Wonderful shopping experience with an amazing salesperson Janna and budget friendly prices. We brought home a dining set and ordered a recliner sofa. Hoping the last part of our purchase will be as good as the first part.

We moved to new house & buying the necessary items wherever we got out of random stores but couldn’t find the good bed. We visited the store to check it out & immediately realized that we should come to Furniture Row right at the beginning as that would have saved our visits to multiple stores. Furniture Row is one stop shop for all your house need. Great & varieties of products. Good discount & customer service. They will be our one stop shop for buying the new furniture.

sales was very professional. a left arm chair electronics were non functional but a service call is scheduled.

Service was exceptional. They acknowledged us as we entered the store did not hunt us down and bug us while we walked around the store to look at items we was interested in. We was able to have time to sit on couches and sectionals that we were looking for and, Rick the gentleman that eventually helped us with our selection, was very professional. We will do business with them again someday for sure.

Whenever I walk into this store it always has a friendly and courtesy staff to help out with any questions regarding their products. They are not pushy sales people and want to help you to find the best product for you or your family. The store is always clean and a great shopping experience.

Looked up Furniture Row on line and pictures of the furniture weren’t impressive. Thought about not going there but gave it a try and am glad I did. Sean was my sales associate, was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Great experience and will be going their for all of my future furniture needs. Thank you!!

My wife and I went to get some ideas for our daughter’s bedroom and Zach Hopper asked if we needed help I told him we were having issues with our sectional that we bought 8 months ago. I had an amazing experience at furniture row. My associate that helped me kept me on budget while also showing me great pieces that fit what I needed for my living room. I got great pieces along with a warranty that he explained to me very well and made sure to work on my schedule for delivery. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

I love the vast selection of mattresses. I went in about a week ago in search of a twin mattress for my daughter. We found one quickly with Q's help. The transaction and delivery later that week was quick and easy. I came back to the store this past weekend with my friend. She in search of a mattress as well as I. Q took the time to answer questions we both had and was very patient with all of our shenanigans. Big thanks to Q for helping us out. I can't wait to get my new mattress!!

We went to just look. Robbie was super helpful and not pushy like some sales people tend to be. He made us a great deal on a piece we fell in love with. I will definitely go back to see him when we purchase more furniture

i found a coffee table on line that I liked but wanted to see it in person. I went to the sofa Mart in Clarksville, in on Furniture rowe and first a young man working in the oak express told us what part of the store the tables were located, we found the table we were looking for but the one on the floor was damaged so the young girl found us a new one told us that the table was also discontinued under another manufacture and it was cheaper and the same table. she did not have to tell us that, but because she did. I decided to wait for the table and have her order it. I have not received it yet, but so far my experience has been great and I would buy from there again.

We shopped for a recliner. Since our space was limited, it had to be a certain size and still be comfortable. Robbie was very courteous and helpful, showing us a few that met our criteria in a matter of minutes. This made the shopping experience so much more pleasant because the selection process was pared down for us by his knowledge of the merchandise available. He was very informative and able to answer any questions we had. This made our decision a very easy one, and we are anxious to receive our new recliner soon. I would refer Robbie to anyone wanting to buy new furniture. He was extremely helpful and very caring and cordial. He was not a "pushy" salesperson!

Oak Express has a very nice selection of furniture, especially dinning tables. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Josh is the manager at the store. This guy was an outstanding gentlemen and very knowledgeable of the store. Its nice to know there is a sales person that will take care of ur needs and listen. Wont try to sell something u dont need

This young man; Mr. Gordon at your Clarksville, IN store is a total asset for your company! He was polite, patient, very informative, knew his business, was very clear, kind and very professional both in attitude and appearance. He was a joy to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and even took time to make my 78 year old mother feel confident in her choice. Its been years since I have been on a standard mattress and without him helping me through this, I am not sure I would be today. He's a keeper!

I would like to say how impressed that I am with the quality of service that I received at Furniture Row in Clarksville, Indiana. I have gotten several pieces of furniture from a new dining room to new bedrooms. The furniture is of great quality and is well built. If not, the store will make it right. I recommend that everyone gets the warranty for each piece you buy. You will be thankful that you did. I can't say enough great things about the staff at the Clarksville store. They are so easy to work with and are so friendly.

I was ordering 2 upholstered chairs for our new VP - Sofa Mart had the absolute best selection online. Then I went into the store to give them my tax exempt number and shopped around and found a beautiful sofa made by Flexsteel, a high quality brand. The pricing for that brand was very good. I placed my personal order for the sofa The staff was wonderful and supportive. I can't wait to see both purchases!
