Russ, our salesman, was wonderful to deal with. He was not pushy or aggressive but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I do think they charge too much for delivery and I was not warned that there is over 60% tax on the delivery charge. :( Maybe everyone in Denver already knows this? However, the delivery men arrived within the time slot stated and were very nice, professional and friendly. :) The couch and love seat we bought are beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. And we have been looking for over 2 years as we had many requirements. I would definitely buy from Sofa Mart again!
