Jamie and Amanda gave exceptional after purchase service. Three years from purchase one of our recliners from them stopped working. Following a switch replacement at home which didn’t help, at their advice we brought it in and within the hour went home with a replaced motor for a very reasonable fee. They are very customer satisfaction focused. We ordered another!

We had a wonderful experience when we recently purchased a good amount of furniture for our home after our move. We worked with Sam over several visits. He was patient as we explored options and knowledgeable as we asked questions about the best route to take for purchase, delivery, and payment. He supported us from beginning to end and took care of an issue for us that came up in the delivery process.

The salesperson was really helpful. He pointed me in the right direction and gave me time to look things over. When I was ready to ask questions he was there to answer all I needed to know and never pressured me. I was glad to find what I wanted and enjoyed the help I received.

This is such a great store. They sell quality furniture for what I consider reasonable prices (for quality furniture). This is not painted particle wood like the big warehouse stores. It is solid wood, steel frames, good foam upholstery, etc. So far I've bought a bedroom chair, living room chair, couch and loveseat, bar stools, and leather chair and ottoman. I will continue coming back. Very happy to find quality furniture near me.

I just want to give a big shout out to Furniture Row following the Marshall fire! They were so generous in their discount to the families. We went in multiple times to process things and the staff was so patient with us and so knowledgeable. We could not have furnished our entire home without them! Thank you!

Wednesday my wife and I went to the Dacono looking for our new couch. We met Ashlynn who was in training but extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Purchased a mattress, adjustable base, and bed. Keith at Denver Mattress was very helpful and knowledgeable. Never felt pressure at all, but he was always available to answer questions. Will be back for any future purchases.

Went to get a dining table, mattress and couch, so convenient! The salesmen were fantastic and so helpful with finding exactly what we wanted and getting our purchases delivered. Highly recommend this location!

we came in the store and ordered a dinning room set was in and out in minutes Mike was very helpful. the only issue I have is we have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for delivery hopefully it will be worth it.

We had such a great experience at Furniture Row in Dacono! We didn't feel pressured to buy anything and we got all of our questions answered. It has been this way every time we've gone into this store, looking to buy something. We purchased a bed a couple years ago, and that was great! And now we've purchased a couch, and that was also great! We continue to be impressed!

We decided to change up our bedroom furniture and went to Furniture Row on a whim. We went to another furniture store beforehand and just were not happy with the options. To my surprise, Furniture Row had plenty of options that fit in our budget. The store was clean and the staff were available but let us shop with out interruption. I was pleasantly surprised about my experience and will definitely keep Furniture Row in mind for future furniture purchases.

We purchased a sectional for our family and it was an incredibly simple process to get it ordered. We did have to wait a few months due to covid shipping delays but the staff kept us updated through the entire wait period. They were very friendly and very informed about the products. We absolutely love our sectional and it is still in amazing condition after 2 years! We plan to purchase another sofa for another room very soon!

Very pleasant shopping experience! My salesperson went above and beyond - rearranging furniture so I could see if the pieces I selected would fit together. He checked on me every so often but didn't hover and allowed me to consider my purchases. Delivery was seamless and on time. Would absolutely purchase from this store again!

Miguel Aguilar has taken care of previously when we purchased a Flexsteel Sofa and Chair. he was so polite and professional that we asked for him at the store to purchase a Recliner. As before he took excellent care of us.

I have recently invested in a new home and purchased quite a bit of furniture from Furniture Row in Dacono. Everything from new office, to dining room and family room. It was truly MY pleasure to work with Cheyenne, one of the sales reps at Furniture Row She is so warm, friendly and professional. But her customer service did not stop there. Her follow up with my special order was exceptional. I love shopping for furniture and it is a favorite past time of mine...but never have I received the exceptional service level from anyone like I did from Cheyenne. As a matter a fact, sadly, she did not get the largest sale from me. I truly wish I could have done something special for her because she always treated me so wonderful. I am so happy with the purchase of my TV Stand. There were many choices and the quality is very good. The sales associates were knowledgable and very helpful on the phone and in person. We decided on self pick up and that process was very easy. The whole experience was great and I will be back for other purchases.

Simple to set up financing and wonderful customer service. The delivery staff was outstanding - timely, courteous, answered all the questions we had and set the furniture up efficiently. I went to the showroom yesterday to look for a couch for our basement renovation. I stumbled upon a flash sale - 50% off sale price. I asked a young man who worked there (come to find out he normally worked only in the stock room) to help me with one of the couches. He helped me also pick out a matching one that wasn't on clearance. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of the furniture and the layout of the store. He made the buying experience great.

This is the second time I have come to Furniture Row as I upgrade to higher quality furniture in my house and the customer-service and selection never disappoints. I was so thankful for the wonderful customer-service provided by the knowledgeable staff who also took a significant time to help me coordinate furniture selection and styles across multiple rooms even if that meant more time to call other locations to get the pieces I was looking for. The coordination of delivery dates around the closing date and post-move-in renovations of our new home was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back to finish decorating in the near future and would highly recommend Furniture Row to anyone who wants high quality furniture at a reasonable price (we have other furniture from Furniture Row that has withstood 4 distance moves and plan on having the classic styles for years to come).

Went to other store down street and couldn't get questions answered. Came to Furniture Row and Sales person Justina was very helpful and was able to answer my questions and I found just what I was looking for.

I have bought 2 sets of living room furniture from this store and have loved them both. The associates in the store do not pressure you in to buying something you don't want. In fact, when you ask about a certain piece, they show you similar items in different price ranges. Overall, I have always had great experiences when shopping at Furniture Row and will continue to use them for any future needs.

We went in there originally look at the matador. The employee that helped us took us right to it and explained everything about the different fabrics and things like that. We have 3 toddlers and wanted a fabric easy to clean. He was very helpful but also knew when to back off and just let us look. It was really nice not feeling pressured and being able to take our time to look. It was like he was psychic and knew exactly when to reach out for questions. He did not pressure us into financing or anything like that just asked us about it. We ended up choosing the Challenger and are so excited. This was the best furniture shopping experience ever. I really enjoyed it and it was not stressful.

My wife and I took our time searching for the perfect living room furniture for our new home and thankfully we stopped in Furniture Row. The salespeople here do work on commission but that was a huge plus in our situation. Anthony helped us when we first saw something we liked in the store. We ended up leaving without a purchase because what we wanted was out of our price range - we gave him our information in case anything changed. Within the next two weeks we searched around and couldn't find anything we liked quite like what we wanted from FR. In that time Anthony had stayed in contact with us about various sales and promotions but we still couldn't make it work with our budget. The day we were going to grab something we weren't that happy with Anthony happened to reach out again mentioning a special sale on the exact product we loved. We went back to the store and bought the sectional right away and even had enough money to purchase a great dining room table. We are excited for the furniture to be delivered this week and will be going back to Furniture Row for our future needs. Thank you Anthony and Furniture Row for taking great care of us!

Just wanted to take the time to let you know that our sales consultant "MJ" displayed patience, hospitality, and a wonderful sense of humor making our few months of searching for recliners so rewarding in the end. His added efforts brought us back to FR in Dacono, CO where we made our final choice. I'd say he's a keeper! Thanks "MJ" for making it all happen!

I was looking for end tables that met both mine and my husband's criteria. I wanted elegant and round. He wanted a drawer and a shelf. After looking at several stores, I found just what I wanted. The salesman was not pressuring but friendly. He was helpful in helping us order. When we got them they had to be assembled. We thought, "Oh no!" much to our surprise they were easy to put together and look great.

We went in on a weekend afternoon to look for 4 beds for the kids. A woman greeted us and showed us to the beds, let us know to ask for questions, and then she let us be. She stopped by once in a while to see if we had questions, we did, and she researched all of our questions and got us answers while we browsed more of the bed selection. When ready to place our order, she was friendly and efficient and got us exactly what we needed. The whole process was seamless. We set up delivery and assembly for all 4 beds, they arrived 15 minutes EARLY (if you can believe that!) set up the beds and were gone in 35 minutes! I will leave a review on the product itself (so far so good!), but in customer service and efficiency, A+!!! I will definitely check Furniture Row first for my next purchase.

From start to finish we had an awesome experience with Seth Burns. He explained and showed all of the features and benefits to my wife and I. Once he had me lay on the mattress and put it into a certain position I was sold. I had fusion back surgery in July 2016 and I noticed that it took pressure off of my back right away! I also love all of the positions that I can place the bed in. Love it!
