wanted. Our sales guy helped us narrow it down and we were done in probably 15 minutes or less. Stoke about our new mattress!

We have furnished a home office, and bought a living room rug. Both are wonderful. I recommend waiting for the sales because they are worth it. The quality of the products are better than you can get in one of the more mainstream furniture stores. We will most certainly continue to shop at the Harker Heights store for as long as we are in the area.

Me and my wife found great selections to choose from at reasonable prices that you would find at most furniture stores. But the difference here is the Sales Consultant Jack was a very big help in helping us learn more about furniture and quality. Before I would have just heard that a couch was leather and thought that was the same quality as any other leather couch but Jack had explained that there are different qualities to leather and some will last much longer than others. Besides expressing his extensive knowledge on furniture and being extremely polite honest and not pushy in any way the quality that Jack was showing us with the options that was available for customisation of furniture was unmatched. I will be taking my business here for my furniture needs.

Staff was very helpful. I asked how there furniture was made because I didn't want partical board and he ripped the back fabric off a chair so I could physically see. We ended up buying a sofa and loveseat!

This is my third purchase from Furniture Row/Denver Mattress. Overall the experience went very well. There was not much incentive to buy, other than the need. (no promotionals, giveaways, etc)

I could not be happier with mine and my wife's experience. Travis was our salesperson, and I cannot recommend him enough. He has been in the furniture business for greater than 20 years and it shows through his knowledge. He was super helpful, super courteous and super NOT pushy! I have two complaints, though pity, you should be aware of. I purchased a sofa and love seat at around $2,000. I was surprised to ear that Furniture Row didn't offer free delivery, even at 5 miles from the store. Delivery was quoted at $125.00. Secondly, though Travis is extremely knowledgeable and professional, I caught him in a momentary desperate salesman moment. After explaining to me that a specific piece of furniture was framed in real wood, not particle board, I noticed he was wrong. And as I was unveiling the particle board, he for the first time in our 3 hour interaction, began to stumble over his words in what seemed as a frantic attempt to turn my attention away from the particle board. I could be wrong in my interpretation, but this was what I felt. By no means was I turned off by my interpretation, and I am overall very happy with the quality, look, and comfort of our set. I would highly recommend Furniture Row and Travis to anyone!
