As always they had everything we needed, and then some. We got an amazing bed and bedroom set delivered and set up. Our bedroom has never looked so beautiful! Coming back for some lamps very soon.

The staff was friendly and knowledgable, great selection, and reasonably priced for furniture and they had a good sale going on. Started my furniture shopping here and ended here because they had the couch I liked the most.

Jennifer and Faith are sales associates at the Casper, WY store. First off, Jennifer went above and beyond with her excellent customer service! My mother in law and I purchased quite a few decorative items each, we had her running around the store right along with us checking prices on certain items, checking if there were more items in stock, etc.!! Not one time did Jennifer ever complain, take a deep sigh from being so annoyed, she was AMAZING!! Faith, helped Jennifer when paying for our items and had such patience with my mother in law when she spotted a few more items to purchase right at the end. Both Jennifer and Faith then placed every single one of our items in bags and brought them all out to our vehicle! We will definitely be back to this location when in WY again!! Great selection at this store! I enjoyed shopping at Furniture Row in Casper Wyoming , and I found a beautiful set of living room furniture. Customer service was friendly and efficient also. I will continue to shop at this store when I need additional furnishings in the future.

I have purchased living room furniture twice I will only go to Sofa Mart. It's is so easy online or @ the store, I'm always greeted but not bothered by a salesman but when I have question they always have the answers the same answers knowledgeable about anything on the floor I'm always impressed clean store in and out Thank-you Sofa Mart

I recently made my third purchase of furniture from Furniture Row in Casper, Wyoming. The manager has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with my specific design needs. The store has beautiful pieces and decor, but I think the best part is that the furniture can stand up to heavy daily use. I have purchased rugs, end tables, accent and living room chairs. Everything has surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this store!

I went to Furniture Row in Casper, Wyoming the beginning of February to look for a sectional. Very clean store and very friendly/helpful employees, I found the Alpha set and fell in love. I was given many options for purchase and great customer service, I was given a quote invoice and was able to get the Furniture Row Capital One credit card. I purchased the set on February 22nd and saw on February 24 the set went on sale. I called the Casper store to confirm the sale, I did not even have to ask if I was able to get the sale price. The FR employee offered me a refund of the diffrence of what I paid and the sale. I was very impressed and the FR employee let me know they offer a 30 day price match. Furniture Row in Casper is where I will continue to take my business and where I will send everyone I know.

Paul took down a chair and carried it across the room so I could set two different chairs side-by-side. He let me take my time sitting in each one to decide which one I liked the best. Awesome !

I went in looking for a new bedroom set. Colin was extremely knowledgeable about the product that I was interested in. I didn't buy that day, but when I came back a week later he remembered my name and got me all set up. Thank you!

I love going to Furniture Row. I know I'll always get the best customer service. They always care about your wants, and do their best to find you what you want. Collin at Sofa Mart, is the BEST. He always goes out of his way to help. He even stayed after hours to ensure we were happy with our choice. He didn't rush us along. Made sure we knew all our options. When I had trouble with sofa I purchased, he was there for us. He guilded us through the very simple process of "what to do", the sofa was under warranty but we had options I was completely unaware of. They stand by their products and make everything right. They have so much knowledge of their products, it's impressive. I've shopped all over, but I will not shop anywhere else. I'm sold on Furniture Row.

While we were shopping for a new sofa and chair set for our new home, the Salesman was very helpful and answered every question. He wasn't pushy he knew his facts about every sofa we asked about, he was very knowledgeable and helped us find the sofa we loved.

I went to look for a bed, found one, ordered it, and was done. I didn't have to wait for a sales person, they were helpful but not overbearing. Quick delivery time too.

a month or so after moving from the west coast to Casper, WY we found ourselves at the Furniture Row shopping center. We had decided we wanted a sectional for our next couch and the staff was super helpful in explaining and showing us all of the options and configurations possible with the style we chose. After a fair amount of discussion and brainstorming we had built our ideal couch and can't wait for it to be delivered.

We have been hunting for a recliner sofa or loveseat for quite some time. We found . we wanted at Sofa Mart. Paul Riccio is the best. He knows his product, but is not pushy. We can't wait for it to be delivered next weekend.

We went into the store with an idea of what we wanted but needed a little guidance. Owen was great with us, showed us everything in the style we were looking for and even sat down with us to chat about options and was not in a hurry when we couldn't decide right away. We also got a great deal on the one we did choose.

We went to just “look” for new living room couches. We were very impressed with the quality and selection. Ended up purchasing 2 reclining love seats. Paul was very helpful thru the process. He was knowledgeable. Bonus is the warranty and the furniture protection product that are refillable for 5 years for free!

I came into Sofa Mart looking for a chair. The one I wanted they would not sell off the floor, but the manager went to see what he could do. While I waited I found an even better chair that was marked down for clearance. Though it did not match my color scheme it was such an adorable chair, very good quality & exactly the style I wanted. I was able to purchase it off the floor. When I got it home, it somehow managed to blend into my decor seamlessly. I also bought a few lost n found items that tied the new chair into my decor. Very pleased with my purchase. My only complaint, they won't sell off the floor. Had I not found my chair on clearance, they would have lost a sell that day. That policy must change.

Sofa Mart was able to get us the exact sofa that we were looking for and had it delivered to our home just in time, before my parents arrived on their first visit to see our new home.

I bought a leather sectional five years ago along with bedroom and a living room set the mechanism on the recliner on the sectional has broke and I feel that’s bad quality and when I called the store, Apparently furniture Row don’t stand behind their products and don’t honor anything that’s bought. I think that if it’s supposed to be in good quality That furniture Row should stand behind their product it should at least the last 10 years if not more, I would not recommend Anyone to buy any type of furniture at furniture Row because they do not stand behind what’s purchased. ☹️

after several months of waiting for my tv stand I finally received it. when it arrived it was covered in Red scratches. I sent it back and was told it would be 7-10 for a replacement. almost a month later, the replacement finally arrived and it appears to be the same one I sent back. The model I saw on the floor and in the picture have no scratches and when I called the store in Denver I was assured that the scratches were not normal, however the gentleman who delivered the product stated that the store in Casper said that is how it supposed to look. needles to say I will not be back to this store. the 4 pictures attached are pictures of what I received and the other picture is what the product really is

I bought a table and chairs. It was a clearance set. We were told that three chairs were in stock but they were able to order a chair from out of state. When our furniture was delivered we only had one chair and was told the others were still on order. After a week I called to check on the order and was told my chairs were just received that they would be unloading the truck that weekend. I call the next week after not hearing anything and was told our sales person made a mistake and that they never could get any other chairs that would we like to come pick out a different set. So after three weeks of having no chairs we go again to the store. They didn’t have anything on sale that was either available or that I liked so I ended up paying the difference and ordered 4 new Manchester chairs. The manager gave me a discount for the chairs, although these chairs are substantially more expensive than the original chairs we bought. Anyway, fast forward another week and we get the chairs delivered. I noticed that two chairs are darker than the other. I read the tags on the bottom and yes, two are light and two are dark. I called the store and spoke with Paul who said they must have grabbed the wrong two, let him check if someone can deliver the two correct ones. It has now been a week. No one has called or delivered. With all of these mistakes being made you would think someone in that store would be curtious enough to contact ME and be upfront and honest about what is going on. All together our experience has been very poor and after spending as much money as we have there the last few months I do not recommend this location to anyone nor will I ever shop here again. I will be contacting the store yet again to find out where my two chairs are that match. After paying $400 for chairs (after discount) you would think they should be matching don’t you agree. By the way this was also why I chose to order all 4.. so they would be the same lot and match. The store said they had two in stock. Now I’m wondering if they didn’t just give me the two in store and order two. Yet they are different stains!!!! What is upsetting is an no Pati t has anyone imthere in store put forth the effort to call me, I am the one having to wait and call, wait and call. I just want to be able to sit down and enjoy a meal with my family at a table we bought two months ago!
