We recently bought a new house , we wanted to furnish new house with new furniture, sales person Sarah , greeted us the second we walked in , she became our salesperson immediately, she helped us pick and choose the right furniture that suited our tastes , style and what would work in our home , Sarah viewed pictures of our new house and gave great input , advice and suggestions for each room that we was furnishing.
Sarah’s memory of items we looked at and purchased was impeccable and amazing.
In my years (64) of being alive , I have never encountered a salesperson as good and personable as Sarah . Her knowledge of Furniture Row’s product is incomparable in the industry . thank you

We bought a Natuzzi leather sectional sofa that quickly turned out to be a lemon. Patty and Anthony totally took care of us. Rather than exchanging this Natuzzi out for the same model, they agreed to a new make and model, to ensure our satisfaction, and we are tremendously grateful.

Suraj and the sales manager (who's name has fled me) helped us out on our orders. I came in on Monday to order a new bed and dining table. Suraj was polite and helpful, and made things quick as to not waste our time. We had already made up our minds on what we were to purchase and neither person pushed us to change those decisions. I also respected the ability to look around on my own without being hounded. I then came in the next day to add a coffee table and nightstands to my order. Since I had gone with the financing route, I had met an incentive goal on the first day but not the second. The sales manager helped me combine these orders and deliveries to meet the next tier of incentive with no hesitation. I genuinely appreciated that and it led to a greater sale for the store. Delivery and install was quick and precise. All of our items are well put together and the team was in and out within 30 minutes for 4 pieces of furniture. They took caution around our home too. Thank you, will certainly be back for future furniture needs.

Found exactly what I was looking for and the associate, Amanda, who helped me was very helpful. She double checked inventories for me and even showed me more options than what is carried in store. We were searching for a modular recliner set to replace the long sofa that we had in our den.
We visited the Furniture Row store on South Parker Road at Quincy.
Red was our sales person, and she was absolutely awesome. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions accurately and without trying to influence us. She absolutely allowed us to make our own decision after providing information to any question we asked her.
She took the time to price the individual components for the sofa that we liked so we would know exactly what pieces we need and how much it was going to cost.
We’ve also worked with Patty at the same location, and she was very helpful as well. Kudos to the staff at Furniture Row Parker Road!
We really appreciate the great service, the great quality, and the friendly sales personnel at the store, and we will absolutely definitely be back!

We bought a new bed and mattress. Matthew was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We are senior citizens and our experience with him was a pleasure. Then we went over to where the recliners are and Travis treated us equally as well. so we bought that too for my wife. 5+ star service. I'll recommend them to all our friends and family. We have always experienced great service at Furniture Row no matter what part of the country we're in at the time.

Dining table set
I had never been in a furniture row before today, I went in looking for a specific dining room table and chairs set (color & style), Toby the sales manager approached me after listening to what I wanted he took me right to a table with my specific wants/needs in mind. He explained the quality and functionality of the table which it was more then I was looking for but perfect. He also explained the current sales that where happening and helped me get financing for my purchase. Definitely will go back to this location and ask for Toby for any and all my future purchases for my home as well as recommend this location to my family and friends.

Great Customer Service!
My fiance and I are a few days away from closing on our first home together, so we decided it was time to go looking for some furniture for the home. We went to FR to look for a couch and a dining room table. We have been looking for awhile and already knew which dining room set we wanted. As far as the couch situation, we went back and forth on that decision. When in the store we found a couch and loveseat set that was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately due to COVID and a lot of the manufacturing delays associated with that, there was no couch/loveseat to be scheduled for delivery for at least another month. Tayler was working with us and we were determined to get something into the home and so was she. She called around to the different stores and fought for us to get the only couch that was available in stock for us to be delivered the following week right after moving in. I appreciate her efforts into making sure we get into this new home and have something to show for it. She remained helpful throughout the process and even into closing. We definitely left the store feeling happy and accomplished. Would continue to utilize FR over any other furniture store in the future.

We came the next day and asked for David, he showed us exactly what we saw on line, he was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Ask for Kosa in the living room section
From start to finish, Kosa was amazing. He was patient and helpful. Kosa made sure that I was taken care of and explained the process of the credit card from start to finish. He was never pushy and never made me feel like I needed to be rushed to make a purchase. He gave me my space to shop and let me soak everything in. There needs to be more sales associate like Kosa. He made the experience pleasant and was one of the determining factors why I purchased the Braxton 3pc Home Theater Wall and the Braxton Double Lid Trunk Cocktail Table. He moved the furniture around the store to a set of sofas that I had to make sure that it would compliment each other to make sure that I could see how it looked together.

Satisfied With The Experience
I recently went in to purchase a "Bedford 5 Pc. Counter Height Island Dining Room Set.
European and Gustavian-inspired elegance." The experience was good, and it went by smoothly thanks to Tayler. However, the day the furniture was due for pick up, my husband called, at 11:57 am, to confirm if the order was ready for pick up. He was told unloading would not start until after 4 pm. I do understand that the time ranges between 11 am to 7 pm, but the manner in which this was told was dismissive and how do you account for a time range spanning from 11 am to 7 pm when unloading starts after 4 pm. I called shortly after, and I was told that the order was ready for pick up (I have a recording of the call in between).

Friendly and helpful
We went in looking for a power lift chair for my dad who was shopping with me. He wasn't feeling good so I needed to be in and out of the store as quickly as possible. As we came in the door I headed straight for what looked like the service desk and a wonderful gentleman came up indicating that it looked as if I was looking for help. I said yes and shared what we were looking for and he took us straight over. They only had four in the showroom and my dad tested 2 before knowing exactly which one he wanted. We had a delightful conversation with the sales guy as he was able to ring us up and set up delivery. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We will receive our chair in about 2 weeks and couldn't be happier with the service.

Went into Sofa Mart on Quincy & Parker last Friday, after returning home from vacation to find our precious puppy had destroyed the old couches. We were looking for a material that was sturdy and could withstand everything that comes with pet ownership. Matthew showed us three different sectionals (which we said we preferred) and was very knowledgeable about the various fabrics and how to preserve them. He listened to our preferences and helped us pick out a beautiful sectional that was exactly what we were looking for.

Platform bedroom set
I bought a platform bedroom set about 3 years ago. It is a very good quality bedroom set and survived multiple moves. I never owned a platform bed but it has worked out great. I love the design and solid wood.

My husband and I went in looking for a new sofa, chair, and ottoman. Matt, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. Once we had our furniture for a few days, we realized it wasn't exactly what he had hoped. We called Matt, explained our concerns, and he went above and beyond to help us out. We went in a few days later, picked out a new set, and everything was swapped out at no charge to us. They definitely went beyond any expectations we had. Really Glad we visited them!
We wanted to upgrade to a king but we're a little scared about the price. But we came in and the sales people were so nice and talked through all of our options to make sure we could get the mattress we wanted at a price we could afford. We even shopped around and would have to pay DOUBLE for the same mattress at Mattress Firm. I'm so happy we stopped at Denver Mattress and I love my mattress!

Great Experience
We had been looking for a sofa and chair for several months and had specific requirements for the furniture. Our dog destroyed our last sofa by lying on top of the back cushions--they ended up sagging 1/2 way across the seat and ripping away from where they were sewn onto the back. My husband spoke with Matt at this Sofa Mart and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, suggesting a couple of different models that didn't have separate cushions. We are very happy with what we got and Matt's professionalism really sealed the deal.

A Comfortable Guest Room
Larry Pierce has helped me furnish many rooms in my home. My latest challenge was furnishing a Guest Room. I wanted it to be comfortable. I came with room measurements and with what I did not need. He understood immediately and we avoided things that would not work in the room. I am so thankful that not only does he know his merchandise, he understood that I also needed a desk and two chairs for the same room. With focus and style, we pulled it all together to make it happen.
