We recently bought a new house , we wanted to furnish new house with new furniture, sales person Sarah , greeted us the second we walked in , she became our salesperson immediately, she helped us pick and choose the right furniture that suited our tastes , style and what would work in our home , Sarah viewed pictures of our new house and gave great input , advice and suggestions for each room that we was furnishing. Sarah’s memory of items we looked at and purchased was impeccable and amazing. In my years (64) of being alive , I have never encountered a salesperson as good and personable as Sarah . Her knowledge of Furniture Row’s product is incomparable in the industry . thank you

Our sales person Amanda and every person we worked with was amazing. Amanda helped us put together a great family room including sectional, sofa table, chairs and rug that looks wonderful, is great quality and is quite comfortable. We love it and are grateful for her help.

We bought a Natuzzi leather sectional sofa that quickly turned out to be a lemon. Patty and Anthony totally took care of us. Rather than exchanging this Natuzzi out for the same model, they agreed to a new make and model, to ensure our satisfaction, and we are tremendously grateful.

Suraj and the sales manager (who's name has fled me) helped us out on our orders. I came in on Monday to order a new bed and dining table. Suraj was polite and helpful, and made things quick as to not waste our time. We had already made up our minds on what we were to purchase and neither person pushed us to change those decisions. I also respected the ability to look around on my own without being hounded. I then came in the next day to add a coffee table and nightstands to my order. Since I had gone with the financing route, I had met an incentive goal on the first day but not the second. The sales manager helped me combine these orders and deliveries to meet the next tier of incentive with no hesitation. I genuinely appreciated that and it led to a greater sale for the store. Delivery and install was quick and precise. All of our items are well put together and the team was in and out within 30 minutes for 4 pieces of furniture. They took caution around our home too. Thank you, will certainly be back for future furniture needs.

We shop here because the quality is great, pieces last longer than when purchased from other furniture stores. The service is also great, staff are friendly and ready to help. We also like the organization of displays and having what we are looking for in one area.

Found exactly what I was looking for and the associate, Amanda, who helped me was very helpful. She double checked inventories for me and even showed me more options than what is carried in store. Definitely recommend going if you need new furniture of any kind. I've previously bought from this location and I've never been disappointed.

David was great at giving us a quote and helping us in finding a bunk bed for our daughters. along with the other associates who were helpful and friendly.

We bought a new bed and mattress. Matthew was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We are senior citizens and our experience with him was a pleasure. Then we went over to where the recliners are and Travis treated us equally as well. so we bought that too for my wife. 5+ star service. I'll recommend them to all our friends and family. We have always experienced great service at Furniture Row no matter what part of the country we're in at the time.

My puppy thought that the console cover of our new couch was his chew toy!! I called Furniture Row to see if could buy another cover. Sarah at the Aurora branch told me to come in. She GAVE me the cover!! I was so thankful!!

I had never been in a furniture row before today, I went in looking for a specific dining room table and chairs set (color & style), Toby the sales manager approached me after listening to what I wanted he took me right to a table with my specific wants/needs in mind. He explained the quality and functionality of the table which it was more then I was looking for but perfect. He also explained the current sales that where happening and helped me get financing for my purchase. Definitely will go back to this location and ask for Toby for any and all my future purchases for my home as well as recommend this location to my family and friends.

My fiance and I are a few days away from closing on our first home together, so we decided it was time to go looking for some furniture for the home. We went to FR to look for a couch and a dining room table. We have been looking for awhile and already knew which dining room set we wanted. As far as the couch situation, we went back and forth on that decision. When in the store we found a couch and loveseat set that was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately due to COVID and a lot of the manufacturing delays associated with that, there was no couch/loveseat to be scheduled for delivery for at least another month. Tayler was working with us and we were determined to get something into the home and so was she. She called around to the different stores and fought for us to get the only couch that was available in stock for us to be delivered the following week right after moving in. I appreciate her efforts into making sure we get into this new home and have something to show for it. She remained helpful throughout the process and even into closing. We definitely left the store feeling happy and accomplished. Would continue to utilize FR over any other furniture store in the future.

We called in advance to make sure the store was open during the pandemic. We spoke to David who walked us through the guidelines in place. We came the next day and asked for David, he showed us exactly what we saw on line, he was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. We got what we came for with some specials that were offered and was very pleased with everything. Will continue giving Furniture Row our business.

From start to finish, Kosa was amazing. He was patient and helpful. Kosa made sure that I was taken care of and explained the process of the credit card from start to finish. He was never pushy and never made me feel like I needed to be rushed to make a purchase. He gave me my space to shop and let me soak everything in. There needs to be more sales associate like Kosa. He made the experience pleasant and was one of the determining factors why I purchased the Braxton 3pc Home Theater Wall and the Braxton Double Lid Trunk Cocktail Table. He moved the furniture around the store to a set of sofas that I had to make sure that it would compliment each other to make sure that I could see how it looked together.

I recently went in to purchase a "Bedford 5 Pc. Counter Height Island Dining Room Set. European and Gustavian-inspired elegance." The experience was good, and it went by smoothly thanks to Tayler. However, the day the furniture was due for pick up, my husband called, at 11:57 am, to confirm if the order was ready for pick up. He was told unloading would not start until after 4 pm. I do understand that the time ranges between 11 am to 7 pm, but the manner in which this was told was dismissive and how do you account for a time range spanning from 11 am to 7 pm when unloading starts after 4 pm. I called shortly after, and I was told that the order was ready for pick up (I have a recording of the call in between).

We had an amazing experience at FR! They honored a discount we had been promised from another FR and made sure that we got the same discount in each part of the store (living, bedroom, etc.) Great choices and we couldn't be happier.

I would like to take the time to mention my two Sales people Patty Kepler / Dinning and Kosa Tuffour / Living and I made my choices with both and then called back to complete purchase and both were off that day and the two Gentleman that Completed the Sales we very Knowledgeable and Very Customer Oriented and did a Great job in the completion of the Sale. I want take the time to say that I met Patty Kepler for our Dinning Room set with additional chairs and Kosa Tuffour for our Living Room Couch and 2 Chairs and called back to Purchase all items and both Patty and Kosa had the day off and the two Gentleman that took the time to Complete the sale were just as Knowledgeable and Helpful and very Pleasant to work with as were Patty and Kosa. I am a Past Customer with numerous purchases.

We went in looking for a power lift chair for my dad who was shopping with me. He wasn't feeling good so I needed to be in and out of the store as quickly as possible. As we came in the door I headed straight for what looked like the service desk and a wonderful gentleman came up indicating that it looked as if I was looking for help. I said yes and shared what we were looking for and he took us straight over. They only had four in the showroom and my dad tested 2 before knowing exactly which one he wanted. We had a delightful conversation with the sales guy as he was able to ring us up and set up delivery. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We will receive our chair in about 2 weeks and couldn't be happier with the service.

I found the sturdy quality of a couch and they classy color and style of same in the Walden. I found the best pillows there too with matching vases--really nice quality and style--great service from everyone!

After my first visit, I had several questions, I could not get through on the phone, so I emailed him and he responded in a professions and timely manner, answering all my questions. Went into Sofa Mart on Quincy & Parker last Friday, after returning home from vacation to find our precious puppy had destroyed the old couches. We were looking for a material that was sturdy and could withstand everything that comes with pet ownership. Matthew showed us three different sectionals (which we said we preferred) and was very knowledgeable about the various fabrics and how to preserve them. He listened to our preferences and helped us pick out a beautiful sectional that was exactly what we were looking for.

I bought a platform bedroom set about 3 years ago. It is a very good quality bedroom set and survived multiple moves. I never owned a platform bed but it has worked out great. I love the design and solid wood.

I bought a mattress from this store about 3 years ago. The help me find the right mattress at a great price and the right box spring for my new platform bed. The mattress has been great and would recommend them for their great service.

Originally came in to look for a queen headboard but found a bed frame we really liked- and decided to upgrade to a king size. All beds were 20% off on the day we went so that was a great incentive to help us afford a new bed. Nice service, and painless purchase process. So excited for our new bed

We wanted to upgrade to a king but we're a little scared about the price. But we came in and the sales people were so nice and talked through all of our options to make sure we could get the mattress we wanted at a price we could afford. We even shopped around and would have to pay DOUBLE for the same mattress at Mattress Firm. I'm so happy we stopped at Denver Mattress and I love my mattress!

We have always had good experience with Furniture Row! Matt was very knowledgeable and was not pushy for us to buy right at that moment. Came back the next day decided to get a chair along with the Aries sofa and love seat and Matt went above and beyond to bring my choices of chairs to me instead of walking around the store!!

I saw a bookshelf online. I wanted to see it in person to make sure the color was right. The salesman showed me the selection. I loved it, ordered it, and picked it up 2-days later. The gentleman working at the pickup area loaded it in my car and was very careful. Overall, great experience.

We had been looking for a sofa and chair for several months and had specific requirements for the furniture. Our dog destroyed our last sofa by lying on top of the back cushions--they ended up sagging 1/2 way across the seat and ripping away from where they were sewn onto the back. My husband spoke with Matt at this Sofa Mart and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, suggesting a couple of different models that didn't have separate cushions. We are very happy with what we got and Matt's professionalism really sealed the deal.

Larry Pierce has helped me furnish many rooms in my home. My latest challenge was furnishing a Guest Room. I wanted it to be comfortable. I came with room measurements and with what I did not need. He understood immediately and we avoided things that would not work in the room. I am so thankful that not only does he know his merchandise, he understood that I also needed a desk and two chairs for the same room. I am in the process of transitioning a Master Bedroom into a Guest Room and needed some additional furniture. Both Adrian and Ruben were gracious, helpful and understood my dilemma. I had a 'nook' in the room that needed a bench, love-seat, settee, something that would fill it tastefully. In the end, a futon was the perfect choice. Therefore, if you are looking for 'something' and you have your measurements (this is essential), just ask for help. It is not a sign of weakness. The staff here know their stock and have excellent taste in furnishings. Besides, they want you to be happy with your purchase. I love shopping here!

I am in the process of putting of transitioning my Master Bedroom into a Guest Room. Therefore, I needed to purchase a new Queen size mattress. While I was researching mattresses, Drew Mittelsteadt took the time to explain the different types of mattresses to me and to help me pick one out. He gave me all the information I needed so when I was ready to purchase, I would get what I wanted. I could not be happier and I know my guests will be as well. I have bought several mattresses from this location over the years and have never had a bad experience.

I have bought many pieces of furniture from this store and from Larry Pierce, and have never been disappointed. Larry keeps me focused on what my needs are and how to make it all come together beautifully. He understands what I am looking for, and how best to make it happen. Recently, I was shopping for a guest room (bed, desk, two chairs) and he helped me find the appropriate pieces that will all work together. And if he did not have it, he introduced me to a salesperson that could help me. This is why I keep coming back to this store; exemplary customer service, helpful advise and they do not want to sell you something you are not going to love.

We were looking for "basic" dressers. All dressers are part of a set so mostly everything is not "basic". Most of the newer sets of dressers were out of our budget but to our luck, we did find some good quality dressers in the clearance with little to nothing wrong with them. We were extremely pleased with our purchase of 3 dressers that were half the price or less.
