great selection and friendly staff!

I've purchased furniture before & it was a good experience. Today I purchased a 2-piece sectional. I wanted a curved sofa & found what I was looking for. A bonus: I got to pick out the fabric for the sofa along with the pillow fabric. The only down side: Covid has slowed the process of getting customized furniture. But my experience today was great. Service, explaining the process & the variety of furniture were all outstanding. Very pleased with my purchase.

we recently moved from a one bedroom apartment into a new home in March and the Furniture row in Draper has been an invaluable resource in helping us to get settled and get the furniture we needed to set up our home! Alexandra in the Living department is an absolute top notch employee and has been so helpful each time that we have come in!

We went to Furniture Row looking for a new leather couch and love seat. We were immediately greeted by a nice and knowledgeable sales associate (not pushy at all) who helped us look at ones that fit our criteria. We found a set we loved, very high quality and comfy, and able to get a delivery date scheduled quickly. We love the new couches and the service we were provided. Will definitely go back for future furniture needs!

Sebastien was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us as we basically sat on every chair in the store the first time we came in. We purchased a really nice comfortable armchair. There was a good selection despite the store remodel. When we were ready to buy a second chair, we were helped by a new high school aged employee and he was incredibly helpful. He showed us features for every one of the chairs and couches that we looked at and his enthusiasm was infectious. He helped us find batteries to be able to test the power controlled chairs and helped us figure out which colors were available for the chairs we picked. Very impressed by his help.

Sebastian was so helpful in directing me to the sofa I was looking for. The delivery men were careful in bringing the furniture and thoroughly made sure everything was to our liking. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service we received.

We bought a dresser, mirror and 2 night stands. When the dresser came, it would not fit through the hallway so we returned it. The Draper store took it back without out a problem and we picked out another set with no additional cost. The customer service and delivery people were great. The delivery people really tried to get the dresser in and went above and beyond. The customer service was helpful and pleasant in the return and repurchase process.

I always have a great experience with Furniture Row and I’ve bought many pieces of furniture there. I love the selection and appreciate the variety of styles and fun, unique pieces there. We went in two days ago looking for dining chairs, and we left with a great accent chair and ottoman for our living room and a beautiful chest for our bedroom. We simply couldn’t resist due to the quality of the items and the deals they were offering. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our purchases!

It was our first time here yesterday and it was amazing!! the quality of furniture is great! everything is well made and beautiful! Of course it costs more than IKEA, but the beauty and quality is totally worth it! We won't be shopping elsewhere to furnish our home!

We have been looking for a couch set for our new home and due to Covid-19 we were seeing delivery dates out a few months past our move-in date. We had looked at many other furniture stores prior to our visit here and really loved a set but expected a long delivery. The set we chose matched our move-in time frame and they can hold it til we are ready for it. I also thought the quality was much better and would wear the best. On top of that they offered a 5 year protection package that includes cleaner you apply or if you cannot get a stain out they will send a professional to remove it. When you run out you give them your empty bottle and they give you a full one for up to 5 years!! Can't go wrong shopping here. Another thing I liked was their furniture was slightly different than your typical styles seen in an RC Willey or Ashley Furniture which gives you a unique look for your space. Will definitely shop here again!

We had not been to Furniture Row for many years as we had not shopped for any home furnishings in many years. We visited other home furnishing stores but could not find what we were looking for. At Furniture Row we found the sectional sofa we ultimately purchased within a few minutes of browsing the showroom. Sebastion quickly found us and answered all our questions in a no pressure environment. The pricing was much better than other stores and then we found out they were offering $100 off for every $1,000 spent this weekend. We got what we wanted and kept to the budget we set for ourselves.

We really enjoyed working with Sebastion, the manager, to purchase a living room table set. He communicated very clearly and respected our wishes without pushing for us to re-consider other options. He got us taken care of in a friendly, yet efficient manner. We also enjoyed the large variety, the design choices for the whole livingroom set-up, and the no-pressure feeling to be able to browse as long as we wanted.

Really like walking around this store and looking at all the different selections. It's nice that the sales people do not pester you ever 5 minutes like other stores. This makes shopping so much nicer. So, far love what we have purchased.

I brought my 87 yr old mom in to purchase a leather sectional and they were very patient and not pushy at all. She ordered one and I liked them so much I ended up buying one too. I've had alot of furniture delivered over the years but this one was the best experience I've had. The last impression of a store purchase are the ones that deliver and I just have to say "Alex & Wesley" were the BEST. They weren't in a hurry and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything which was so nice.

We bought as bed frame for our 3 year old. It's her first big girl bed, and the experience in not only finding a nice bed, but one that was n exceptional price was fantastic. The no-hassle sales experience was refreshing, and the delivery time was exemplary. We will be back.

I had researched what I wanted so we just walked into the store found our sofa's and a very nice and professional sales associate helped us immediately along with the store manager. It was a quick and painless transaction and she helped us save some additional fees that we didn't know about. It was a great experience.

We checked out a few different stores on furniture row when shopping for a new couch. We figured that "sofa mart" would have the best selection of sofas, and they indeed had a lot. Friendly helpful staff and competitive prices. We then went to (am i allowed to say competitors names?) rhymes with CR Milley, who had a geat selection as well and good prices....but the salesmen there ugh! Waiting at the door as you walk in and follow you around, very pushy. We ended up going back to Sofa Mart, picked out a perfect set, and the salesman was not pushy, gave us space but was good to check on us now and again and answer questions, and was quick to take care of is when we were ready to purchase. We would shop there again and would recommend them to anyone!

I went in to Sofa Mart after being in 5 other furniture stores in the area. The Assistant Manager, Toni, was so helpful in finding me a couch for my apartment and even was able to work with us on the price. We spent a significant amount of time choosing the right couch and she was able to balance answering all our questions and also giving us enough space to make a decision. I am super happy with my purchase and even had a great customer service experience in the process!

This is my second time shopping at the Sofa Mart. The one thing I really like about this store is there are no sales associates following me around. When I'm ready they are there to help. I'm extremely happy with their selection and most of all the prices. Would definitely recommend this to my friends & family

The staff was so helpful in recommending the best quality merchandise. They listened to what my needs were for a certain kind of bench and then helped me find just the right one.

We were helped by Rick Baum, he was not a pushy salesman and he showed us what we wanted to see and let us make our own choices. He was great to deal with.

We have been looking for a master bedroom set for at least a year. We seemed to be seeing a lot of the same things wherever we went. To be honest, I gave up. Then we came to Oak Express for something completely unrelated...and there it was. A set that was different than anything else that we had seen and something my husband and I both fell in love with. The customer service was incredible, patient with my excitedness and just a great experience!

I am so glad I walked inside Oak Express. Expecting to find overly expensive furniture, I was delighted by the reasonable prices and excellent selection. An employee (Kendra) took time to explain a few basics and allowed us to browse the store without any pressure. By the time I was ready to make a purchase, she was helping another customer. Yet, another employee who was taking a lunch break, offered to help me. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, I felt well taken care of and look forward to my next visit!
