After driving to American Family Warehouse my wife and I decided to go to furniture row. Arriving at the Colorado Springs location we were looking for a sectional piece. Lewis your representative introduced himself and asked us what we were looking for. Lewis was professional no pressure on selling and answered one important question that concerned me. I asked Lewis “be honest with me what was the difference in furniture from your products compared to American Furniture. He showed me the displays of and compared the furniture and the way it was made. He said “would you rather have furniture that will last 3 years? Or would you like your furniture to last much longer than that?” That is what convinced me to look and purchase the furniture at furniture row.

Our salesman Taggart was great -- not pushy; rather he let us look and was available when we needed him. Completing the sale was efficient and he provided helpful information. He was friendly and professional.

Went into the Colorado Springs location looking for new living room furniture. Josh greeted us and pointed us where we needed to go with no pressure, especially compared to some of the other stores in town. Found an item in the clearance section, and a matching piece in the normal area. Josh was able to coordinate both items and work out good pricing with the Memorial Day sale. Prices are fair, and selection is large. Don't expect I'll be back to any of the other stores in town anytime soon.

Lewis is very customer oriented. We have enjoyed working with him.

I visited several furniture stores before this one. it had more selection and better arrangements than other Furniture Row locations, including a large clearance. I purchased both a couch, and a bedroom set. The staff was friendly. the only negative was that the staff incorrectly put my phone number in the computer which delayed delivery to be scheduled because they called the wrong number. The staff cannot correct the phone number in the computer system and do not use email as an alternate contact method. The furniture is good quality overall.

We came to buy a chair and found exactly what we wanted. Summer went out of her way to get a few chairs for us to choose from. She was a great help!!

Troy helped us when we had questions. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. He gave us breathing room. This store had many more liveable options for couches than the store we had visited before. I would reccomend this store to people. Shop here first.

Hands down, the number one place to go buy your home furniture. Levi Walker the sales associate was probably the best sales associates we have dealt with at Furniture Row. Not only did he answer all of our questions, he made sure he explained everything about every set of couches me and my wife had interest in. We decided to buy the Poltrone set and Levi made sure we got the correct set up that we needed for our home. Thank you Levi for the amazing customer service you showed me and my wife.

The Customer service that we receive every time we enter this store is just amazing. We will always start off at this location when looking for furniture in the future. We happened to use Jesus Salas her is a Manager and his knowledge and expertise was just 5 stars all the way. We have also had the pleasure of having Troy help us in the past and again every time I just have to say it is just wonderful customer service that is just not found these days. I had a very positive experience shopping for furniture for my new house at the Colorado Springs location of Furniture Row. Sharon and Edward assisted me greatly. There was no high-pressure sales, and both were willing to take as much time as necessary to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely recommend Furniture Row to everyone and will be shopping here again myself.

Really friendly staff and a lot to choose from, however nothing is in stock and you can't get anything for at least six weeks at a minimum. So there's a lot left to be desired. I found it a little frustrating to have to talk to so many associates in order to complete a whole apartment setup and run multiple transactions when everything is under the same roof.

our sales rep was very friendly. She did not rush us into a decision nor did she push us to higher prices furniture. Delivery were just as awesome and our couch fits perfectly. Couch is a great fit and value.

Much better quality of furniture and some good prices. They also just built a new Clearence area too! I have parts of the Riversedge collection and love it! Will be returning for the remaining set!

Placing an order for new furniture over the phone isn't easy, especially when we need several pieces delivered on a set date. the team at Furniture Row did an excellent job helping us! I'd recommend them if you need some high quality furniture and service.

Troy was just great! He's a likable, friendly, non pressure person who helped my husband and I as soon as we walked in the door! We weren't certain about the color of the couch set we were interested in and so Troy let us know, that with a deposit, we could take one of the couch cushions home to see if it matched our living room. That was actually very smart of Troy because taking the cushion home is what helped us decide to follow through with our purchase. Our love seat and couch are perfect for our living room and we couldn't be more pleased with the, quality, style and color! Soon after we picked up our couch set, Troy called to be sure we were completely satisfied. We are! Thank you, Troy! We appreciate you! ... = )

Paul at furniture row is an amazing salesman. He was always very available and easy to get in touch with. Very responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Because of him we will be back again.

Where do I begin? From Troy in Living room, to Hayden at Denver Mattress to Michael and Misha in Bedroom and other departments, the service, professionalism, courtesy and patience of the staff was unbeatable. We needed to outfit our new apartment and were able to do so seamlessly with the guidance and incredible attention to detail we experienced via the staff. The furniture selection is terrific if overwhelming (in a good way). Nice to have so many choices. The pricing and ability to purchase with low monthly payments made it possible for us to enjoy our new digs sooner rather than later. My husband and I were looking for a new chair for me to sleep in. I have a physical disability that prevents me from sleeping in a bed. We did some research on line for the type of chair that would best meet my needs. When we got into the store we were greeted by "Chase" he was the most patient person with me. He asked me what I was looking for and then I explained to him what I needed in the chair I wanted to purchase. He gave me advice and he let me lead the way to the chairs I wanted to try out. We must have went back and forth multiple times and he was with me and guiding me through the process and answering my questions in full. I ultimately decided on a swivel rocker recliner,with power touch controls. Although it was the most expensive chair there, I felt it was the right one for me. I did not at anytime feel rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. I even got a nice discount on the chair. I am looking forward to having in my home in the early part of next week. Thank you furniture row for making my sleep meaningful and restful again.

As we entered the store, we were greeted by Tim. We explained what we were in search of. Tim listened, then asked us a few questions, then he led us to the most appropriate furniture based on the information we gave him. The store was very spacious, well laid out, clean, bright, and had lovely vignettes and great selection We were delighted to purchase the very first set Tim showed us after comparing a few others. He had simply asked the most perfect questions, and listened!

We purchased a new living room set and right when we walked in the sales associate recognized us from a purchase 8 yrs. before. He gave the same high quality service and showed us many options for colors. It was very nice to have him recohnize us...he has been a long term employee...and I hope he is there for our next purchase. Couches and coffee table look fabulous!

We went to the Colorado Springs Store looking for a diner set and we were impressed with the great selection, but the thing that really set the difference was the attention from Maria, the manager. She really made us feel like long-time friends in addition to her knowledge and guidance!

We have been very satisfied with all the furniture we have purchased at this store. The managers, the sales persons have been very helpful and able to even take back some bedroom furniture that we ordered and found out when it arrived that the bedroom it was to go into was just too small for it to look nice. I was a little overwhelmed when I first walked in but I gave my sales person a general idea of what I was wanting and she knew exactly what to show me. She was also very patient as my daughter was running around all over and jumping on the beds. I would recommend my friends and family to this store. My wife and I shopped at Furniture Row and not only found the furniture we wanted at Sofa Mart, but were met by Jessica who took the time to work with our decision making process which included furniture, styles, fabrics, colors, and pattern styles. She was very friendly, personable, patient, polite and professional. Sofa Mart is fortunate to have her representing their company. Ecumenical Social Ministries was in a bind. We needed furniture to fill our new housing for our women's program. Aubrey Arnold stepped in to save the day! One of the things that is often missing today is customer service. All of the staff at the Colorado Springs Store were absolutely wonderful. during my shopping experience I got to know the staff and felt like I had made new friends. I am one that is hard to impress! However I was beyond impressed. I would recommend all of the furniture row stores at the Colorado Springs location to everyone. You wont be disappointed.

The selection was amazing. So much that we kept changing our minds. Lots of great options! Service was great and Jim was a great salesman. First thing is, he didn't pounce on us right when we walked in. He gave us time to walk around and look before asking if we needed assistance. We really appreciated that! He knew information about every set we asked about and was very helpful. THANK YOU!! I can't say enough about their custome service! The Colorado Springs store went above and beyond to help me locate a piece of a sectional that was discontinued... I have been to four FR's in two different states... Associate Aubrey searched for the piece online and was able to locate, and confirmed that it was in warehouse...
