Love this stores selection

After spending a couple of days shopping around for a new living room suite, we found exactly what we were looking for. Our salesman, Moses, did a fantastic job of just letting us wander until we were ready to begin asking questions. In addition, out of the 3 stores that we visited, FURNITURE ROW, offered the best financing terms for same as cash. This will be our second living room suite from this company. We will be back.

Searched all over Evansville for a bed for my son and found the perfect one at furniture row. The service was amazing on both the bed and mattress departments. Credit was quick and easy to fill out. The bed was shipped to the store and delivered to my home within 2 weeks like they said. I’m glad I found this bed there because they really made you feel welcomed and made things very easy from start to finish.

This was the best and smoothest experience we have had purchasing furniture for our home.

We went in to look a the selection of sofas, loveseats and queen bedroom sets. We found everything we were looking for at a price we couldn't pass up. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. We will return for future purchases. Very happy with our service.

I now own 3 fish in the hand things from 2 separate stores. I think they could be named better, they fit well in the hand but much better in the pocket. Should be called a pocket fish. Not sure why the weight seems to vary as much as it does in the pocket fish, original fish purchased in IL is much heavier than the 2 IN fish. These are still good fish, just not as satisfyingly heavy.

We came it needing to furnish the whole house. And heads up I HATE shopping LOL But as soon as we made it over to the Living Room department the people here made us feel welcome and comfortable. Matt ended up helping us and he was wonderful and friendly. Made the shopping experience easy, fun and relaxing. Everyone there were laid back and friendly. I will definitely be going back and recommending this location to people.

Stopped by on Saturday and Ryan was quick to take care of us at the Evansville, IN store. We purchased the Monterey bed and media piece that is made of actual wood not veneer. Can't wait to get it! We were in and out of there in less than an hour. When visiting ask for Ryan!

This was our first visit to the store. The salesman greeted us right away, walked us to the area we wanted to shop in, talked about each item we were looking for, then told us that he would let us talk it over for a bit. He left us alone to discuss what we wanted to do, came back a few minutes later and talked to us again. We did not feel pressured to buy anything and the salesman was very nice and accommodating. Needless to say we WILL be shopping there again in the future!

My husband and I had done some shopping around when we went to Furniture Row to look at beds. Our salesman was extremely nice and helpful. He asked many questions to find out what kind of bed we were looking for. He was also very patient with us since we hadn't had a regular bed before..(we had always had a waterbed). As we narrowed our search, he was quick to get us the total prices of the sets we had picked. We got a Durango Mattress and a Head up foundation. Sleeping on the new bed has been so good, no more getting up to a sore back or sleepless nights from snoring. Thank you Furniture Row and our Salesman Shane T. for making our purchase a great thing. Also the delivery guys were great too, phoned ahead and I was able to see online which stop we were and what stop they were on.

My family was greeted shortly upon arrival by a nice, young woman who introduced herself and then kept her distance. When I had a question, she was near enough to assist without hovering. We found an espresso-colored, counter-height table with storage space in the base and four chairs for only $299. The dimensions just didn't quite fit the small space we have in our dining area.

The selection was very nice. The store employee was quite knowledgeabe and helpful. The entire shopping process went quite smoothly and we purchased several different items.

The furniture is of outstanding quality for a reasonable price. We really like the set we chose, but fell in love with it when it was delivered to our home!

We saw a 72" oak bookshelf on line and saw that it was at Oak Express. We felt like we could get it faster going to the store so we went to the store, immediately found what we wanted. The sales girl asked to assist us and the rest is history. What a great piece of real wood furniture! The sales staff were very nice and helpful without being pushy. We will be back soon.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of their mattresses. Found a mattress I thought I'd love, but didn't. The exchange could not have been easier. I should have gone with the staff's recommendation on the first try because I told the staff what I was searching for (a TemperPedic similar to those made in the 80's) and they knew which one I was needing.

Went there to select a new living room and they had a wonderful selection. Service was great. We had it delivered and the timing was quick and the delivery guys were nice!

This was our second mattress purchase and won't be our last. Our salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell us on the most expensive mattress in the showroom.

Went to several stores before stopping at furniture row. We were needing bedroom furniture for 2 rooms. The other stores would not work with us and the quality was sub par with no return policy. We talked with sales staff and they were very informative. We purchased solid quality furniture, then found out the bed we had chosen was to tall. The manger gladly exchanged with us and gave me a deal on a better quality bedroom set. We were suppose to have delivery on Friday but since all the furniture was not in, it was not scheduled. I talked with manger and he worked with us and had my daughters bed delivered and when the other furniture comes in he is having it delivered also. Manager went out of his way to accommodate us. I would recommend furniture row to any body looking for better quality furniture and a knowledgeable sales staff that does not pressure you but is willing to help and work with you. We will be returning for more furniture. Dining room and living room is next.

Dakota provided the best service I have ever received in a furniture store. Just the right balance between the usual stalking you around the store and asking you every three minutes what you're looking for, and no service. Dakota was patient, attentive and informative when asked. He let the customer lead the experience and offered guidance when asked. A perfect balance. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Wonderful salesmen. I'm indecisive and yet they continued to help as I changed my mind. Value is excellent. Good sturdy furniture and very budget friendly. Style is important. We bought a tempur pedic mattress and Austin did such a wonderful job that I took my daughter back because she needed a new mattress and I referred her to Austin and he did a great job for her.

We went to last night and got such great service and got everything we wanted and more for the amount we were looking at spending! This is the second time using Furniture Row and Denver Mattress and Sofa Mart. Great service!

Excellent salesman and accomidating and helpful manager. I was intially surprised after waiting for this big sales event , only to find out the day of that it was only 5%. Spoke to manager and he was kind enough to adjust the cost of delivery, to offset. Salesman was great to work with, I believe his name was Allen

After searching 4 other furniture stores in Evansville, IN, I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and pricing that sofa mart offered. I wasn't pressured or followed around while I shopped and sat in chairs. Dan Cho was very helpful. We made our selection and an agreement that Dan would call us the following day to place an order. We wanted to go home and think on it and do some measuring. Dan did call and we happily placed our order. To top it off, it will only take 1-2 weeks instead of 6-8 weeks at other stores. I will be a return customer!
