I went in to Furniture Row looking for a new bedroom set, as I was downsizing. I saw a set and was admiring it when an employee came over and talked with me. She was very helpful, helping me measure everything to assure it would fit the room properly. The set was a new one and as she showed me some of the "hidden" features I knew I had to have it. She was very professional, helpful and cheerful. She made the sale, set up delivery and it arrived right as scheduled, in perfect shape. The delivery went perfectly and I love the way it looks! I plan to go back to purchase dining room, living room and family rook furniture as well! Thank you Erika for making this such a smooth experience with no hassles!! And thank you Furniture Row for carrying such great furniture!

Sales person was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't have the style of pillow in the size I wanted, but the sales person found me something else that worked well with the new furniture. I also loved the free coffee.

The store was very clean and stocked with alot of variety. Patrick help us out with buying a couch and 2 barstools. The whole process was very easy going and we didn't feel pressure into buying something we didn't want. We will definetly be back soon!

I purchased the Avery sofa and accent chair. The delivery guys were great and helped me out sliders under the coach before they set it up. I also visited the store 3 times and the staff is always so helpful.

Since 2012 we've purchased all of our furniture from the Green Bay Store on Oneida, Three vacation rentals and our current home; can't ask for a more easier and affordable source to furnish a home or business!

I purchased the Glenwood panel bed and dressers from the Ashwaubenon store. The young lady that helped me was very friendly and informative, not pushy at all. She helped explain the sale and financing and overall made it a very easy and enjoyable experience with my purchase. The selection is great and the store is set up to showcase their furniture and décor very well. I would not hesitate to recommend Furniture Row! Can't wait until it is delivered!

The store was clean and spacious to walk around and try the furniture. The young lady that helped me could answer my questions and help me decide what worked best for me.

Was looking for furniture for a rec room and didn't want anything overly fancy. The salesman pointed out the lower priced and clearance options, then let me browse on my own, WITHOUT BEING PUSHY!! He addressed questions I had between two different sets, and ultimately made me feel very confident with my decision! I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely be back!

Walked in and was immediately greeted by Sales Man. However he was not pushy like most, and did not follow my wife and I around the store like most will. We described to him what we were looking for and he guided us to the area of interest and allowed us to look. Was very diligent in answering all our questions about the products we were interested in. Gave us pros and cons of both pieces that helped us make our final decision. He then helped me carry the couch to my truck and load it, and even gave me some twine because I forgot tie downs. I would like to note we came in close to closing, and were never once rushed, or pursued to make a decision fast so they could close the store. We have shopped here before and will never go anywhere else. Love the atmosphere, the products, and the sales people!

Recently, I decided to purchase a new sofa and matching reclining chair for my living room. I came in one day to the Ashwaubenon location to look around to see if anything would catch my eye. There was this particular set I was most interested in and it was the color I really wanted. I live in a wooded area so my existing set, which is dark brown, always made my living room extra dark, even in summer. This particular set was a perfect color match to the color idea I had in my head for my next set. I worked with Adam Hansen, who took the time to explain the features of this particular set to me and was very professional with me and didn't try to pressure me. I still wanted to look at other furniture stores to see what they had to offer. So after about a week, and a couple runs into Green Bay to look at other furniture stores, I found myself back at Furniture Row to take another look at the set that interested me. I decided that this was the set that would be a perfect fit both size wise and comfort wise. Adam Hansen was there that evening that I returned to make my purchase and remained very professional throughout this sale. I can't wait to get the new set in my living room.

We wandered in to look for a new TV Stand. I ended up falling in love with an accent chair and we decided to buy a new sofa and chair to go with. Adam was AMAZING! He wasn't pushy at all, obviously knew the inventory really well, and went above and beyond for me so I could get the pillows I wanted! We are customers for life now! Thanks Adam!!!

I was looking for a sectional for my sunroom! Looked all over Green Bay, but came back to Furniture Row! It had the best quality and Value of all! Will be back for the chair that goes with the sectional!

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were able to delay the delivery on the patio set until late next month. That way we got the sale price and delivery when weather will be warmer.

The store was beautifully laid out and very inviting. The sales associate I worked with was top notch. She stated she was new to the area and new to Oak Express, but she went above and beyond in trying to make me happy with my relatively small purchase. I will be back. I had the pleasure of working with 2 great sales people on 2 separate occasions. I placed my first order over the weekend to be delivered in mid-September (bedroom set and mattress). The 2 departments even worked together to ensure delivery of both items on the same day. And thanks to a coupon that I received in the mail, I was even offered free delivery! I was so pleased with the service that day, that I returned to the store this weekend with the intention of purchasing 2 additional bedroom sets, as well as office furniture and a full living room set. HOWEVER, when I was in the process of completing my purchase (totaling well into the thousands of dollars) I was told that 2 pieces of one of the beds would not be ready in time and would have to be delivered separately. To my surprise (and extreme disappointment) I was told that I would then have to pay the additional $69 delivery fee (which, honestly, they did offer to reduce to $45). But seriously, I am spending a significant amount of money (significant to me anyway), and it was simply 2 small pieces of ONE BED that were not going to be in on time. Perhaps the policy of the store, or perhaps poor decision by store manager, but I personally would NOT have turned down thousands of dollars in sales (not to mention commissions for my employee!) simply over $45. I will be shopping for the remainder of my furniture elsewhere.

Absolute worse furniture store ever! Do not buy furniture from them ever. We bough a $1600.00 coffee table that was delivered broke! When we submitted pictures they said it looked "natural" and would do NOTHING to remedy the situation.

I ordered a new bed in early March. Was told we would have it in 6 weeks. They could Atleast have been up front with us instead of inconveniencing us. It has been over 4 months. got our mattress right away. Been sleeping on floor. Have called several times to find out where it is and I'm told its a shipping issue. If not here soon I will cancel my order and hope for better luck elsewhere.
