I went shopping on my own and from the moment that I walked into the store I felt welcomed. I was not rushed or pushed into something that I did not want. Lamia Hafez was very helpful in finding exactly what I was wanting even when I was not sure what I was wanting.

Customer service is excellent.

the sales folks were helpful but not overwhelming. selection was great and I feel like I got a good value for my bedroom set.

We just want to say that you have a great employee in Kashean (I'm sure that is misspelled). We had a sofa and loveseat delivered 10/4/23. When they unwrapped the sofa, a leg was missing. Since they had no spares with them, Kashean called the store to arrange getting a leg from the floor model to put on our sofa. They had quite a few deliveries still to do, but at 7pm here was Kashean at our door with the leg to put on our sofa for us. We had noticed a chip out of the front leg of the loveseat and asked if he could turn the leg around, so you couldn't see it, which he did. We know he had had a very long and tiring day, but he remained courteous, professional and resourceful, which we very much appreciated. He represented Resupply and Furniture Row well and should be rewarded for it, as we won't hesitate to recommend you to friends.

Very professional store. My first stop was Denver Mattress where I purchased a twin Doctors Choice. Then I went over to Furniture Row and purchased a Toscana II Full Size Sofa Sleeper.

Jerry at the Colorado Springs location was so patient and helpful in finding me the perfect sofa!

Very happy with the service from personnel in the two locations of the store where we made purchases and the coordination to make delivery on the same day and time.

stuff is expensive but there's a lot of cool pretty stuff and the employees are super nice and helpful!

We went there to check out an item from the flyer. It was out of stock but they had one shipped in. While there we ended up buying other furniture items from the clearance section and a new office chair. All in all not a bad day.

I found the futon I wanted at a reasonable price. The delivery was several days sooner than what I was originally told- a nice surprise! The sales associate was friendly & very helpful. I will go back again the next time I am shopping for furnishings.

Chris Espinoza was wonderful!!!! He walked all over the store with me and when my knee couldn't take walking any longer, pushed me around in their wheel chair!! Above and beyond customer service. We had a great experience at Furniture Row. Paul helped us find a great sectional and tried to get us the best deal he could. He was very patience and informational. He was open about what the delivery window would probably be despite what the computer was saying since there are delays these days. We will be coming back and hopefully can work with Paul again! Had been looking at a Queen bedroom set for a while, and it came on sale at a great price and with the 0% financing it was time to get it. Had a problem with one of the pieces and they exchanged it without any problems. Will be back looking at mattresses after a bit.

The San Mateo product line is everything the advertising claimed it would be! The loveseats are very comfortable and well made. Tim made sure the furniture met our specific needs as well as pointing out features we hadn't thought of.

I was in town visiting my daughter and needed a dresser/ chest desperately. I called furniture row explained to Jacob I had already purchased a dresser and it’s been two weeks and still no delivery date he said no worries he would take good care of me. I gave Jacob The measurements and he went out of his way to measure what he had in the marketplace in terms of dressers and chests in my price range as well and sent me pictures. I went to the store that same day and couldn’t be more pleased with him and his willingness to make sure we explored every option and to make sure I found exactly what I was in need of. He was so professional, definitely knew his merchandise and his passion for pleasing and going out of his way for his customers. Great experience !!!!

We just got a sofa and recliner from store owner Tim at SofaMart on Furniture Row, and this is the kind of furniture shopping experience you want. From arranging delivery, to status updates on when our furniture arrived, even to availability of service to remove our old stuff, these guys took care of us from start to finish. Furniture was delivered promptly, and with zero issues. Excellent job Sofa Mart!!!

We are relocating in Colorado Springs and purchasing a few things to accommodate the space in our home. In a moving mishap we lost some dining room chairs, purchased at Oak Expressions 15+ years ago. I was delighted to find that I could replace the lost items with the exact chairs. I purchased a twin bed on the same visit to the store. Sales staff were helpful and efficient. I am old school and like to see what I am purchasing "in person," so the wide variety of items available at Furniture Row is a definite plus for me. Once we are settled in we will likely be back for other items.

called to ask about whether or not there was any sofas n possibly any sleepers in the clearance showroom and the sales rep first said, "I don't think there is." then I asked him if he was sure...then he told me,"well, I'm pretty sure...generally we can keep them in stock...we have people asking all the time". what kind of training do these people get, if any.
