I needed seating for my small apartment and thought I would check out the sale at Sofa Mart. Brian knew just what I wanted and took me right to the perfect sofa. I couldn’t have been happier. Great store, great selection, great service.

The dining room set I saw on television that inspired me to go in turned out to be sold out nationwide, but my salesman Aronold connected me with an even nicer, all be it more expensive ensemble and I LOVE it. We are itinerary shoppers. We walked in with a couple of options in mind, the salesperson recognized that we had a clear agenda, explained the differences and optional configurations to help us make a decision. total process took less than an hour. Delivery and installation was fast and easy. We actually found a minor defect in the product, and the store repaired it the next day.

My experience was very good. As I browsed the sales staff did not hover or pester, but when i was ready to consider a purchase they were there to assist me. When i pointed out a lower online sales price, there was no discussion - that was the price. Michelle was very personable and helpful, as well as the delivery crew. Good follow up and communication.

The hardest part is deciding, but the service & process have been great every time. I have made several 7-10 purchases from this store & have been happy with the service & product each time.

Louis at the Albuquerque store was fantastic. Louis started by greeting us with kindness, warmth, and asked how we were doing. They let us know they were there if we had any questions. Louis was attentive without being pushy and answered questions we had and being honest if there was something they couldn't answer while asking a co-worker to ensure we had an accurate answer. Louis balanced the attention perfectly with allowing our need to explore items on our own. Throughout the sales process Louis was friendly and helpful. We've had a previous bad experience at the store which kept us away for years after having purchased several items. The experience with Louis has turned us back into customers and we anticipate returning for additional purchases. We also appreciate the helpful attitude from Joshua, Louis's manager today. My furniture looks great and is well built. The price was also good compared to competing furniture. Finally, Furniture Row met the original delivery date and the delivery folks made things easy and on time.

Loved the experience! We were not bombarded with sales people when we arrived. When we did find what we wanted our sales person Daniel was very knowledgeable and friendly! Our experience from start to finish was stress free!

We recently purchased the wyatt recliner, it was on sale and was a super good deal. The recliner itself is very nice, and comfortable. the only bad part is the seat cushion has some extra padding that tends to slide under the material itself and I find it a little annoying and bothersome.

I love my new dinette set!!!

I have been a customer for years and in February we bought a beautiful sofa and love seat. The leather on the sofa started to deteriorate recently so I called the local store. Minnie answered the phone and was very helpful and informative. She asked me to send pictures. Within moments of sending the photos, I received a call from Minnie and our problem was resolved. I was stunned that it was this easy and more than that she gave me excellent advice for caring for my sofa to avoid this in the future. I told my husband, we are never buying furniture anywhere else.

We looked around for quite awhile to find a kitchen table that would be both attractive and functional when the grandkids were here. I found the beautiful Bellisario set at furniture Row in Albuquerque! We chose the table with 2 benches and 2 end chairs. The benches utilize the space and allow for more seating. I love the rustic pine look of the set and the sturdiness as well. It’s Perfect! All the sales people were very pleasant, professional and extremely helpful when I called with questions before and after purchasing. One small issue was a misquote regarding the delivery fee; however, my husband said it was well worth the money spent considering the efficiency and partial assembly upon delivery! I would definitely recommend Furniture Row and I would shop there again! Thanks for making this a wonderful experience!

Had a really good shopping experience from shopping to buying. They we're super friendly. Had a little miscommunication when my order came in but other than that I would come back.!!

I researched some of the selections available online and knew exactly what i wanted to purchase. the associate was very helpful and didn’t try pushing any extra sales. He ordered my sofa and chair for me very quickly. I can not wait to have it delivered to enjoy them. sofamart has some nice selections and styles to choose from along with great service.

Once approved for a set amount, the sales person (Minnie) was very helpful in assisting us in making a selection. She knew our budget, explored options with us, checked inventory and prices, and helped us stay within our budget. I am very happy with my bed. She printed out quotes for other pieces I plan on buying in the near future. Excellent service!

Sofa Mart on Menaul has a lot of options and we found our leather sectional for a great price. Adam helped us with superb professionalism and knowledge about the couch, manufacturer, quality and warranty. He was extremely helpful, but not pushy as in some neighboring stores. I would recommend Furniture Row to my friends for their furniture purchases.

We found a great table at Oak Express in Albuquerque. Unfortunately, We got it home and it was damaged. The local office was very understanding and ordered a replacement. They allowed us to use the damaged table in the mean time for Thanksgiving and Christmas! . They contacted us when the replacement arrived and opened it to make sure it was good! Accidents happen ! The staff handled the situation amazingly! Customer for life! Thanks!

This was the first time I had been to Sofa Mart and I was blown away by the service, selection, prices and quality. The first thing that struck me is how patient the representative was, he was not pushy at all, he listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. Minnie the sales clerk was able to listen to my needs and direct me to the best sectional couch for me. She had information about the minimal (if any) maintenance needed for electric recliners and put my mind at ease. This was the best retail experience I have ever had.

Purchased a new recliner for my hubby. We had previously bought a recliner from Big Lots, which didn't even last a year before it started falling apart. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the way each type of chair is manufactured and helped us with quality and warranty information. I plan to go back and buy the matching love seat.

Just beautiful. The sales staff were so helpful and the "low-pressure" approach from the sales staff was certainly enjoyable. Only when we needed questions answered or assistance, any and all sales staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (we were in a few times) ! Most definitely would (and will) recommend to friends and family.... This review is just for the purchasing part. We will be moving into a new home in a few weeks and delivery of our new bedroom set and dinning table will be then. We will update after delivery.........
