My daughter and I had the best experience today at the Bryan Tx store. We recently decided to get a new couch and thought my 9 yo should help pick it out. She is autistic so change is very hard for her and she does not want to get rid of the only couch she remembers. But then we met Chaylan. Chaylan was so sweet and let me daughter talk her ear off about how much she doesn’t want a new couch. Then we found it, the perfect couch. The Caruso with the storage under the chaise. My daughter asked if it was big enough to fit a kid and sweet Chaylan obliged and let her climb in and do a grand reveal. My daughter could not stop talking about the couch or Chaylan.

Furniture row was one of my choices to see selections for my living room and determine my options. Phillip assisted me in my choices. I was very happy that I was approved for credit card. Easy transaction and very nice company to work with. I am excited to get my purchase later this month!

We went in just to “look” & left with purchasing a brand new powered sectional & recliner. Chelsey was exceptional !!! Very nice & extremely helpful but not pushy. The guys who delivered our furniture were VERY nice & polite. They set everything up & were very fast at it. We love our new furniture & I Definitely recommend Furniture Row in Bryan Tx for excellent customer service.

we are very pleased with the purchase of a queen bedroom set for our guest room. Afton Cooke was so helpful with our purchase. we also found the counter stools we were looking for. They are perfect for our kitchen bar. Also Garrett Ford was very helpful in helping us select a mattress set for the new bed. Both purchases were what we were looking for in our price range. We selected the mattress when we picked up the stools.

We absolutely love our sectional couch that we got from here. The salesman was super friendly and didn't pressure us one bit. We will be back!!

I have purchased all of my furniture over the past 10 years from Furniture Row in Bryan, Tx. The staff are always helpful and very knowledgable. I never feel pushed into making a purchase and I never have to settle for something less than what I want. The guys that delivered my furniture were awesome! They put everything right where I wanted it! I won't buy furniture anywhere else!

I attempted to purchase online after getting approved for a credit line, but for some reason it would not allow me to use my new account. I called customer service and was able to finalize the purchase. The customer service representative Justena Espinoza was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use Furniture Row for any furniture needs that I might have in the future.

We shopped the clearance at Bedroom Expressions and were very pleased. There was a significant amount of furniture to choose from and the clearance items were mostly undamaged. The salesperson, Hayden, worked with us on the price and they immediately had the furniture wrapped and ready for pickup. I will definitely return to this store and shop their clearance.

I went in looking for a dinning table and sectional and was very impressed with the selection and quality. Most of all, my husband and I were impressed with the great customer service we received from Hayden. He was on top of his game both times we went in and stuck to his promise by calling us with their great deals. I look forward to shopping here more.

My husband and I were in the market for a new sectional, and we found exactly what we were looking for at sofa mart! We ended up purchasing the clouds II sectional in the brown color. The microfiber material is part of what makes this sofa so comfortable. We loved the fact that we could put together whatever configuration we wanted to fit our space/wants and needs. Some of the options are reclining sections, storage console, chase, corner piece and probably a few others. Keith was the man who helped us find our new sectional. He did a great job of showing us what our options were based off of our interests without being pushy..

The second my wife and sent entered the store we were greeted by a very friendly representative asking what our shopping needs were. He was very informative and gave us a tour of the showroom. Then he gave us time to shop. We found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. This was our first time in the store but it definitely won't be our last.

Furniture Row has a good selection to choose from. They always have had an option for what we need and at a reasonable price. I will continue to purchase our home furniture from Furniture Row.

When you first walk in to the store someone walk up to you greet you ask how may I help you they show you the item that they have in every style and color and take the time out to explain the product and they also explain many ways you can pay for your selection they also explain to you how to sign up to get points in there store they offer to take your selection you choose to buy to your vehicle I have always have always been please everytime I go to the store it is one of my favorite store to shop at in Bryan Texas also nice clean environment has lots of quality brand selections to choose from I will be returning to by more furniture and refer my coworkers and family and friends .

We moved to Franklin 4 days ago. Without knowing anyone in the area, we relied on the sales person at Oak/Bedroom Expressions to be able to assist us. In a world where customer service is becoming extinct, I didn't have high hopes coming into this experience. Eric Richardson blew my mind. This man knew each and every crack and crevice in your store. He listened to my daughter and took us to exactly where she would find what she wanted for her room. He had perfect recommendations, was very upbeat, cheerful. It was easy to tell he enjoyed his work. I commended him on his excellent customer service and knowledge of products in the store. This man needs to teach others as his joy is, most likely, contagious. Thank you Eric, and we will definitely be back.

I like this Furniture Row location because they offer a great selection of sofas, mattresses and dinette tables. I purchased my dinette set here and some home decor. The staff are friendly and not too overbearing.

The selections at Furniture Row are amazing. After searching on-line and visiting numerous stores for days, I decided to check out Furniture Row. All the salespeople were so courteous, helpful, and not pushy at all. Juan was outstanding and understood that I needed to see an actual lamp and not a just a picture.on-line. I love the lamps I purchased; they were on sale which makes it even better! I'll be checking them out for mattresses later on, for sure!
